目的:研究分析中华青牛胆中的挥发油成分.方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从中华膏牛胆中提取挥发油,并采用GC-MS法分析挥发油的化学成分.结果:共鉴定出30种成分,占已分离成分总合量的90.79%以上.其中植物醇(29.91%)、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(11.94%)、3-己烯-1-醇(5.22%)含量较高.结论:通过对中华青牛胆挥发油的分析,可为其进一步开发提供科学依据.
On the banana peel spectral identification,qualitative analysis for the banana peel to provide a scientific basis. Method: With visible- ultraviolet spectrum identification method for spectral identification. Results: 95% ethanol extract of the maximum absorption wavelength of 278. 0nm; chloroform extract maximum absorption wavelength of 243. 0 nm; 60- 90° petroleum ether extracts maximum absorption wavelength of 443. 0nm. Conclusion: The result is a banana peel to provide a scientific basis for qualitative analysis.
目的:测定金莲花中金丝桃苷的含量.方法:采用80%乙醇提取总黄酮,HPLC法测定金莲花不同部位中金丝桃苷的含量.色谱柱为Phenomenex Gemini C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(V/V,18∶82);流速为1.0 ml/min;柱温为25℃;检测波长为360 nm;进样量为10 μl.结果:金丝桃苷在0.04~0.56 μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9997(n=6);其中茎、叶、籽中金丝桃苷的含量分别为0.0279,0.3868,0.0016 mg/g.结论:金莲花不同部位中金丝桃苷的含量分布为:叶>茎>籽,上述结果可为金莲花的综合利用提供科学依据.
[目的]优选芒果苷锌配合物的最佳合成工艺.[方法]以反应体系pH值、提取溶剂浓度、投料比和回流时间为考察因素,以芒果苷锌配合物的沉淀重量为指标,通过正交试验进行优选芒果苷锌的合成方法.[结果]各试验因素对芒果苷锌配合物合成的影响依次是:反应体系pH值>乙醇浓度>投料比>回流时间.芒果苷锌配合物的最佳合成工艺为A3B2C2D1,即:取芒果苷适量,溶于80%乙醇溶液中,调节pH为8.0,加入等物质的量的硝酸锌,回流2h.[结论]筛选的合成工艺可有效提高芒果苷-锌配合物的产率,适用于工业生产.
[目的]测定金莲花不同部位的总黄酮含量.[方法]采用80%乙醇提取金莲花不同部位的总黄酮,以亚硝酸钠硝酸铝法测定金莲花不同部位的总黄酮含量.[结果]金莲花不同部位的总黄酮含量分布为:叶>茎>籽.[结论]该方法简便可靠,结果准确稳定,重复性好.
对国内药用植物数据库开发的现状进行了分析;通过药用植物数据库间的比较,对中泰常用药用植物数据库进行了分析和评价,认为中泰常用药用植物数据库的构建及实现达到了预期的研究目的.
China and ASEAN countries have a history of using traditional medicine.With the establishment and development of the ASEAN Economic Zone,traditional Chinese medicine has been included into the key areas of economic and social cooperation between China and ASAEN.Funded by the Department of Science and Technology in Guangxi,Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine is trying to set up Sino-Thai Medicinal Plants Professional Database in order to share the information about research on the internet and provide basic information service for mutual communication,cooperation and development in medicinal plants research between China and Thailand.The successful one will provide a model for construction China-ASEAN Traditional Medicine Database.Besides,it will lay a foundation for the continual construction of a professional database with more medicinal information and other related database construction in the future.This paper makes a discussion and illustration from the significance and design ideas of constructing the database.
This study was aimed to observe the effects of herbal pair of Semen ziziphi spinosae (SZS) and A lbizia julibrissin flower (AJF) on the quality of life (QOL) among elderly patients with depression. A total of 70 elderly patients with depression were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups. The Chinese medicine group (with 35 cases) was given SZS-AJF decoction, and the western medicine group (with 35 cases) was given venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets. The HAMD scale score, QOL Assessment Questionnaire (GQOLI-74), and the Side-Effects Scale Score (TESS) were detected 8 weeks before and after the treatment. The results showed that there was no significant difference on the clinical efficacy between two groups. On the comprehensive assessment of QOL, the physical function dimension, mental function dimension and QOL total score of Chinese medicine group were higher than the western medicine group with significant difference (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences on the material function dimension or social function dimensions between two groups. The HAMD score, physical function dimension, mental function dimension, social function dimension and score of QOL were all higher than the pretreatment score with significant differences in both groups (P < 0.05). The TESS score in Chinese medicine group was lower than the western medicine group. And the main adverse reactions in the Chinese medicines group were nausea and vomiting. It was concluded that the herbal pair of SZS and AJF had antidepressant efficacy. It can improve the QOL among elderly patients with depression.

[目的]建立高效液相色谱法测定抗扁桃腺炎合剂中黄芩苷的含量.[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18拄,以乙腈-0.3%磷酸水溶液(26∶74)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为280 nm.[结果]黄芩苷与其它组分峰分离良好,其浓度在1.3 ~20.8 μg/ml之间与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;回归方程为:Y=28 495X-634.7,r=0.9998;加样回收率为97.7%,RSD为1.79%(n=6).[结论]该法简便、准确,可作为抗扁桃腺炎合剂的质量控制方法.
Based on the plantfamily and category,we systematically analyzed,summarized and recorded the research information of 300 common medicinal plants of China and Thailand,then,one professional database of commonly used medicinal plants in China and Thailand was constructed and released.The database includes the information such as medicine name,Pinyin,Latin name,alias,origin,photo,distribution, acquisition processing,medicinal material property,quality evaluation,chemical composition, pharmacological effect,clinical research,drug property,usage and dosage,caution,etc.The database will facilitate the rapid and convenient search of medicinal plants in China and Thailand,all the information will be shared on the internet for the information exchange,cooperation and development in the research field of traditional medicine between two countries.

OBJECTIVE To establish the chromatographic fingerprint of Guangxi persimmon leaf by HPLC.METHODS The fingerprint was investigated using Thermo C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0.05% phosphonic acid and eluted in gradient mode.The detection wavelength was 210 nm.The flow rate was 0.9 mL·min-1.The fingerprints of 12 batches of persimmon leaves were analyzed in 70 min.The similarity was analyzed by similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM(Version 2004 A).RESULTS The HPLC fingerprint of Guangxi persimmon leaf was obtained.The similarity was good.CONCLUSION The method was simple,reproducible and can be used in quality control for Guangxi persimmon leaf.

[Objetive] To explore the antibacterial effect of aqueous extract of Veronicastrum caulopterum(Hance) Yamazaki in vitro.[Methods] Serial dilution method was used to MIC experiment.[Results] The aqueous extract of Veronicastrum caulopterum(Hance) Yamazaki had antibacterial effects on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli especially staphylococcus aureus but hardly have effect on candida albicans.[Conclusions] This research offers a experimental bases to the antibacterial effects of aqueous extrat from Veronicastrum Caulopterum(Hance) Yamazaki and provides a theoretical basis to seek pharmacodynamic antibacterial composition in it.
