为进一步适应信息化时代教育变革的发展趋势,建设智能化校园,丰富多媒体教学资源,提高实验教学效果,该文提出通过设计制作适用中药学、药学专业的仪器操作微视频,将微视频融入实验基本操作指导课程教学的全过程,辅助实验教学,并进行了教学改革的探索与实践.通过微视频的应用,实现了以学生为主体、教师为导向的互动式教学,提高了学生实验操作技能,加强了学生实验操作的规范性,从而实现了教学质量的提升.
建立电感耦合等离子体质谱技术(ICP-MS)测定5种维生素B软胶囊壳中27种无机元素含量的方法.样品经微波消解后,应用ICP-MS法测定软胶囊壳中Li、Be、Al、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Ga、As、Rb、Sr、Ag、Cd、Cs、Ba、Tl、Pb、U、Hg等共27种无机元素的含量.结果显示,该方法中27种元素和内标元素在一定浓度范围内的质量数比值均与浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r≥0.9990,仪器的检出限为0.002~1.010μg/L,27种无机元素平均回收率为82.90%~110.82%,RSD≤5.41%(n=3).该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适于软胶囊壳中无机元素含量的测定.
以桑叶、青钱柳为主要原料,通过醇提法、水提法提取得到浸膏,开发一款具有降糖功能的颗粒型固体饮料.采用单因素试验及正交试验获得最优工艺为主料和辅料总质量99.8%,罗汉果甜苷0.20%,其中主料(桑叶浸膏:青钱柳叶浸膏=1:3,质量比):辅料(麦芽糊精:甘露醇=1:12,质量比)=1:6.根据此最优配方制成5 g/袋的颗粒型固体饮料,颗粒、色泽均一,以20倍温水冲服,甜度适中、风味独特.
针对"药剂学"单一线下教学模式中存在的问题,提出开展线上线下相结合教学模式的必要性.探讨了线上线下混合教学模式在"药剂学"课程中的构建,以期为"药剂学"课程的教学改革提供参考和思路.
将硫普罗宁片剂样品研磨,用水溶解、稀释,配制成待测样品溶液.于10 mL比色管中依次加入2.00 mL Pd2+标准溶液、4.00 mL待测样品溶液和1.00 mL乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液(pH 5.0),用水定容、摇匀、静置5~10 min.以硫普罗宁标准溶液为参比,于345 nm处测定体系的吸光度.结果显示:在弱酸性环境中,硫普罗宁与Pd2+形成了物质的量比为2:1的络合物;硫普罗宁的质量浓度在0.20~60.00 mg·L-1内与其对应的吸光度呈线性关系,检出限(3s/k)为0.0035 mg·L-1;对实际样品进行加标回收试验,回收率为98.0%~103%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)为0.83%~3.5%.方法用于实际样品分析,测定值与其标示量基本一致.
目的:分析大猪屎豆挥发油的主要化学成分.方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取大猪屎豆茎叶及根的挥发油,并通过GC-MS技术对其进行分析,用面积归一化法计算其相对百分含量.结果:从大猪屎豆茎叶的挥发油中分离出84个化合物,鉴定出其中的46个成分,占挥发油总含量的86.93%,其中主要成分为:植醇(23.50%)、大马士酮(14.26%)、十六碳醛(9.18%)、正十六烷酸(6.06%)、9,12,15-十八碳三烯醛(5.40%);从大猪屎豆根的挥发油中分离出84个化合物,鉴定出其中的24个成分,占挥发油总含量的84.42%,其中主要成分为:正十六烷酸(46.33%)、肉豆蔻酸(7.57%)、十六酸乙酯(6.77%)、植醇(4.23%)、(Z)-9,17-十八碳二烯醛(2.68%);其茎叶与根有7个相同的化合物.结论:大猪屎豆茎叶与根的挥发油中含量较大的有正十六烷酸及植醇,可为大猪屎豆的合理利用及进一步的研究提供科学依据.
中药药剂学作为中药学专业的主干课程,由于知识点分散、内容抽象,学生很难全面理解和掌握.为更好地满足教学需求,迎合现代教学趋势,进一步提升教学质量,在中药药剂学教学中采用BOPPPS模式进行教学,并分析BOPPPS模式的实施优势,探讨实施的具体途径以及实施过程中可能出现的相关问题.
BOPPPS教学模式是一种组织教学流程的方法,能够有效的设计与讲授一堂课,提高学习者的参与度.本文以色谱过程和色谱流出曲线为例,按照BOPPPS法从导言、目标、前测、参与式学习、后测、总结六个教学阶段,探讨应用BOPPPS教学模式的仪器分析教学设计方法.结果表明将仪器分析课程采用BOPPPS方式来设计,讲授效果较好,值得推广.
[目的]建立龙脷叶总游离氨基酸含量的测定方法,为龙脷叶药材质量控制及其开发利用提供参考依据.[方法]以谷氨酸为对照品,通过正交试验优化龙脷叶总游离氨基酸的提取条件,并利用紫外—可见分光光度法测定其含量.[结果]龙脷叶总游离氨基酸最佳提取条件为:龙脷叶粉碎过20目筛、液料比25.0∶1、提取时间1.5 h,其中粉碎度和提取时间对龙脷叶总游离氨基酸提取效果的影响显著(P<0.05).568 nm是龙脷叶供试品溶液和谷氨酸对照品溶液的检测波长;谷氨酸在20.0~60.1 μg/mL范围内与吸光值呈良好的线性关系(R2-0.9991).在最佳提取条件下,测得6批龙脷叶总游离氨基酸含量(以谷氨酸计)在2.82%~6.77%,平均含量为4.50%.[结论]采用紫外—可见分光光度法测定龙脷叶总游离氨基酸含量,操作简便、结果准确,可作为龙脷叶总游离氨基酸的质量控制方法.
目的:对龙脷叶中氨基酸成分进行分析.方法:采用TLC法对龙脷叶中L-谷氨酸、精氨酸、脯氨酸、亮氨酸进行薄层色谱分析;采用日立L-8800型全自动氨基酸分析仪分析龙脷叶中18种氨基酸.结果:龙脷叶中游离氨基酸薄层鉴别分离度好,专属性强;龙脷叶中氨基酸总量达16.32%,其中谷氨酸含量最高(2.31%),蛋氨酸含量最低(0.06%).结论:本法简便可行,结果准确,重复性好,可用于龙脷叶的质量研究.
The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of system solvent extraction by petroleum, ethyl acetate and N-butanol from water and Ethanol Extract of Sauropus spatuli folius Beille against six strains were detected by using continuous double agar dilution method. The results indicated that The N-butanol liquor from Water Extract of Sauropus spatuli folius Beille had good antibacterial activities against the six strains .The MIC were 15.60m g·mL-1 on Staphylococcus aureus、Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The MIC were 7.81 mg·mL-1 on Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,Salmonella typhi and Bacillus paratyphosus B. Sauropus spatuli folius Beille has antibacterial effects in vitro. Antibacterial active situs mainly existed in n-butanol.
【Objective】Contents of α-pinene, eucalyptol and borneol in ginger from different habitats in Guangxi were determined to provide references for selecting ginger manufacturing base in Guangxi and quality controlling of deep-process-ing ginger products. 【Method】GC-MS was applied to detect the contents of α-pinene, eucalyptol and borneol in ginger from different habitats in Guangxi. 【Result】Oil rate in ginger from 10 various habitats of Guangxi ranged from 0.09% to0.28%. The contents of α-pinene, eucalyptol and borneol were 0.0195-0.0790 mg/g, 0.0575-0.179 mg/g and 0.0152-0.0615 mg/g, respectively. The highest content of α-pinene was in Jingxi county of Baise city (0.0790 mg/g) and the lowest content was in Guilin city (0.0195 mg/g). The highest content of eucalyptol was in Jingxi county of Baise (0.1790 mg/g) and the lowest content was in Guilin (0.0575 mg/g). The highest content of borneol was in Shatou town, Cangwu county of Wuzhou City(0.0615 mg/g), and the lowest content was in Guilin (0.0152 mg/g). 【Conclusion】The contents of α-pinene, eucalyptol and borneol in ginger from different habitats in Guangxi were quite different. It was concluded that the ginger from Jingxi county of Baise city in Guangxi was optimal judged from all indexes. Therefore it could be built as the large-scale ginger planting base.
目的:研究制订壮药材血党Ardisia brevicaulis Diels质量标准.方法:采用性状、显微、TLC等法鉴别血党药材真伪;以浸出物控制血党药材有效类物质的含量.药材浸出物、检查等项参照《中国药典》方法测定.结果:广西不同产地10批血党药材均具有相同的性状、显微及TLC色谱特征,浸出物5.1%~10.7%,水分9.2%~12.3%,总灰分5.2%~7.8%,酸不溶性灰分0.1%~0.5%.结论:建立的壮药材血党质量标准,可用有效控制血党药材质量.

Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Geniposide and Physcion in Compound Longli Capsule.Method: Waters Symmetry C18 analytical column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-water(15∶ 85) and methanol-water(95∶ 5) respectively;the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1,UV detection wavelength was set at 238,254 nm respectively.The column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃.Result: Under the chromatographic conditions used,the calibration curve of geniposide and physcion was linear in the range of 0.493 2-2.959 2 μg(r = 0.999 5) and 0.063 4-0.380 4 μg(r =1.000 0) respectively.The average recoveries was 100.4% and 101.3% with RSD 1.9% and 1.7% respectively.Conclusion: The method is accurate,effective and feasible.It can be used for the determination of the content of geniposide and physcion contained in Compound Longli capsule.
目的:建立复方龙脷胶囊中栀子苷、大黄素和大黄酚的含量测定方法.方法:采用HPLC法测定.以乙腈-水(15:85)、甲醇-水(95:5)为流动相,在检测波长238 nm和254 nm处分别测定栀子苷、大黄素和大黄酚.结果:栀子苷线性范围为0.4932~2.9592μg(r=0.9995),大黄素线性范围为0.054~0.54μg(r=0.9999),大黄酚线性范围为0.011~0.11 μg (r=1.0000),以上三种成分线性关系均良好,平均加样回收率分别为100.0%、100.3%和100.5%,RSD分别为1.4%、1.9%和1.2%.结论:该法简便可行,结果准确,重复性好,可用于复方龙脷胶囊的质量控制.
To determine three anthraquinones(emodin, chrysophanol and physcion) in compound Longli capsule, a HPLC system was extablished. Three compounds were analyzed by the HPLC system with Waters Symmetry C18analytical column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), methanol-water(95∶5,V / V) as the mobile phase, UV detection wavelength 254 nm and column temperature 25 ℃. Under the given chromatographic conditions, the calibration curves of emodin, chrysophanol and physcion were linear in the range of 0.054~0.540 μg(R2=0.999 9), 0.011~0.110 μg(R2=1.000 0) and 0.063 4~0.380 4 μg(R2=1.000 0),respectively. The average recoveries was 100.30%, 100.51% and 101.26% with RSDs of 1.96%, 1.15% and 1.62%, respectively. The study showed that this method was accurate, effective and feasible. It can be used for the determination of the contents of emodin, chrysophanol and physcion contained in compound Longli capsule.
Objective To study the changes of chemical composition in volatile oil from Zingiber officinale Rosc.during processing. Methods The volatile oil was extracted from samples with the interval of 7-15 days,by water distillation method and analyzed by GC-MS. Results When the content of water in the Zingiber officinale Rosc.was 99.16%,69 chemical compositions were identified;When the content of water was 4.75%,26 chemical compositions were identified.There were 25 chemical components in the volatile oil. Conclusion With the decrease of water content in Zingiber officinale Rosc.,the yield of volatile oil declines gradually,and the chemical composition in volatile oil changes greatly.
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of ginger essential oil on hemorheology of rats with acute blood stasis. METHODS: The model of acute blood stasis was established with high-molecular weight dextran intravenously in rats. Rats were divided into 6 groups, i.e. normal control group(0.05% tween-80),model group (0.05% tween-80),Compound danshen tablet group(1 500 mg·kg-1) and Ginger essential oil high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups(80,20,5 mg·kg-1). Hemorheological parameters of rats were determined. RESULTS: Ginger high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups could markedly decrease the whole blood viscosity with low, middle and high shear rate, plasma viscosity, blood reduce viscosity, hematocrit and erythrocyte conglomeration index; It could also rise erythrocyte deformation index. CONCLUSION: Ginger essential oil can significantly ameliorate the hemorheology and inhibit platelet aggregation in acute blood-stasis model rats, and prevent the increase of blood viscosity.
