目的:实现超声图像的数字化管理、检查报告的规范化书写和影像资源的全院化共享。方法利用计算机和网络技术,设计超声检查的预约登记、图像采集、报告书写、审核打印、查询统计等流程,研发系统程序。结果规范超声检查各项流程,实现快速采集图像、检查报告书写、全院网络共享。结论该系统在我院应用效果明显,有效解决了超声影像资料的信息化管理问题,提高了检查科室和临床科室的工作效率。

Objective To optimize the procedure of emergency intravenous infusion.To improve the work efficiency and patients'satisfaction in emergency transfusion room.Method The software is developed by using Client/Server software model that is using oracle database as the server and using PowerBuilder9 development tools to design the client program.Result The function of this system is powerful and it can be used easily by the operator.The system is also very intelligent.The software offers the standardizable and individualistic template to the operator.Conclusion This practice shortened the patients'waIting time,increased patients'satisfaction,and improved working efficiency in emergency transfusion room.
Objective To design a set of health examination information system for out-examination in military hospital.The system also can be used during examination workflows in hospital examination center.Methods The system was based on No.1 Military Hospital Information System and developed by PowerBuilder and Photoshop,using data conversion to share data during out-examination works.Results Connecting with PACS and LIS,the system included registering,examining and reporting.Also,it could provide guiding suggestions to soldiers by analyzing their examination data.Conclusion This system can be used in the health examination center in military hospital which can optimize the out-examination flow and improve the work efficiency.
