This study investigates the influence of brand trust and brand image on consumer purchase decisions, with brand loyalty serving as a mediating variable, in the context of Fore Coffee, an Indonesian specialty coffee shop brand that offers freshly prepared beverages for immediate consumption (ready-to-drink coffee). Grounded in the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), this research explores how attitudinal and control beliefs shape behavioral intentions and actual consumer actions. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 193 working consumers across Semarang, Solo, and Yogyakarta, and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that both brand trust and brand image significantly influence purchase decisions, both directly and indirectly through brand loyalty. The mediating analysis confirms that brand loyalty partially mediates these relationships, suggesting that emotional commitment reinforces the conversion of brand perceptions into consumer actions. These insights affirm the TPB framework and underscore the importance of cultivating trust and image to foster loyalty and drive purchasing behavior. The study offers practical implications for brand managers and contributes theoretically to consumer behavior literature in emerging digital markets.
Biowall is one of the several innovative strategies people use to build a comfortable interior atmosphere with living plants. This research attempts to trace the gaps in the previous analysis as a 'state of the art' with a literature review method by focusing on the biowall method, area ratio and types of plants. Biowall performance is mainly related to the influence of thermal, visual, audial, and respiratory comfort. It is an essential topic used to induce atmospheric interiors, such as temperature, humidity, light intensity, sound insulation and absorption, CO2, HCHO, VOC, and particulate levels. The results showed that the empirical methods used were actual scale-up and down experiments, laboratories in test chambers, simulation with specific software, and case research on in-situ biowall. The comparison between the biowall and room size varied significantly due to the absence of a legal basis and reasons. Ferns and succulents were the most widely used species to induce atmospheric comfort. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct further research on biowall physical comfort based on multisensory simultaneously and determine its standard dimension and digital integration. Subsequent researchers must further discuss home-scale biowall acceleration and utilization of food-medicinal plants.
The most significant state revenue in Indonesia comes from tax revenues, with a self-assessment system. Based on several previous studies, this system could be a factor in not achieving the tax revenue target. For companies, tax collection is considered a burden that reduces profits; This is what causes companies to carry out tax aggressiveness as a strategy in tax planning. Tax aggressiveness is one of the factors inhibiting state tax revenues. This research aims to analyze the influence of Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility on tax aggressiveness. The population in this research are property, real estate and construction service sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results of this research found that: 1. The Audit Committee has a significant influence on Tax Aggressiveness. 2. Independent Commissioners do not have a significant effect on Tax Aggressiveness. 3. Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant effect on Tax Aggressiveness. 4. The Audit Committee and Independent Commissioner Corporate Social Responsibility together have a significant influence on Tax Aggressiveness.”
Concentrated industrial areas have the potential to contribute to ambient air pollution in the surrounding area. This research aims to analyze the impact of industrial activities on total particle concentration and element content with diurnal variations in the measurement time. The study location was conducted in an industrial area in Tempuran District, Magelang Regency, Indonesia. X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) devices were used to analyze element content in collected particulate both in emission and ambient measurements. Based on the emission measurement, for several industries, emission standards were met, but the flow rate of emissions in identified stacks was quite low so there was not enough dilution in the atmosphere. TSP concentrations showed concentrations 2 times higher at site closest to industrial area compared to farther site during the day and at night. However, the percentage of major elements to TSP during the day compared to the night at three sites in general was comparable. Based on the EF analysis, the components classified as slightly enriched are P, Fe, Na, and Cu. The S component is enriched, while the Cl component is very enriched. Based on the results of the dispersion model, the distribution of emissions is more concentrated at nighttime than during the daytime. The number of patients with acute respiratory infection in affected areas is 5–12 times higher than that of unaffected areas. This indicates the accumulative impact of air pollution even though the ambient air quality standards for particulate parameters are met.
