本研究将遥感技术与景观生态学研究方法相结合,对环福州区域的SPOT5影像进行景观类型分类,得到土地利用专题图,并应用FRAGSTATS软件对研究区景观指数、格局进行计算和分析,得出林地为研究区景观本底,河流廊道具有较好的连通性,城镇、农业用地等斑块类型破碎化程度较高;城市中建筑用地过多,且缺少成片林地资源。
Under the study of the magnanimous forestry resources data,the GIS organization's technical method and realization process of whole province forestry resources data were elaborated in the paper based on the Fujian Province forestry administration information network environment.Through the analysis magnanimous forestry resources data characteristic,the GIS system organizational structure,the spatial data pretreatment and the loading,the data seamless and the multi-scale management,the ArcSDE space database based on the Oracle,the space database design and the disposition,the data exchange and so on the key technologies were discussed.The application result indicated that establishing the data warehouse could be convenient and fast transfer by the terminal PC in the network,to meet the needs of the forestry resources data management in Fujian Province.
In recent years, under the drive of Digital Earth, regional and industrial informanization has been developed rapidly in China. Taking the engineering of Fujian Provincial Digital Forestry as an example, this paper studies the construction model of predecessor basic projects including information standard systems, information sharing and integrated service, geomatics data of forest, information system security and technicians. With resources optimization and information sharing as the main line, the paper puts forward that (1) an overall solution scheme for information exchange and sharing should be accomplished by using XML & Web Services core technologies;(2) with the view of the standard going ahead and formulating information standard in order to standardize and guide the engineering construction of Digital Forestry, resources should be integrated, the greatest returns on investment should be yielded and a good technological groundwork of Digital Forestry development should be laid;(3) basic data construction should be strengthened and informationization application should be improved;and (4) the foundation role of training qualified people should be stregenthened and the integrated application level of the informationization engineering should be raised. Finally, this paper discusses the goal and mission, guilding ideology, construction rules, organizational management, guarantee measures and key business application system of the engineering of Fujian Provincial Digital Forestry.
随着现阶段日本社会经济的发展,为了更好地发挥森林资源的经济效益、生态效益和社会效益等综合功能,日本确立了以流域开发为基本单位、国有林和民有林都纳入林业调整的森林流域管理体系,针对不同流域类型实施不同政策.
在GIS及XMLW eb Services技术的支持下,研究了对多源异构数据进行集成与共享的理论体系及实现过程。以福建省林业部门数据为基础,分析了集成与共享的体系结构、数据标准化、数据发布与服务、数据调用等关键过程。研究表明,通过集成与共享的应用,提供了统一标准的高质量数据,满足了全省林业部门的需要。
With the deepening of informanization development, the range of computer and internet / intranet application and the scale of the application systems are expending. A common problem that lies ahead of us is how to integrate with and share the information resources that have been built. Taking the project of the e-government information sharing platform of Fujian Provincial Digital Forestry as an example, based on protecting the investment in information, the overall solution scheme and realization methods of the information exchange and sharing are studied by means of MS.NET/ XML Web Services / MS BizTalk Server 2004 core technologies for the sharing information requirement of Fujian Provincial Digital Forestry application systems in forestry of the data distributed and heterogeneous environment.
Based on the studying of forest resources foundation geographical data in Fujian Province,the process of data transformation and key technologies were elaborated in the paper.Through analyzing the current status of forest resources foundation geographical data in Fujian Province,the data error sources was analyzed,and key technologies,such as the data standardization,the data reorganization, the error correction,the vector precision rectification,the process of date format unification and transformation,were discussed.The study indicated that after the quality of transformation forest resource foundation geographical data in Fujian Province quality had been improved to meet the needs of the forest resources management in Fujian Province.
Based on the forestry data in Fujian Province,the process and the contents of the establishment of the provincial forestry data center and the information services are elaborated.Through analyzing the composition and the function structure of the provincial forestry data center,the key technologies for developing the basic forestry database for the entire province,database management,multi-source data integration,data sharing and exchange,data transfer and so on are researched.The research results indicate that the integrated management for the multi-scale forestry database has been realized in the Fujian provincial forestry data center,the network information services of the continuously seamless database has been provided to meet the needs of the entire forestry department.
本文以福建省数字林业为背景,论述了福建省数字林业政务信息网络的现状,探讨了网络安全体系的构建和实现过程,通过分析当前网络建设中需要解决的安全问题,提出了网络安全防护的技术方法和措施,以满足当前林业信息系统建设的需要。
The remote sensing methodology and techniques of coastal protection forest resources were studied in the paper.On the basis of SPOT PAN,Landsat ETM+ data and the investigation data,a schema of remote sensing classification for the coastal protection forest was built up.After geometric correction,image fusion and classification with multi-band combination,the coastal protective forest resources of Pingtan island were extracted under the support of ERDAS IMAGINE and ARC/INFO system.By the comparison of classified results,the present status,properties,and distribution of protective forest resource were analyzed lastly in Pingtan island.
The paper established the principles, structure,weights of indexes, the present datum and the calculation methods on evaluation index system of urban forest, taking Huian County as an example. Depending on the evaluation index system, it evaluated the present condition of urban forest in Huian County, and established the attaining target in 2010 and in 2020. The result showed that the synthetic index system of urban forest would surpass by 1.932 times in 2010 and 2.943 times in 2020 than that of the present condition if the target was completed.The construction,the function and the coordination of urban forest would be respectively increased by 1.706,1.815 and 2.564 times.in 2010 and 2.648,2.589 and 4.269 times in 2020,therefore the environment quality would be much improved.
福建省惠安县是中国森林生态网络建设试验示范点之一,作为小城镇示范点的惠安县将发挥其沿海城镇森林生态网络体系建设的指导作用.通过惠安县沿海防护林体系建设的实践,为沿海城镇森林生态网络体系建设积累了经验.森林生态网络体系建设是一项庞大的社会工程,受观念更新难、技术攻关难、资金投入难、部门配合难、管护落实难等因素制约,需要从有关方面采取相应的措施.
The paper studied the landscape patterns in Huian, a coastal county of Fujian Province. By selecting the diversity index,dominance index and evenness index,the landscape patterns in the county were analyzed. The result showed that the landscape pattern was mainly the farmland and the diversity index of forestry areas was the maximum, but the environment quality was rather poor. There were 7 032 patches in the studied region, and the largest was 11.2 km~2, the smallest was 420 m~2, this showed that the difference of patch areas was very large. With the increasing disturbances, the landscape diversity decreased and the dominance increased.
Methods and means of applying 3S technologies in networking of forest ecological studies in Xiamen city was studied in terms of application of advanced technologies, networking and deployment of urban forest ecological studies and development of best practices of urban ecological development and environmental protection. The paper focuses on the methods and means of applying 3Stechnologies in Xiamen city such as interpreting TM and SPOT image data, vegetation investigating, and monitoring forest resource distribution using Geographic Information System, which would serve as an example for urban forest ecological development in other cities with similar natural and social conditions.

With the acceleration of urban development, people pay more and moreattention to the environment quality of the existing space. Striving for development and improvement of urban environment becomes a new trend. The subjects on urban development, forestry, environmental protection, gardening and ecology attach importance to urban ecological development. Therefore, many new theories and models of urban ecological development have emerged. This paper reviews the models of urban greening on garden city, landscape city, forest city and ecological city. With comparative analyses of the functions and characteristics of different development models of urban ecology, this paper summarizes the development progress of urban greening and discusses the new development trend.

厦门市地处福建省东南沿海,属南亚热带海洋性季风气候,平均气温为20.7℃,年降雨量1 143.5毫米,相对湿度76%,热量充足,雨热同期,素有“天然温室”之称,地型地貌以低丘、台地等类型为主,动、植物资源丰富。厦门市东隔台湾海峡与我国的台湾省相望,是我国改革开放以及海峡两岸交流的窗口和前沿阵地。随着社会经济的持续发展,厦门市的生态环境建设也上了一个新台阶。截止1998年底,厦门市园林绿地总面积达2 423公顷,公共绿地面积537公顷,森林覆盖率达37%,城市绿化率达40.l%,人均公共绿地9.4平方米。但是,就厦门市的总体绿化水平,特别是与一些发达国家相比,仍然存在一定的差距,生态系统仍然比较脆弱,综合生态效益较差。1999年厦门市遭受台风袭击,造成难以弥补的重大损失。我们认为厦门市蒙受台风危害的主要原因是台风太强。但城市森林生态网络尚未形成,也是一个不可忽视的非常重要的原因。
