This paper takes vocational skill competitions as the research object,and focuses on the vocation-al skills competition leading the cultivation of high-skilled talents from the perspective of talent cultivation.First,the connotation and role of vocational skill competitions are briefly summarized,and the relationship between vo-cational skills and the cultivation of high-skilled talents is expounded.Second,combined with the actual situation of the development of China's vocational skill competitions in recent years,the achievements and practical prob-lems are systematically summarized.Finally,on the basis of the research above,effective strategies of vocational skill competitions in the cultivation of high-skilled talents are introduced in detail.It is expected that this research can further expand the public's understanding of vocational skill competitions,so as to lay a solid social founda-tion for the high-quality and large-scale holding of vocational skill competitions,and promote the full play of the leading role of vocational skill competitions in the cultivation of high-skilled talents.

Online courses generally have the problems of high registration rate and low pass rate.In order to improve the pass rate of online courses,this paper analyzes the learning behaviors of those who pass online learn-ing courses and those who fail online learning courses,compares the characteristics of learning behaviors of the two types of learners,screens the characteristics of the two types of learners,and builds a machine learning mod-el based on the selected characteristics.Predictions of online learning results are made by comparing and analyz-ing SVM model and BP neural network models.Finally,based on the nine stage teaching design of Gagne,specif-ic intervention measures are proposed,and the implementation effect of the proposed measures is verified by com-bining the prediction model.The results show that the intervention measures have a certain effect on improving the pass rate of online courses.

With the rapid development of the economy,the consumption demand of residents is increasingly diversified and the consumption structure has also undergone changes.Shandong Province is a populous prov-ince,and it is of great significance to study the relationship between consumption structure of residents and eco-nomic growth in Shandong Province.Based on the data of urban residents'per capita consumption expenditure in 16 regions of Shandong Province,this paper constructs two common factors of consumption structure,namely ba-sic consumption factor and guaranteed consumption factor,by using factor analysis.The results show that the con-sumption structure of each region in Shandong Province is very different due to the differences in geographical lo-cation,and the consumption level of residents has a great correlation with the level of urban economic develop-ment.
