Group II-VI semiconductor CdTe is widely used in optoelectronic devices because of its high absorption coefficient and good chemical stability. High-quality CdTe thin films serve as the foundation for high-performance optoelectronic devices. In this work, centimeter-scale CdTe thin films were synthesized via van der Waals heteroepitaxy on mica substrates using vapor phase transport (VTD), and planar structure photodetectors (PDs) were constructed via depositing the Au electrodes on the surface directly or exfoliated buried interface. The results show that the performance of PDs constructed using a CdTe buried interface is much better than those constructed using a CdTe surface under the light irradiation at the wavelengths of 406, 642, and 808 nm, and the switching ratio can reach up to 2 x 104, with a response of 4.4 A/W and a short response time of 1.5 ms. The smooth interface morphology and a large area of flat and dense surfaces are conducive to carrier transport, showing better performance. Furthermore, flexible PDs are constructed via transferring CdTe thin films onto a poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) substrate and exhibit excellent flexibility and stability, which can maintain 96.5% original performance with more than 200 times bending at a curvature radius of 5 mm. The research indicates that the high-quality, centimeter-scale CdTe with buried interface fabricated via van der Waals epitaxial growth is a promising potential candidate in high-performance optoelectronic devices.
全面实施课程思政教育是贯彻立德树人的重要举措,也是提高人才培养数量和质量的关键途径.基础医学教育阶段是现代医学教育的基石,培育德才兼备的拔尖创新型基础医学人才对于我国人民打好新时代攻坚战有着全局性、战略性的重要意义.我院总结了基础医学拔尖创新人才培养过程中课程思政教育的现状以及存在的问题,基于ADDIE模型挖掘课程思政要素,提高课程思政教学质量,完善课程思政评教程序,构建了基础医学拔尖创新型人才培养过程中的课程思政教育建设方案.该课程思政教学体系实现了集知识传授、能力培养、价值塑造为一体基础医学拔尖创新人才培养目标,具有重要的理论研究意义和实践应用价值.
A core–shell heterojunction has been developed to fabricate efficient optoelectronic devices by optimizing the light absorption and promoting the generation and extraction of charge carriers. Herein, the CdS@CsPbBr3 core–shell microwire (MW) heterojunction was structured via a two-step chemical vapor deposition and was further used to fabricate a UV–Vis photodetector. The photodetector performance is greatly dependent on the thickness of the CsPbBr3 shell. Growth time of 60 min could produce about 80 nm thick CsPbBr3 shell with excellent coverage and adhesion, resulting in optimized performance parameters. As compared with bare cadmium sulfide (CdS) MW photodetector, the CdS@CsPbBr3 core–shell MW heterojunction photodetector exhibits relatively high ratio of photocurrent and dark current (104), much higher light responsivity (319.79 A W−1) and faster response time (6.6 ms). The responsivity is 3.3 times to the value of bare CdS photodetector and the photocurrent increases nearly 10 times. The significant performance parameters mainly result from the formation of a type-II energy band structure and the reduction of the defects states on CdS surface, leading to the obviously improved carriers transport process. The results indicate that the CdS@CsPbBr3 core–shell MW heterojunction is a promising potential candidate to construct high-performance electronic and optoelectronic devices.
医学科研设计是医学研究生重要的专业基础课程.文章围绕医学科研设计的教学内容凝炼出敬畏生命的人文精神、学术诚信的底线意识、勇攀科学高峰的使命担当三条课程思政主线,并以中国科学家首次人工合成胰岛素的创新过程为例介绍如何深度挖掘思政元素,通过将蕴含思政元素的科学研究案例融入课堂讲授、慕课和微信推送、在线讨论及考试试题中,构建线上线下相结合的、将课程思政覆盖医学科研设计教学全过程的有效路径.
A low pressure chemical vapor deposition (CVD) was developed to fabricate CsPbBr3 perovskite film with three-dimensional (3D) pyramidal surface for constructing high-performance and stable photodetectors. The pyramidal CsPbBr3 film is beneficial to increase the absorption and reduce the reflection of light, leading to the improvement of photodetector performance. Moreover, the responsivity and stability could be further improved by constructing a hybrid inorganic/organic film photodetector due to the modification of organic semiconductor C8BTBT on the surface holes and grain boundary junction of CsPbBr3 film. The responsivity of CsPbBr3/C8BTBT photodetector has increased 9.55 times, from 0.42 A/W to 4.01 A/W at 405 nm. The photocurrent of CsPbBr3/C8BTBT photodetector could maintain over 94% of the initial current as exposed to 35% humidity for six months. More importantly, the photocurrent in the current-time (I-T) diagram is stable without attenuation even after the on/off states of the photodetector lasts for 3000 s. The excellent stability under ambient condition resulted from the stable CsPbBr3 film fabricated via CVD and the C8BTBT filled at the perovskite grain boundary. The results have guided significance for the preparation of high-performance and stable perovskite optoelectronic devices.

Metal halide perovskites (MHPs) show excellent optoelectronic properties and exhibit great potential applications in optoelectronic devices, such as solar cells (SCs), photodetectors, light-emitting diodes (LEDs), lasers, and so on. Vapor-phase synthesis provides an important way to grow large-scale, high-quality MHP thin films and micro-/nanostructures, exhibiting wide applications in constructing all kinds of optoelectronic devices. In this review, we systematically summarize the growth of perovskite thin film and the nano-/microstructure by vapor-phase synthesis. The detailed classification of vapor-phase synthesis is first introduced, and the effects of the substrates on the growth process are discussed subsequently. Then, the applications of perovskite thin films and micro-/nanostructures grown by vapor-phase synthesis in SCs, photodetectors, LEDs, lasers, and so forth, are discussed in detail. Finally, the conclusions and outlook are presented.
应对疫情,全国各地高校响应"停课不停学",普遍开展各种各样的线上教学.为了提升网络教与学的效果,生理学教学团队坚持以学生为中心,积极重构教学过程,通过科学的教学设计,以中国大学MOOC(慕课)国家精品课程在线学习平台生理学SPOC为基础,采用有效的线上互动进行生理学线上翻转课堂模式教学,促进学生学习的自主性,提升了生理学网络教学效果.
教师在教学中不仅要向学生传授基本知识,而且还需强调科学思维能力和创新精神的培养.但传统的课堂教学模式不能满足现代医学教育对生理学教学的要求,因此,需要引入新的教学理念,探索新的课堂教学模式以提升生理学教学质量.文章阐述了在临床医学专业的生理学教学中,采用对分课堂的教学模式进行课堂教学研究,并根据学科特点对对分课堂的教学模式进行了适当的改革,基本形成了适合生理学教学课堂模式的新思路.
通过线上观看生理学微课视频和集体讨论及阶段性测验、线下课堂互动式授课及面对面的讨论课开展混合式教学改革,充分利用网络教学资源和传统课堂教学的优势,建立SPOC平台,在中南大学本科生生理学教学中全面开展混合式教学.将MOOC教学和传统教学方法有机整合应用于医学生理学教学,通过SPOC段考和讨论课记录以及实验课成绩综合计算学生平时成绩,通过期末考试评估学生对生理学知识的掌握和运用分析能力.期末考试采用网上阅卷方式进行,比较不同学期同专业的生理学期末成绩,2017年下学期混合式教学比2016年下学期非混合式教学生理期末考试成绩均数高出19.10分,P<0.001.二者比较,混合式教学成绩有大幅度提高.
To improve the traditional teaching mode , change the order of “learning” and“review” time,and develop students ’ learn-ing potential ,“flipped”teaching was carried on in teaching medical physiology to experimental class , students in Grade 2012 in Xiangya Medical School of Central South University .Students were required to watch teaching videos , doing exercises before classes .Teachers check students ’ learning effects , give micro lessons , elaborate on importance and difficult points of physiology , which were also dis-cussed by stundets in groups.The result shows that there is a significant difference (P<0.01)in physiology scores between experimen-tal class and control class , students from clinical medicine with scores of 78.90 ±8.79 and 69.75 ±14.89 respectively.
Objective To study the children with bronchial asthma treatment compliance and influencing factors. Methods Retrospective analyzed of 250 cases of bronchial asthma clinical data and surveys of parents and children used compliance-related information, and to evaluate the level of compliance and asthma control. Results Continuing different levels of asthma control in children with durations there were significant difference(P 0.05), 119 cases(47.60%) with varying degrees of self-withdrawal or reduction of such non-compliance behavior, fear were the longterm safety of hormone the main reason. Children age, sex, severity of asthma and parents education level, place of residence, disease cognitive scores, at their own expense treatment and adherence to treatment for children(P 0.05), in which the parents education level, cognitive scores and children with bronchial disease treatment compliance were positively related to the main influencing factors(P 0.05). Conclusion Children with asthma compliance related to the level of asthma control, mainly by parents of children adherence factors, and strengthen the management of compliance behavior of parents and asthma-related knowledge is to improve public education in children with an important measure of treatment compliance.
AIM: To manufacture the individual ocular prosthesis for patients who underwent enucleation and primary orbital implant, and observe the clinical effects associated with the individual prosthesis. METHODS: Totally 65 patients (65 eyes) who underwent enucleation and primary orbital implant from April 2002 to October 2005 were enrolled. Eye mode was inserted into saccus conjunctivae of eyes of patients. Individual ocular prosthesis was custom-made 2 weeks later. The width of bilateral palpebral fissures, exophthalmus, horizontal and vertical excursions were measured for the patients wearing prosthesis. All the patients were consulted with 5 main indices of the individual prosthesis: color, shape, motility, fixation and comfort based on 3 grades: satisfactory, mostly satisfactory and unsatisfactory, respectively. RESULTS: On the basis of intention-to-treat analysis, totally 65 patients (65 eyes) who underwent enucleation and primary orbital implant were involved in the result analysis. ①General observation of individual ocular prosthesis: The mass of individual ocular prosthesis was 1.7-2.4 g, averagely (2.1±0.3) g. Central thickness was 4.0-5.1 mm, averagely (4.5±0.4) mm. ②Evaluation of each indice after wearing individual ocular prosthesis: There was insignificant difference in width of bilateral palpebral fissures, exophthalmus of patients (t=2.147,2.308,P > 0.05). Horizontal excursion was 20°-35°, averagely (28.2±5.4)°; Vertical excursion was 15°-25°, averagely(20.3±4.1)°. ③Investigational findings of each indice after wearing custom-made ocular prosthesis: General satisfactory rates (satisfactory and mostly satisfactory) of shape, color, motility, fixation and comfort were 90.8%, 86.2%, 76.7%, 96.9% and 87.7%, respectively. ④Complication after wearing individual ocular prosthesis: Seven subjects with eye swelling (10.8%), and 4 subjects with macropapillary conjunctivitis (6.2%). CONCLUSION: The individual ocular prosthesis is appropriate for the patients with introrbital implant after enucleation while it is preferable due to its cosmetic aspect. It is considerable and prospective to manufacture individual ocular prosthesis referring to the character of the other eye.
【Objective】To manufacture the individual ocular prosthesis for the patients undergoing enucleation and primary orbital implant,and determine the clinical effects and complications associated with the individual prosthesis.【Methods】All cases had individual prosthesis custom-made 2 weeks later because of their dissatisfaction with ready-made prosthetic eye.The width of bilateral palpebral fissures and exophthalmus were measured respectively for the patients wearing two types of prosthesis,the horizontal excursions were evaluated meanwhile.All the patients were consulted with 5 main indices of the individual prosthesis: shape,color,motility,fixation and comfort.【Results】Compared with ready-made prosthesis,individual prosthesis was more approximate to the other eye regarding the width of palpebral fissures and the degree of protrusion.Moreover,there had been an improvement in horizontal motility of individual prosthesis.All the patients gave satisfactory comments on the 5 main indices of the individual prosthesis: shape 92.6%,color 88.9%,motility 81.5%,fixation 100% and comfort 92.6%.The complications of the individual prosthesis were infrequent and minor.【Conclusion】The individual prosthesis is appropriate for the patients with intraorbital implant after enucleation while it is preferable due to its cosmetic aspect.It is considerable and prospective to manufacture individual ocular prosthesis referring to the character of the other eye.
Objective To determine the effects of BRS-3 activation on MMPs release of human bronchial epithelial cells and MMP-9 and TIMP-1 on the proliferation of human lung fibroblasts.Methods Secretion of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 of human bronchial epithelial cells were assayed by ELISA; Proliferation of human lung fibroblasts was measured by MTT.Results Ozone exposure stimulated MMP-9、TIMP-1 release and decreased MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio.P3513 inhibited ozone exposure-induced MMP-9、TIMP-1 release and made MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio up.The effect of P3513 was diminished by PD98059,a inhibitor of mitogen activated protein kinase.MMP-9 stimulates proliferation of human lung fibroblasts,but TIMP-1 had no proliferation effect on this cells.Conclusion The date suggests that ozone exposure-induced MMP-9、TIMP-1 release and MMP-9/TIMP-1 can be regulated by BRS-3 activation dependent of mitogen activated protein kinase pathway in bronchial epithelial cell,and MMP-9 stimulates proliferation of human lung fibroblasts;Therefore,a conclusion may be obtained that BRS-3 play an essential role in airway remodeling,which has a possibility protective effect on asthma.
In this study, a new data mining tool called Digital Differential Display (DDD) from the NCBI was used to predict testis-specific expressed genes from the expressed sequence tag (EST) database. DDD (digital differential display) was performed between nine testis libraries and seventy libraries derived from other tissues. We identified a new contig of ESTs (HS. 326528) which was from testis libraries. To validate the use of bioinformatic approaches in gene discovery, the ESTs (HS. 326528), which were predicted to be testis-specific, were chosen for further study. Reverse Transcriptase-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) analysis of matched sets of cDNAs from testis and other tissues indicated that the ESTs were specifically expressed in testis. This result was further validated by multi-tissue Northern blot. The full-length cDNA encompassing the entire open reading frame was cloned and, in view of its apparent specificity to testis, the gene was termed homo sapiens spermatogenesis-related gene 8---SRG8 (GenBank accession number: AY489187). The gene whose full cDNA length is 1 044 bp containing 3 exons and 2 introns is located in human chromosome 15q26.2, the cDNA encodes a novel protein of 105 amino acides with a theoretical molecular weight of 11.7 kD and isoelectric point of 10.09 which shares no significant homology with any known proteins in database. Real time PCR analysis of testis of different developmental periods revealed that SRG8 gene is significantly expressed in adult testis. The green fluorescent protein produced by pEGFP-C3/SRG8 was detected in the nucleus of HeLa cells after 24 h post-transfection. Cell cycle analysis showed that SRG8 can accelerate HeLa cells to traverse the S-phase and enter the G2-phase compared with the control without transfection of SRG8, which suggested that this gene plays an important role in the development of testis. The discovery of SRG8 showed that DDD combined with experiments is a feasible, time-saving strategy to identify new candidate genes for testis-specific development
目的:了解可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体Ⅰ在哮喘患儿发病中的作用.方法:用ELISA法对哮喘患儿急性发作组,哮喘缓解组及健康对照组儿童血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体Ⅰ(sTNF-RI)水平进行检测.结果:哮喘发作组sTNF-RI浓度为4.91±0.39 ng/ml,哮喘缓解组为2.35±0.43 ng/ml,明显高于健康对照组(1.26±0.24 ng/m1),(P<0.01和P<0.05);哮喘发作组亦高于缓解组(P<0.05).结论:sTNF-RI可能参与了哮喘气道炎症反应的发病过程.
目的:探讨HA-TI涂层牙种植体的临床应用疗效.方法:对36例上颌前牙患者共种植羟基磷灰石涂层种植体41枚,术后6个月用种植固定义齿方法进行烤瓷冠修复.结果:完成冠修复后,通过36个月的随访,种植体累积成功率为85.3%.结论:严格的适应症和精细的外科操作及正确的修复是种植成功的关键,羟基磷灰石涂层牙种植体可对上颌前牙缺失进行良好的修复.
该文报导了颌骨缺损骨移植区缺失牙行固定修复的经验,选用口腔外科因外伤骨缺损和肿瘤行骨切除即刻骨移植后植骨区行牙种植,然后在种植桩上行固定义齿修复,修复后分别在3,6,9个月对固定义齿进行临床和X线牙片检查,了解种植牙的情况,结果表明:3个病人16个种植牙经观察6~14个月,全部种植义齿稳固,能咀嚼一般食物,牙无松动,表明了颌骨缺损区牙缺失采用植骨、种植桩加固定义齿修复,是恢复咀嚼功能的一种可行的方法.
