以机械类专业为例,笔者分析了地方本科院校借助搬迁县域谋求发展的方法是,围绕县域智能制造人才需求,对接地方产业,重构"平台+模块+拓展"应用型人才培养课程体系;利用"县校合作"机遇,积极探索校地合作模式和机制,拓展校企合作深度和广度.在"县校合作"平台下,构建了"四化"(校内教学实践化、校外实践教学化、实践内容项目化、实践过程标准化)导向的"全程模块化"实践教学体系,实施智能制造应用型人才培养实践与改革.
城市流动人口子女教育问题是流动人口"城市梦"实现的重要内容.采用文献研究、调查问卷和综合分析的方法,指出流动人口子女教育存在如下问题:未能全面适龄入学、教育经费"真空"、管理缺位、家庭教育缺失等问题,提出建立技能培训制度,提升城市流动人口素质;主动适应城市化趋势,深化户籍制度改革;扩大社会保障覆盖范围,将城市流动人口纳入社会保障体系;发挥政府主导作用,强化流动人口子女教育服务和管理等建议.

讨论医院护理呼叫通讯系统的设计和防冲突算法.通讯系统采用RS485总线结构,根据CSMA/CD载波监听多路访问/冲突检测工作原理,设计基于"错时退避"策略的延时退避算法和冲突退避算法,降低再次冲突发生的概率,数据传输的实时性得到很大地提高.
Binary search algorithm is found to be o(Nlog2N) for searching N electronic tags,indicating compromised efficiency for handling a large number of tags.This paper presents a backtracking algorithm based on a binary tree in order of traversing.In the process of tag identification,the reader does not return to the initial state.Instead,it acts upon the binary tree by dealing with the searching task in a bottom-up fashion,resulting with the o(N) rather than o(Nlog2N) in time complexity of searching N electronic tags.The results indicate that the efficiency of the anti-collision RFID technology is improved to a significant extent.
This paper presents a point-pair based pose estimation and structure restoration method aiming at finding solutions to the model based pose estimation problems.It first independently estimates rotation matrix according to three point pairs formed by three model points,then directly computes translation vector and the three-dimensional structures of the model points.The proposed technique features in independent rotation matrix estimates and good results calculated from only a limited number of model points.Both linear and nonlinear estimation results can be achieved with the initial guesses of the nonlinear estimation being inferred by linear results.Further,irrespective of the magnitude of estimation errors with rotation matrix,the structure recovery results remain relatively accurate.The effectiveness of the presented method is validated and substantiated by both synthetic and real data.
This paper presents a simple geometric approach for calibrating extrinsic camera parameters from arbitrary point pairs.The proposed method considers the geometric relationships between a camera and the point pairs instead of an individual point.It firstly estimates the rotation matrix according to three point pairs,then directly calculates the translation vector from the geometric relationships between the camera and one pair of the points.The whole calibration process doesn't need the absolute position information of any point pairs,and it doesn't exert any restrictions on the position relationships among the point pairs.Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
