对琼东南盆地深水区 YL19A 钻井岩屑样品进行了稀土元素(REE)地球化学特征分析, 旨在研究琼东南盆地深水区的沉积物源及古环境变化.钻井岩屑样品的球粒陨石标准化REE配分模式总体呈轻稀土(LREE)富集、重稀土(HREE)亏损的右倾式, 但在各时代地层之间表现出一定的差异.崖城组和陵水组岩屑呈明显的 Eu 正异常, 而梅山组、三亚组和黄流组岩屑呈 Eu的弱负异常, 指示了沉积环境和沉积物源上的变化.在早渐新世时期, 研究区物源以来自周边凸起的火山碎屑和陆源碎屑为主, 沉积环境为海陆过渡相; 自渐新世晚期开始, 随着琼东南盆地全区发生海侵, 研究区水深逐渐加大, 沉积环境由海陆过渡相变为浅海相, 物源变为远源陆源物质, 并具有红河与海南岛多物源混合的特征, 红河沉积物对物源的贡献相对较大, 基性火山物质对物源的贡献减弱.YL19A钻井岩屑的REE地球化学特征在距今30、28.5、25.5和23.8 Ma等地层界面处均发生明显的突变, 对区域性构造运动事件有明显的响应.
Objective:To develop an ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) method for the determination of five synthetic pigments such as tatrazine,amaranth,carmine,sunset yellow and brilliant blue in beverage. Methods:Synthetic pigments in beverage were extracted by polyamide adsorption method,separated on a Waters ACQUITY UPLCTM BEH C18 column by gradient elution using a mobile phase made up of methanol and 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate,and detected at 254 nm and 629 nm. Results:The five synthetic pigments were separated in 5.5 min. The UPLC method exhibited excellent linearity over a range of 3-80 mg/L (r 0.9995). The detection limit,recovery rate and relative standard deviation (RSD) of this method were 0.03-0.10 mg/L,97.4%-107.3%,and 0.22%-3.20%,respectively. Conclusion:The analytical method is simple,accurate,sensitive and suitable for the determination of pigments in beverage.

Objective This article reviewed the influence of the processing on the composition of crude drug with physiological activity,including volatile oils,alkaloids,glycosides,polysaccharides,tannins and trace elements,explored the true meaning of processing on traditional Chinese medicine,and provided reference to formulate a reasonable processing technology and quality standards.
OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of raw and charred Agi on hemostasis and its mechanism. METHODS The rabbit bleeding time was measured by traumatic hemorrhage test, and the clotting time was measured by tube test. The rabbit prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thormboplastia time (APTT), thrombin time (TT), fibrinogen (FIB), plasma recalcification time (PRT), euglobulin lysis time (ELT), max platelet aggregation rate (MPAR) were measured by solidification method, turbidimetry and tube test to analyze the effects of raw and charred Agi on rabbit coagulation-fibrinolysis system and platelet function. RESULTS The medium doses and high doses of raw Agi groups, all of the groups of charred Agi decreased rabbit BT obviously (P<0.01 or P<0.05); all of the groups of raw and charred Agi declined rabbits CT (P<0.01 or P<0.05). All of the doses groups of raw and charred Agi had no apparent influences on PT (P>0.05); the high dose of raw Agi group and all of the groups of charred Agi decreased APTT apparently (P<0.01 or P<0.05) and prolonged ELT (P<0.01 or P<0.05); the high doses groups of raw and charred Agi decreased TT apparently (P<0.01 or P<0.05); the medium and high doses groups of charred Agi increased FIB obviously (P<0.01 or P<0.05); the high doses group of charred Agi showed the decreased PRT significantly (P<0.05) and increased MPAR obviously (P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS Raw Agi can play its role in hemostasis and coagulation by affecting the intrinsic pathway of coagulation and fibrinolytic system. These effects are inhanced after processing drugs; moreover, the charred Agi could increase FIB and MPAR with promoting more in blood coagulation.

The development and production of natural product reference materials is of great signifi cance for China. In this paper we explained the defi nition of reference materia ls, their classifi cation and the major target, and introduced the technical services organization and management of the National Technical Committee on Reference Materials and the National Specialistic Group on Natural Products Reference Materials. We also described the current progress of research , the basic process and technical route of natural product reference materials, and looked forward to the bright future.
超高效液相色谱(UHPLC)技术是在高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术的基础上,进一步利用亚微米颗粒填料、超高压输液泵、低死体积系统及快速检测等特点发展起来的分析检测技术,具有更高的分离度、分析速度和检测高灵敏度。本文综述了近年来UHPLC技术在食品安全检测中的应用,特别是在检测农药残留、兽药残留、食品添加剂、非法添加物以及有毒物质等方面取得的研究成果。
The shortcomings of traditional medicine of the ethnic minority have been shown in the theoretical systems,educational practices,course characteristics,facilities,hardware and software supports by analyzing the traditional medicine of ethnic minorities and the current development of science and technology.So we suggest that integrate the advantageous resources of Chinese medicine and ethnic minorities colleges nationwide;accelerate the process of modern science and technology and standardization;the government increase investment in the higher education of traditional medicine of ethnic minority;promote the development of traditional medicine of ethnic minorities.
The status of chemical and pharmacological studies on Artemisia was analyzed in this paper.More than 100 flavonoids were isolated and some exhibited antibacterial,anticancer activities.Conclusion: Studies on Artemisia would have important significance to the finding of new bioactive compounds and the protection of resources.
Objective:Summarize research status of stanching in Chinese herb. Research method, mechanism of stanching are contained. Methods:Analyze and conclude relevant reference. Results:BT, CT, APTT, PT, TT, FIB, ELT, PRT and PAgT are most used indicator. Intrinsic and extrinsic coagulation are most common mechanism of stanching. Conclusion:Experimental research of stanching in Chinese herb are very important.
目的:初步建立蒙药阿给中鞣质的含量测定方法,并对阿给炮制前后生药与炭药中的鞣质含量进行测定。方法:采用分光光度法,以磷钼钨酸与多酚类物质的显色反应进行到90~120 min时,于760 nm波长处,分别测定阿给炮制前后供试品溶液中的总酚和不被吸附的多酚的光密度,用标准曲线法计算鞣质含量。结果:生药与炭药中的鞣质含量分别为0.2716%和0.0885%。本法具有较高的灵敏度与选择性,精密度和重复性均较好,其RSD值分别为0.67%和5.6%,加样回收率在86.2%~106.4%之间,RSD值为8.1%。结论:炮制工艺对阿给中鞣质含量有明显的影响。炮制后,阿给中鞣质含量明显降低。磷钼钨酸/干酪素法简单、准确,适用于阿给鞣质含量的测定。本文研究结果可为阿给生药及炮制品的质量控制提供依据。
在信仰萨满教的民族中,他们的各种活动都和萨满有一定的关系。萨满之所以在民间有市场并为某些人所拥戴,原始医术功劳不小,萨满本身就是原始医术的践行者。而萨满的这些医术活动,客观上又促成了蒙医学的产生。前郭尔罗斯蒙古族自治县的萨满跳神活动,一方面作为萨满教的遗俗,另一方面又被时代赋予了新的意义。文章在对前郭尔罗斯蒙古族自治县运用问卷法调查了部分健康人群对萨满治病的认识。当地部分人对萨满表现出的崇敬,反应了他们的宗教信仰,但其特殊的求医方式是与其受教育程度普遍较低、经济生产比较落后等因素紧密相联系的。
Objective To study the effects of drug-processing on inorganic elements which are important active ingredients in Agi(Artemisia frigida Willd.) and to understand why processed products more effective against hemor-rhage than raw materials.Methods Different Agi samples including the raw herb,the processed drug and their ex-tractions were digested with HNO3-HClO4.The contents and extraction rates of inorganic elements(K,Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe,Mn,Cu,and Al) were determined by ICP-AES.Results Agi was found to be rich in inorganic elements that are essen-tial to hemostatic effects.The contents of all analyzed elements were increased after drug-processing.Specifically,con-tents of Ca,Mg and Zn were increased by 123%,125% and 432% as compared with raw herbs.In contrast,the inorgan-ic elements extraction rates declined significantly.Conclusion The higher contents of inorganic elements,especially Ca,may be helpful for enhanced hemostatic activity,which appeared consistent with their pharmacological effects.Since the extraction rates of all elements became lowered after processing,non-extracted products may be preferable for use.
Objective To identify and determine the total flavonoids in raw and charred Agei.Methods The species of flavonoids in samples were identified by color reactions,and the contents of total flavonoids were measured through UV spectroscopy using rutin as control.Results The main species of flavonoids in raw and charred Agei were different,and the average contents of total flavonoids in raw and charred Agei were 4.78% and 2.26% respectively.Conclusion Drug-processing had some effect on the species and the content of total flavonoids in Agei.Spectrophotometry was an easy operated,accurated,reproducible method for content determination of total flavoniods.
This paper reviewed current status research of Mongolian medicine Artemisia frigida Willd.It introduced several research aspects of Artemisia Frigida,such as materia medica of textual research,the geographical distribution of Artemisia frigida,pharmacognostics,chemical composition,clinical research,molecular level research,and etc.The existing problems were summarized and the development were prospected.The article provides base to the deeply research of Artemisia frigida Willd.
Objective To optimize the processing procedure of Agi(Artemisia frigida Wild).Methods The optimal processing procedure was screened by orthogonal test according to characters,hemostasis time,and the content of the extract.Results The optimal processing procedure was as follows:210℃ for 20 minutes.Conclusion Bleeding stopping effect of Agi was highly influenced by different processing technologies.The screened procedure is a fast and convenient method suitable for the control of the processing technology of Agi.

The comparison research on morphology for Papaver nudicaule L.and Baishan Pavernudicale is beneficial for discrimination of the two drugs.The result will provide foundation for the research on pharmacology of the two drugs,and will promote exploitation and utilization of the two drugs.
