目的 探究急性生理和慢性健康状况Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分联合中枢神经特异蛋白(S100β)对重症肺炎患者谵妄发生的预测价值.方法 选取 2016 年 1 月~2020 年 12 月哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院收治的328 例重症肺炎患者进行回顾性分析.依据ICU 期间是否发生谵妄,分为谵妄组 132例和非谵妄组 196 例.通过电子病历系统收集患者入住ICU 时的APACHEⅡ评分、S100β等临床资料,将单因素分析中两组间有统计学差异的指标带入多因素logistic 回归分析,再采用ROC 曲线评估各指标对谵妄的预测价值.结果 单因素分析显示,两组年龄>70 岁、脑卒中史、降钙素原、S100β、血钙、机械通气时间、ICU 住院时间、APACHEⅡ评分、序贯器官衰竭评分及28d 死亡情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素logistic 回归分析结果显示,年龄>70 岁、APACHEⅡ评分、S100β是谵妄发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05);ROC 曲线分析显示,APACHEⅡ评分、S100β联合预测重症肺炎患者发生谵妄的AUC高于两个指标单独预测结果(P<0.05).结论 APACHEⅡ评分、血清 S100β升高是重症肺炎患者ICU 发生谵妄的危险因素,两者联合可高效预测谵妄发生的风险.
目的 提高ICU患者照顾者出科准备度水平、降低其应激压力及患者应激障碍发生率.方法 将60例ICU患者按入院时间段分为对照组与干预组各30例.对照组对患者照顾者实施ICU常规健康教育及心理支持等干预;干预组采用叙事教育干预,包括成立叙事教育小组、制作短视频、建立交流平台等,由专人负责实施与质控.结果 干预组患者照顾者出科准备度水平显著高于对照组、应激压力得分及患者创伤后应激障碍发生率显著低于对照组(均P<0.05).结论 叙事教育干预可有效提高ICU患者照顾者转出准备度水平、降低其转科应激压力及患者创伤后应激障碍发生率.
医学人才培养是医疗卫生健康事业的根基,优秀的肿瘤外科医生需要扎实的解剖学基础、较强的实践操作能力、灵活的临床思辨能力和良好的沟通协调能力.为满足肿瘤外科新术式、新技术等发展,需要进一步从临床实际出发,围绕解剖学的学习,培养学生的多学科综合临床思维.
头颈部肿瘤是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,由于颈部解剖结构复杂,解剖学对于头颈外科研究生的培养显得尤为重要.传统的解剖学授课方式枯燥无味,无法帮助学生形成立体化的三维解剖结构,也无法清晰地了解颈部重要的器官、血管和神经的毗邻关系,更无法从单纯的断面解剖理解到复杂的立体解剖.通过超声检查结合PBL(problem-based learning,PBL)、CBL(case-based learning,CBL)教学法[1],可以利用超声技术,了解病变与重要的器官、血管和神经的毗邻关系,建立颈部三维立体化的解剖结构概念[2].本研究以我院肿瘤外科专业型硕士研究生为研究对象,探索超声检查结合PBL、CBL教学法在解剖学教学改革中的应用价值及推广价值.
Objective:To explore the status of early social function in young and middle-aged patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide a basis for formulating relevant intervention measures.Methods:From July to December 2021, the convenient sampling method was used to select 110 young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University as the research objects. The general information questionnaire, Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS) , Social Support Rate Scale (SSRS) and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) were used to investigate the patients. Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of early social function in young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI. A total of 110 questionnaires were distributed and 106 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 96.36% (106/110) .Results:The scores of SDSS, SSRS and GSES of 106 young and middle-aged patients after PCI were (3.89±1.63) , (38.80±7.02) and (21.08±6.39) , respectively. The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in SDSS scores among patients with different gender, family per capita monthly income, education level and number of stents ( P<0.01) . The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender, family per capita monthly income, education level, number of stents, general self-efficacy and social support were the influencing factors of early social function in young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The status of early social function in young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI is not ideal. Medical staff should give more intervention and guidance to patients after PCI who are female, have a lower education level, have a lower per capita monthly family income and have a large number of stents, consider the influence of self-efficacy and social support on the social function of patients and formulate corresponding intervention measures according to the influencing factors, so as to improve the level of social function of patients.
Objective:To explore the related factors of catheter-associated urinary tract infection in intensive care unit and its effect on nosocomial infection.Methods:From June 2018 to October 2019, 1128 critically ill patients were selected and divided into observation group(65 cases) and control group(1063 cases) according to whether or not catheter-associated urinary tract infection occurred. Univariate analysis and logistic regression were used to analyze the risk factors of catheter-associated urinary tract infection in severe patients.Results:The incidence of catheter-associated urinary tract infection was 5.76% (65/1128) in 1128 critically ill patients. A total of 79 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 65 patients with catheter-related urinary tract infection.Gram-negative bacteria were the main pathogens, accounting for 43.04% (34/79). Fungi and gram-positive bacteria accounted for 25.32% (20/79) and 24.05% (19/79), respectively. There were significant differences in diabetes mellitus, length of hospital stay, invasive operation, duration of indwelling catheter and 24h urine volume between the two groups ( P<0.05). There were no significant differences in gender, age, body mass index (BMI) and combined hypertension between the two groups ( P>0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that diabetes mellitus ( OR=0.443, 95% CI: 0.228-0.860), invasive operation ( OR=1.613, 95% CI: 1.163-2.104), indwelling catheter time ( OR=2.719, 95% CI: 2.314-4.106) and 24 h volume( OR=4.362, 95% CI: 1.974-10.915) were risk factors for catheter-related urinary tract infection in icu patients ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Concomitant diabetes, invasive procedures, and indwailing time are risk factors for catheter-related urinary tract infections. Medical workers should be developed to reduce the incidence of catheter-associated urinary tract infection and further reduce nosocomial infections.
目的 探讨积雪草苷对大鼠缺血再灌注脑组织损伤的保护作用及机制.方法 将60只15日龄SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、积雪草苷低、高剂量组,每组15只.采用"线栓法"建立大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞模型,模型制作完成后积雪草苷低、高剂量组立即腹腔内注射积雪草苷(10、20 mg/kg),对照组和模型组腹腔内注射等体积生理盐水,1/d,共7 d.观察4组大鼠脑组织病理改变并对其神经功能评分、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、Caspase-3、Caspase-9蛋白表达水平进行比较.结果 积雪草苷低、高剂量组神经细胞病理损伤较模型组显著改善.与对照组比较,模型组神经功能评分、MDA含量、Caspase-3、Caspase-9蛋白表达水平升高,SOD含量及CAT活性及降低(P<0.05).与模型组比较,积雪草苷低、高剂量组神经功能评分、MDA含量、Caspase-3、Caspase-9蛋白表达水平降低,SOD含量及CAT活性升高,且积雪草苷高剂量组变化更显著(P<0.05).结论 积雪草苷可通过激活Nrf-2-ARE信号通路,降低SD大鼠体内氧化应激反应,缓解缺氧缺血性脑损伤.
目的 研究木犀草素对人胶质瘤U251细胞增殖的抑制作用及其机制.方法 将体外培养的胶质瘤U251细胞分为对照组、木犀草素组(依木犀草素浓度不同分为3个亚组),CCK-8法测定细胞增殖率,流式细胞仪测定细胞凋亡率,Hoechst PI核染色法观察细胞核凋亡,Western blot法检测胶质瘤U251细胞内B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因(Bcl-2)及Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bax)的蛋白表达. 结果 CCK-8结果显示,胶质瘤U251细胞增殖率随木犀草素浓度的升高而下降;流式细胞仪及Hoechst PI核染色法的检测结果表明,随着木犀草素作用浓度的递增,胶质瘤U251细胞凋亡率呈剂量依赖性递增;Western blot结果显示,木犀草素抑制了胶质瘤U251细胞中抗凋亡信号分子Bcl-2的表达,促进了Bax的表达. 结论 木犀草素通过改变凋亡相关信号分子Bcl-2及Bax的表达,抑制胶质瘤U251细胞增殖.
目的:研究加速康复外科(ERAS)理念下综合康复评定对膝关节置换术后功能改善的影响.方法:选取我院2018年5月-2019年12月行膝关节置换术患者62例为研究对象,随机分为常规模式组和ERAS模式组各31例,常规模式组采用传统评定治疗模式,ERAS模式组采用加速康复外科理念下骨科康复科协作模式,比较2组患者在入院时及治疗2周后的数字等级评价量表(NRS)分值、膝关节肿胀及功能改善情况,并对比2组并发症的发生比例.结果:2组患者经过2周治疗后,NRS评分显著降低,膝关节肿胀减轻,功能评分显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),ERAS模式组患者的评定值与常规模式组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),ERAS模式组静脉血栓、肌肉萎缩及异常步态的发病率低于常规模式组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于加速康复外科理念下的综合康复评定能够指导康复精准介入,在膝关节置换患者疼痛和肿胀减轻、并发症的降低和功能恢复上有明显优势,促进了患者的更好更快的康复,值得应用推广.
目的 探讨三七总皂苷对缺氧复氧损伤PC12细胞的保护作用及其机制.方法 培养PC12细胞,造成缺氧复氧损伤模型,分为对照组、模型组、三七总皂苷低浓度组及三七总皂苷高浓度组,MTT法观察细胞增殖率,测各组细胞上清液乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)变化,流式细胞技术检测PC12细胞内活性氧簇(ROS)表达,Hoechst33258染色检测凋亡细胞比例,Western blot分析Bcl-2及Bax的变化.结果 低、高浓度三七总皂苷处理后,PC12细胞增殖率逐渐提高,与模型组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).三七总皂苷低、高浓度组细胞外上清液中LDH水平下降,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).三七总皂苷低、高浓度组细胞内SOD水平升高,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).三七总皂苷低、高浓度组细胞内MDA水平下降,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与模型组比较,三七总皂苷低、高浓度组细胞凋亡率下降(P<0.05).三七总皂苷低、高浓度组Bcl-2蛋白表达逐渐升高,与模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三七总皂苷低、高浓度组Bax蛋白的相对表达量下降,与模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 三七总皂苷可以抑制缺氧复氧诱导的PC12细胞氧化损伤及凋亡的发生,在预防和治疗脑组织缺血再灌注损伤疾病方面具有一定的临床意义.
目的 探讨急性生理与慢性健康状况Ⅱ(acute physiology and chronic health evaluationⅡ,APACHEⅡ)评分联合尿中性粒细胞明胶酶相关载脂蛋白(neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin,NGAL)对脓毒症合并急性肾损伤(acute kindey injury,AKI)的预测价值.方法 选取2017年1月—2019年6月收治的脓毒症198例,依据住院7 d内是否发生AKI分为AKI组(n=68)与非AKI组(n=130).比较两组一般资料,分析脓毒症患者发生AKI的影响因素,评估APACHEⅡ评分、尿NGAL检测对脓毒症合并AKI的诊断价值.结果 与非AKI组比较,AKI组年龄>60岁、合并糖尿病、行肾脏替代治疗、行机械通气治疗所占比例升高,心率、体温、呼吸、收缩压、血肌酐、乳酸、降钙素原、APACHEⅡ评分、尿NGAL水平上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01).多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄≥76岁、合并糖尿病、行机械通气治疗、APACHEⅡ评分≥19分、尿NGAL≥530μg/L是影响脓毒症患者发生AKI的独立危险因素(P<0.05或P<0.01).受试者工作特征曲线分析显示,APACHEⅡ评分联合尿NGAL检测诊断脓毒症合并AKI的曲线下面积、敏感度、特异度高于APACHEⅡ评分、尿NGAL检测单独使用.结论 APACHEⅡ评分联合尿NGAL检测预测脓毒症合并AKI的临床效能较高.
目的 探讨急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)合并心源性休克(cardiogenic shock,CS)患者行急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)后发生院内死亡的危险因素.方法 回顾性分析98例行急诊PCI治疗的AMI合并CS患者临床资料.98例患者依据院内转归情况分为院内死亡组28例、存活组70例,比较2组临床资料、实验室检测数据、心肌梗死病变范围、治疗方法及并发症情况,用多因素logistic回归分析AMI合并CS患者急诊PCI后院内死亡的危险因素.结果 单因素分析结果显示,院内死亡组年龄、休克指数、白细胞计数、血肌酐水平及高脂血症、前壁心肌梗死、冠状动脉三支病变、IABP辅助比率及急性肾损伤、消化道出血发生率高于存活组(P<0.05),血红蛋白、左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)、PCI后TIMI血流分级Ⅲ级比率低于存活组(P<0.05);2组罪犯血管分布、应用血管活性药物比率,心律失常、心力衰竭、急性肝损伤、肺部感染发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,分别以<65岁、LVEF≥35%、后壁心肌梗死、PCI后TIMI血流Ⅲ级、无急性肾损伤、冠状动脉单支病变、无消化道出血为参照,年龄> 75岁(OR=4.71)、LVEF< 35%(OR=5.53)、前壁心肌梗死(OR=1.86)、术后TIMI血流<Ⅲ级(OR=7.10)、急性肾损伤(OR=2.97)、冠状动脉三支病变(OR=5.81)、消化道出血(OR=2.08)是急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克患者行急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术后发生院内死亡的危险因素.结论 在对患者施行PCI术前,应针对院内死亡的危险因素对病情评估综合,采取个体化治疗方案,必要时联合多种辅助治疗,减少、消除可引起死亡的危险因素,以提高PCI疗效.
目的 研究需机械通气肺炎患者凝血功能变化与动脉血氧、疾病严重程度、住院天数的关系,探讨其与疾病严重程度及转归的相关性.方法 选取2015年7月 ~2017年1月在我院呼吸内科住院治疗的重症肺炎患者45例作为重症肺炎组,选取同期社区获得性肺炎患者45例作为普通肺炎组,选取同期体检健康者45例作为对照组.根据是否需要机械通气将重症肺炎组分为无创机械通气组(NPPV)和有创机械通气组(IPPV).对比各组间外周血凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)及D-二聚体(D-D)的数值变化,并对普通肺炎组、NPPV组和IPPV组动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、CURB-65评分及住院天数进行比较.结果 重症肺炎组PT、APTT、D-D数值高于普通肺炎组及对照组,FIB数值低于普通肺炎组及对照组,各组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);IPPV组PT、APTT、D-D数值明显高于NPPV组,FIB数值低于NPPV组(P<0.05);IP-PV组PaO2低于NPPV组及普通肺炎组,PaCO2、CURB-65评分、住院天数高于NPPV组及普通肺炎组(P<0.01);直线相关分析结果显示,重症肺炎组患者PaO2与PT、APTT、DD水平呈负相关(P<0.05),PaCO2、CURB-65评分、住院天数与PT、APTT、DD水平呈正相关(P<0.05).结论 肺炎存在着不同程度的凝血功能异常,重症肺炎,尤其是需要有创机械通气的重症肺炎,其凝血功能异常更为明显,可作为临床评价肺炎病情严重程度及疾病转归的有效指标.
目的 分析流程化沟通在原发性食管癌手术患者中的应用效果.方法 回顾性分析82例接受手术治疗的原发性食管癌患者的临床资料.根据干预方式不同,分为对照组(常规护理干预)41例和观察组(流程化沟通干预)41例.比较两组患者干预前后的健康素养评分及焦虑、特质应对方式(积极应对、消极应对)、希望指数评分.结果 干预前,两组患者的健康素养各项评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);干预后,观察组患者的信息获取能力、交流互动能力、改善健康意愿评分及健康素养总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).干预前,两组患者焦虑、特质应对(积极应对、消极应对)、希望指数评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);干预后,观察组患者焦虑、消极应对评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);干预后,观察组患者积极应对、希望指数评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01).结论 流程化沟通可有效提升原发性食管癌手术患者的健康素养,改善其心理状况,值得临床推广应用.
目的 探讨汉黄芩苷(Wog)对缺氧复氧诱导H9c2心肌细胞损伤及P38和ERK1/2表达的影响.方法 培养心肌细胞H9c2构建缺氧复氧模型(A/R),给予Wog低、中、高剂量(12.5、25、50 μM)处理24h,采用CCK8检测48h后细胞活力,Hochest染色检测细胞凋亡,ELISA检测细胞上清液中心肌损伤标记物[肌酸激酶(CK),肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌红蛋白(Mb)]和炎性细胞因子[白介素6(IL-6)、白介素1β(IL-1β)和诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)]的含量,生化试剂盒检测氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)]的含量,Western blot检测相关蛋白[B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因(Bcl-2)、Bcl-2相关x蛋白(Bax)、半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶3(Caspase-3)、Caspase-9]、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶P38及细胞外调节激酶(ERK1/2)的表达.结果 低、中、高剂量Wog处理缺氧复氧模型细胞H9c2,细胞存活率、Bcl-2及SOD的表达显著升高,凋亡率、Bax、Caspase-3、Caspase-9、CK、CK-MB、Mb、IL-6、IL-1β、iNOS、MDA、LDH、P38及ERK1/2的表达显著降低(均P<0.05).结论 汉黄芩苷可通过改善炎症反应和氧化应激损伤,减少心肌细胞的凋亡,对缺氧复氧诱导H9c2心肌细胞损伤具有一定的保护作用,可能与下调P38、ERK1/2磷酸化有关.
Background Esophageal cancer (EC) is one of the malignant tumors with a poor prognosis. The early stage of EC is asymptomatic, so identification of cancer biomarkers is important for early detection and clinical practice. Methods In this study, we compared the protein expression profiles in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) tissues and adjacent normal esophageal tissues from five patients through high-resolution label-free mass spectrometry. Through bioinformatics analysis, we found the differentially expressed proteins of ESCC. To perform the rapid identification of biomarkers, we adopted a high-throughput protein identification technique of Quantitative Dot Blot (QDB). Meanwhile, the QDB results were verified by classical immunohistochemistry. Results In total 2297 proteins were identified, out of which 308 proteins were differentially expressed between ESCC tissues and normal tissues. By bioinformatics analysis, the four up-regulated proteins (PTMA, PAK2, PPP1CA, HMGB2) and the five down-regulated proteins (Caveolin, Integrin beta-1, Collagen alpha-2(VI), Leiomodin-1 and Vinculin) were selected and validated in ESCC by Western Blot. Furthermore, we performed the QDB and IHC analysis in 64 patients and 117 patients, respectively. The PTMA expression was up-regulated gradually along the progression of ESCC, and the PTMA expression ratio between tumor and adjacent normal tissue was significantly increased along with the progression. Therefore, we suggest that PTMA might be a potential candidate biomarker for ESCC. Conclusion In this study, label-free quantitative proteomics combined with QDB revealed that PTMA expression was up-regulated in ESCC tissues, and PTMA might be a potential candidate for ESCC. Since Western Blot cannot achieve rapid and high-throughput screening of mass spectrometry results, the emergence of QDB meets this demand and provides an effective method for the identification of biomarkers.
Objective: To investigate the effect of magnesium ion combined with genistein on blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). Methods: Twenty-eight female SHR were selected for 6 weeks. 7 d after feeding, the initial systolic blood pressure (SBP) and heart rate (HR) of rats were measured. The SHRs were divided into control group, the magnesium ion group, the genistein group and the combined group according to the double-blind, each with 7 cases. After 7 d, the rats received drug injection once a week for 4 weeks. Then the SBP, HR, hs-CRP, MCP-1, vWF and angiotensinⅡ (AngⅡ) in rats were compared. Results: The SBP level between the four groups before administration had no significant difference (P>0.05); After administration, SBP level in the control group was higher than that in the other three groups (P<0.05), no difference was found between magnesium ion group and genistein group (P>0.05), moreover the combined group was significantly lower than that in the other three groups at the 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after administration (P<0.05); the HR before administration had no significant difference (P>0.05); after administration, no significant changes except combined group occurred (P>0.05), the HR in the combined group decreased (P<0.05), and was lower than that in the other three groups at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after administration (P<0.05); The hs-CRP levels in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the other three groups (P<0.05), and the levels of MCP-1 and vWF were higher in the combined group than in the other three groups (P<0.05); the levels of AngⅡ in the four groups showed no significant difference before administration (P>0.05), and the levels of AngⅡ in the combined group were lower than those in the other three groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Magnesium ion combined with genistein can improve vascular compliance in SHR, reduce the inflammatory response, prevent atherosclerosis and lower blood pressure.
目的 研究无缝衔接式一体化护理干预对急性脑卒中血管再通患者就诊流程优化及疗效的影响.方法 选择该院2015年1月至2016年12月收治的128例急性脑卒中血管再通患者为研究对象,2015年1月至2016年7月护理干预实施前为对照组,2016年8月至2016年12月护理干预实施后为干预组.记录、收集2组研究对象的到达医院急诊至静脉溶栓用药的时间(DN T)、溶栓前后的美国国立卫生院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、住院天数、溶栓并发症及病死率情况,并进行比较.结果 该院急性缺血性脑卒中患者 DN T 从(114.81 ± 18.29)min缩短至(66.58 ± 7.97)min,脑血管再通时间从(217.59 ± 15.51)min缩短至(174.74 ± 12.31)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).2组患者溶栓前后NIHSS评分、住院时间、症状性脑出血、病死率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 无缝衔接式一体化护理干预可有效缩短DN T,减少治疗延误,减少住院天数.
目的 观察镁离子和金雀异黄素单独以及联合作用下对自发性高血压大鼠血压的影响.方法 7只Wistar Kyoto(WKY)大鼠作为WKY对照组,28只成年雄性自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)随机分为SHR对照组、镁离子组(M组)、金雀异黄素组(G组)、镁离子+金雀异黄素组(GM组),n=7,每日同一时间分别给予下述条件干预:SHR对照组及WKY对照组给予鼠尾静脉注射氯化钠溶液,镁离子组给予鼠尾静脉注射0.075mol/L氯化镁溶液,金雀异黄素组给予鼠尾静脉注射金雀异黄素溶液5mg/Kg,镁离子+金雀异黄素组给予鼠尾静脉注射金雀异黄素+MgCl2溶液,各组大鼠给药两小时后采用无创鼠尾动脉血压测量分析系统测量血压.结果 SHR对照组大鼠的收缩压升高幅度比其他四组的收缩压升高幅度大(p<0.05),且随时间及体重的增长而不断升高,收缩压升高幅度最大.经单因素方差分析,GM组对抗高血压的效果与G组相比在第25天和第30天有明显差异(p<0.01),GM组对抗高血压的效果要优于G组.GM组对抗高血压的效果与M组相比从第15天开始有明显差异(P<0.01),GM组对抗高血压的效果要优于M组.结论 金雀异黄素与镁离子联合使用有效的抑制了高血压的发展,二者在对抗自发性高血压大鼠收缩压方面具有协同作用;镁离子对金雀异黄素在对抗自发性高血压大鼠收缩压方面可能有促进作用.
ABSTRACTWith the emphasis on atrial fibrillation (AF), more and more patients with atrial ifbrillation were found. Then the atrial ifbrillation burden appeared, there were a lot of experiments proved that AF burden was associated with ischemic stroke. In order to guide the anticoagulant therapy, some experiments were trying to combine AF burden with CHADS2 score to assess the risk of stroke. The latest related literature of the relationship between atrial ifbrillation burden and ischemic stroke were reviewed.
