本文分析了HM-1型摩擦胶泥缓冲器结构特点及缓冲特性的优化改进,建立了摩擦胶泥缓冲器特性曲线的简化分析及推算方法,根据其10km/h冲击速度时的最大阻抗力、位移等数据,推算出缓冲器在调车工况6km/h、运行工况3km/h速度冲击下的"位移-阻抗"特性,并进行了实验验证.研究表明,通过降低HM-1型缓冲器弹簧刚度,提升胶泥芯体阻尼作用,可以有效改善其缓冲特性,降低阻抗力20%;建立的缓冲特性曲线简化计算方法推算结果与实验数据接近,可作为摩擦胶泥缓冲器的设计分析参考.
目的 构建介入类耗材使用全流程风险防控平台,提高介入类耗材的质量安全管理水平.方法 对介入类耗材的使用全流程风险点和管理点进行分析,借助信息化技术构建平台,优化和改善介入类耗材的使用全流程的管理.结果 介入类耗材风险防控平台的使用,使耗材降价幅度达33%,库存差错率降幅31%,追溯风险降幅42%,科室再无自用情况发生.结论 介入类耗材风险防控平台的构建,提高了耗材使用效率和风险环节的重点管理水平,达到以医疗安全服务为重心的严格管控要求.
针对目前TB/T 1335-1996 《铁道车辆强度设计及试验鉴定规范》及TB/T 2369-2010《铁道车辆冲击试验方法》不适合160 km/h快捷货车抗冲击性能评价的现状,对比分析了现有机车缓冲器及新研制的快捷货车缓冲器的技术特点,并通过其典型工况的理论计算和冲击试验验证得出了关于160 km/h快捷货车冲击试验的评价标准.
Objective: To observe the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of mandelic acid. Methods: Fifty Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:the blank control group (0. 1 ml/10 g), mandelic acid high (300 mg·kg-1), medium (200 mg ·kg-1 ) and low (140 mg·kg-1 ) dose groups, and the positive control ( aspirin) group, ig, qd. The analgesic effect of mandelic acid was observed by writhing test and hot plate method in mice. The ear swelling model caused by dimethyl benzene in mice was a-dopted to observe the analgesic effect. Results:Mandelic acid in each dose group could make the number of writhing in mice signifi-cantly reduced and pain threshold extended, and when compared with the blank control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 01). The writhing times of mice mandelic acid high dose group was fewer than that of the positive control group, and there was no statistically significant between the groups (P>0. 05). In low and medium dose group, the writhing times of mice were more than those of the positive control group, and there was a significant difference between the low dose group and the positive control group( P<0. 05). The pain threshold of the mice in each mandelic acid dose group was higher than that of the positive control group, the pain threshold increased significantly in the high dose group before and after the administration, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant when compared with the positive control group (P<0. 05). The effect of mandelic acid on the ear swelling of mice was not signifi-cant, and when compared with the blank control group, the difference was not significant (P>0. 05). Conclusion:Mandelic acid has significant analgesic effect, while anti-inflammatory effect is not obvious.

目的调查抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动前后医院门诊处方抗菌药物合理使用情况,为下一步开展抗菌药物临床应用专项整治工作提供依据。方法对比201 1-2013年门诊处方抗菌药物使用情况数据,随机抽取2013年门诊处方7 800张,统计分析抗菌药物使用情况。结果经过近三年专项整治活动,门诊处方抗菌药物使用率下降6.31%;2013年抽查处方中,开具抗菌药物门诊处方1 446张,门诊处方抗菌药物使用率为18.54%;有40张处方联合使用抗菌药物,占抗菌药物处方数的2.30%;用药频度前5种抗菌药物为头孢西丁、头孢地尼、头孢克肟、头孢呋辛、左氧氟沙星。结论经过抗菌药物临床应用专项整活动,虽然门诊抗菌药使用率有下降趋势,但仍存在不合理用药情况,须持续改进。
Objective The auther analyzed the irrational use of drug with patients in each department of our hospital in order to make proper suggestions through exemplifications.Method The rational or irrational drug use was determined according to the instruction of drugs,relevant guidelines or regulations.Results The phenomenon of irrational drug utilization is relatively common in nervous system medicines,especially traditional Chinese medicine injections,No indications drug utilization and drug overdosage occured in some patients.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists can improve the rational drug application through reviewing orders,and putting forward suggestions.
依据卫生部颁发的《处方点评管理办法》等规范,组织临床药师对外科Ⅰ类切口预防性抗菌药物临床应用、中药注射剂、心脑血管用药等进行回顾性处方点评,有效干预了医生不合理用药行为,促进了临床合理用药.
Objective To establish a method for determination of paeoniflorin in Paishilidan tablets by HPLC.Method Hypersil ODS-3 C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) was used,acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(18∶82) was the mobile phase,detection wavelength was at 230 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Result The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.06~0.36 μg,r=0.999 9,and the average recovery was 99.77% with RSD of 1.35%(n=6).Conclusion The method was simple,quick and accurate,and available for quality control of the preparation.
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Sea buckthorn oil intravenous emulsion on enhancing the efficacy of chemotherapy and reducing its side-effect in mice inoculated with S180 tumorous cells. METHODS The mice inoculated with S180 tumorous cells were divided into four groups: S180 control group,CTX group,Sea buckthorn oil intravenous emulsion group(20,10,5 mL·kg-1),Sea buckthorn oil intravenous emulsion(20,10,5 mL·kg-1) associated with CTX groups.After 10 days treatment,calculated the tumor inhibitory rate,and evaluated the counting of peripheral blood cells and nucleus cells in marrow,the weight of spleen and thymus,reticuloendothelial system,blood flow in the inert carbon particles on phagocytosis clearance capacity. RESULTS The tumor inhibitory rate was higher in each Sea buckthorn oil intravenous emulsion associated with CTX group than that in the S180 control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The tumor inhibitory rate of each Sea buckthorn oil intravenous emulsion associated with CTX group was higher than CTX group(P<0.05).The numbers of nucleus cells in marrow,WBC and the indices of spleen and thymus in CTX group were lower than those of S180 control group.When compared with CTX group,moderate and large dose Sea buckthorn oil intravenous emulsion associated with CTX could obviously increase the numbers of nucleus cells in marrow,the numbers of peripheral blood leukocytes and spleen index(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The phagocytosis coefficient of Sea buckthorn oil intravenous emulsion(20 mL·kg-1) was obviously higher than the control group(P<0.05).It could enhance the clearance capacity of carbon particles in mice significantly. CONCLUSION Sea buckthorn oil intravenous emulsion can enhance the efficacy of chemotherapy and reduce its side-effect in mice inoculated with S180 tumor cells exposed to CTX.Sea buckthorn oil intravenous emulsion can improve the non-specific immune function significantly.
objective :To study the characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADR) occurred in our hospital. METHODS:A total of 82 ADR cases collected in 2008 in our hospital were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: Of the 82 ADR cases,51.22% were reported by doctors and 48.78% were reported by nurses;92.68% were intervenous drop infusion;53.66% were associated with antibacterials;And each 21.39% were manifested as lesions of skin and the appendants and general damage or loss. CONCLUSION: For medical workers, ADR monitoring should be strengthened to ensure patients medication safety.
Objective To confirm the best inclusion processing conditions for β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound of clove oil.Methods With the encapsulation rate of clove oil as the index,the study was carried out with L9(34)orthogonal design to optimize the best inclusion processing conditions for β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound of clove oil.Results The best inclusion processing conditions were established as:oil:β-cyclodextrin was 1:8;the inclusion temperature:50 ℃;the inclusion time:2 h.Conclusion β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound of clove oil can be produced industrially.
目的 测定艾叶生品及炒炭炮制品中总黄酮的含量并作以比较.方法 采用紫外分光光度法测定含量.结果 炒炭后总黄酮含量降低74.36%,平均回收率为97.77%,RSD为0.74%(n=5).结论 加热炒炭致使炮制品总黄酮含量降低.
中药注射剂与传统剂型相比较具有生物利用度高、作用迅速等特点,已被越来越多地应用于临床,同时关于其引起的药物不良反应(ADR)的报道也日渐增多[1],因此,应加强对中药注射剂应用的研究,以避免其ADR的发生.作者对陕西省人民医院2006年8月至2008年8月门诊中药注射剂应用情况进行分析,并探讨其合理应用有关问题.
本文从转K3型转向架构架组装的技术要求、横梁端部质量状况出发,分析了与之对应的侧梁腹板孔机加工的工艺难点;叙述了采用三坐标测量机测量横梁端部形状、开发专用软件进行数据处理,并自动生成侧梁腹板孔数控加工程序的仿形机加工工艺。
目的对比研究超微粉碎前后穿山龙薯蓣皂苷的溶出率。方法用高效液相色谱法测定浸泡30min、浸泡12h、回流30min、超声4种方法提取的穿山龙薯蓣皂苷溶出率。结果穿山龙微粉薯蓣皂苷提取率明显高于细粉及其他规格,最佳提取工艺条件为微粉用50%乙醇冷浸,加10倍量水,超声20min。结论细胞级微粉技术工艺可提高穿山龙薯蓣皂苷提取率。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in the Miniaoning tablets.METHODS HPLC was used with the C18 column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile33mmol·L-1 potassium dihydrogenphas phate-triethylamine(26∶74∶0.1);the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1;the column temperature was at 25℃;the detection wave length was set at 345nm.RESULTS The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.05~0.80μg.The regression equation wasY=3.6×106X+2517.1,r=0.9998.The average recovery was 100.51% with RSD=1.51%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid,and suitable for the qualitg control of Miniaoning tablets.
