岗位实习作为高职院校实践教学中的重要一环,其管理及评价水平在培养学生良好职业素养、提高高职院校人才培养质量等方面发挥着重要作用.广东农工商职业技术学院从强化实习过程动态管理、全过程监管着手,通过实践探索形成了较为完善的实习评价体系及多维度多主体全过程的实习信息化管理模式.为适应新形势新要求,还应在完善实习管理制度、深化产教融合、推进岗位实习管理的智能化等方面进一步做细做实岗位实习工作.
In the field of machine learning and data excavating, the classification of imbalanced data is a hot research topic. In the traditional classification algorithm, the existence of a certain degree of bias makes the classification of a small number poor. To solve this problem, a new algorithm for clustering high precision data excavating with multi-class cascade is proposed. Based on clustering, the algorithm constructs a new balanced training set, which is based on SMOTE. And K means clustering is used to cluster the training samples into K clusters, and the C4.5 algorithm mean clustering algorithm is used to optimize the classification decision by means of K clustering. The algorithm is based on C4.5 algorithm. Experiments show that this algorithm has certain advantages in dealing with the problem of data classification.
路内公共停车位是一种关系到城市交通和民众出行便利的社会公共资源.以广州市为例,文章针对大城市路内公共停车位收费管理存在的关键问题,提出建立基于无线物联网的路内停车位计费监管系统的对策,并对该计费监管系统的构架、工作流程和优势进行了阐述.
This paper designs a kind of non-touch digital rangefinder according to the detection principle of ultrasonic transit time.The power supply circuit,transmission circuit of ultrasonic wave,receiving circuit of ultrasonic wave,display-indicating-alarm circuit and other hardware circuits and software design are presented in details.By debugging it turns out that the measuring range can reach 2cm to 400cm and the measurement precision can be up to 3mm.It also found that it reduces the use of electronic components through optimizing the hardware circuit,adopts the medium filtering law in the processing design of the microcontroller,after bubble sort the continuous 10 measured value(except the maximum value and the minimum value),takes the average value method,which can reduce the measuring error;at the same time it adds the setting of critical value to finish the alarm of minimum value and other extended functions.The operation of this design testing is good,flexible extension,simple circuit,low cost,it can be used for designing the car radar detectors,monitoring the location of the construction site and industrial site,measuring the liquid level,well depth,pipe length and other situations,it is worth popularizing.
高职与本科“3+2”分段培养模式是现代职业教育体系中广泛采用的一种模式,转段考核工作是分段培养工作的重要组成部分.制定科学的转段考核方案对于保障人才培养质量和增强职业教育吸引力具有重要作用.以电子信息工程专业“3+2”分段培养模式为例,介绍了对转段考核方案一些探索与实践的经验,为完善“3+2”分段培养模式和建立高职院校与本科高校协同培养应用型本科人才体系提供依据.
An electro-hydraulic steering system was developed based on Dongfanghong -X804 tractor to realize autono-mous navigation of agricultural machinery .The make-up of the whole steering system , function of each sensor and the working principle are presented .According to characteristic of the system nonlinear , a double closed-loop control algo-rithm for steering system was designed .Then the mathematical model of steering system was derived from the analysis of the force balance equation of the hydraulic cylinder , using Matlab system identification toolbox to estimate transfer func-tion parameters .Finally , test result showed that the system belongs to saturated nonlinear type , and the performance of steering control system was improved , which indicated that double closed-loop steering control algorithm on uneven field is appropriated to Dongfanghong X-804 tractor .
An agricultural automatic navigation system based on real time kinematic differential global positioning system (RTK-DGPS) and double closed-loop steering control was developed on Dongfanghong X-804 tractor. The system includes RTK-DGPS receiver, attitude and heading reference system (AHRS), steering controller, electro-hydraulic steering actuator and encoder sensor for steering angle testing. One Kalman iflter was designed to smooth the collected GPS positioning data and evaluate the bias error of the heading angle. In order to realize automatic steering, an electro-hydraulic proportional valve was added to the original manually operated steering system and the electronic control unit was designed. Then the mathematical model of steering system was derived, using Matlab System Identiifcation Toolbox to estimate transfer function parameters, and a double closed-loop control algorithm for steering was designed. Finally, experimental results of square signal tracking test and ifeld test are presented, showing that the double closed-loop control solved the control overshoot well and the maximum error is 0.60°, average error 0.40°, average delay 0.20 s. The designed Kalman iflter is helpful to improve the accuracy of positioning system and the maximum lateral tracking error is less than 0.09 m, average steering angle tracking error 0.43°, average delay 0.25 s.
The paper first was analyzed the configuration of the fuel cell vehicle ( FCV) hybrid electric drive system and built the dynamic mathematical model of electric drive systemincluding four modulars:fuel cell system, power battery, electric motor and DC/DC converter. The least squares method was used to estimate the model, and the estimation results under typical working conditions were showed the model accuracy. The power parameters of main components were designed and control strategies in different situations were presented according to the design purpose. Then a forward looking simulation model for electric drive system was designed based on the Simulink software platform. Simulation results confirm that the simulation model is powerful, economical and stable, which can lay a foundation for the further research of the whole FCV.

The existing problems on campus training base management in polytechnic colleges are analyzed in this paper, and new management ideas are proposed from the aspects of management system, management method, management mode, and training of management team, etc.
This paper introduces the basic structure and working principles of MCLA parallel shaft automatic trans-mission in Honda Accord sedan, focusing on the analyzing the stall power transmission line, electrical control system and hydraulic system. Then the paper describes the general ideas for transmission troubleshooting, the basic inspec-tion and testing process, and the instructions of detecting tools, followed by a case to demonstrate the detailed proce-dures and methods for fault diagnostics and maintenance in an Accord sedan, in which an engine idling fault oc-curred due to the shift solenoid valve wiring error. Finally, a maintenance summary is provided and some suggestions were given for such engine faults.
Plow leveling control of the flat shovel is essential for laser-controlled land levelers intended for paddy field work.This paper presents a low-cost design of leveling control system, among which their main features are:monitoring the plow’ s inclination by fusing one tri-axial accelerometer and one tri-axial gyroscope integrated in MEMS inertial sen-sor module ADIS16355.The makeup of the whole leveling control system, function of ADIS16355 and their installation on the plow are presented.On the base of level control system transfer function model established by its physical model, the nonlinear position algorithm was introduced with an implementation description on an ARMv7 processor Cotex-M3 , which was provided in terms of electronics hardware and software flowchart.Finally, test results showed that the proposed fusion method gives quite accurate inclination information of the plow and the whole leveling control system works relia-bly.
以自制高速可视化剪切黏度测试仪作为实验平台,以常见的两种润滑油作为实验介质,以轴承间隙油膜流动为研究对象.通过添加高分子添加剂,分析了分子量、浓度等对同心旋转圆柱间油膜层流失稳的影响,探讨了牛顿流体与聚合物稀溶液的层流稳定性能,提出了简单的有效黏度模型.结果表明:高分子添加剂有助于推迟层流失稳的出现.
通过对汽车自动变速器的故障分析,为了实现汽车电控自动变速器故障诊断的自动化和智能化,本文设计的虚拟仪器,可对自动变速器运行工况进行实时数据采集,采集的数据包括发动机转速、节气门开度、车速、主轴转速、冷却液温度和3个换挡电磁阀通断情况,经过与专业诊断仪器的对比,验证了采集数据的准确性,后续结合神经网络技术可实现对采集数据的分析并且能直接给出故障诊断结果.
为了研究实际轴承中油膜在过渡区流动的问题,在借鉴国内外相关科研成果基础上,设计制作一种高速可视化剪切黏度测试仪,解决了测试仪的可视化、高速均匀间隙获得、内外圆筒尺寸及位置精度的控制等问题.通过对几种常见介质剪切黏度的检测校核发现,该测试仪可实现对基础油和复合油剪切黏度的测量,且检测精度满足试验要求.
An agricultural navigation positioning system was developed on KUBOTA SPU -68 rice transplanter using Trimble 5700 RTK-DGPS and SINS ( Strap down Inertial Navigation Syste ) .GPS positioning data was corrected using the heading , roll and pitch parameters acquired from SINS .The design of positioning system is presented , among which their main features are:monitoring the attitude angles by fusing one tri-axial accelerometer and one tri-axial gyroscope inte-grated in ADIS16355; one kalman filter is then designed as sensor data fusion method for measuring real -time attitude angles .Finally , the test result showed that the proposed positioning and orientation evaluation algorithm could eliminate the effects of uneven field condition on GPS positioning .

An efficient design for attitude measurement system is presented.The system has main features as follows: monitoring the attitude angles by fusing one tri-axial accelerometer and one tri-axial gyroscope integrated in ADIS16355(MEMS inertial sensor module),collecting information and calculating attitude angles by using ARM7v7 processor Cotex-M3.The compensation of the whole attitude measurement system are presented,as well as the function of ADIS16355 and their installation on the object.Then,one Kalman filter is designed as a sensor data fusion method for measuring real-time attitude angles.Finally,based on the comparisons between fused data and reference data from an AHRS500GA instrument,experimental resultsshow that the proposed fusion method gives quite accurate attitude information of the controlled object and the average error of attitude measurement is ±1°.

设计了基于微电子机械系统(Microelectro mechanical system,MEMS)惯性传感器集成模块ADIS16355的姿态测量系统.该姿态测量系统采用ADIS16355作为惯性测量单元,利用加速度计对重力向量的观测来修正陀螺给出的姿态信息,卡尔曼滤波实现传感器信息融合以计算运动载体的姿态角.介绍了ADIS16355的基本功能模块,阐述了两种传感器融合测量实时姿态角的方法并给出了卡尔曼滤波算法迭代过程.基于ARMy7架构的Cotex-M3微处理器设计了姿态测量系统硬件.采用AHRS500GA对该姿态测量系统性能进行了测量姿态角的验证实验.测试结果表明,该姿态测量系统能在动态条件下准确地测定运动物体实时姿态角,其误差一般在±1.左右.
In this paper, the electric driving system for hybrid electric vehicle was designed. Based on the fundamental working modes of the hybrid electric vehicle, a maximum state of charge control strategy was adopted to control the engine and the battery, which keeps the battery SOC in a reasonable range. Corresponding models of components are built to realize the electric driving system. Simulation analysis method was used to investigate the working conditions of this system. The simulation results showed that the target gained by the control strategy can balance the power output demand and make up the battery energy shortage.
