以姜曲海猪精液为研究对象,分析冷冻-解冻后猪精子膜完整性及氧化应激水平,结果表明,新鲜精子经冷冻-解冻后,形态正常率、头部质膜完整率、尾部质膜完整率及SOD活性均显著降低,MDA含量显著升高。冷冻1组(未添加维生素C)与冷冻2组(添加维生素C)相比,前者精子形态正常率、头部质膜完整率、尾部质膜完整率及SOD活性分别为71.2%、57.2%、49.2%和85.3 IU/10-8,均显著低于后者,MDA含量则显著高于后者。冷冻-解冻造成了精子膜损伤,维生素C在一定程度上可有效提高精子的抗氧化能力,抵抗膜损伤。

The experiment was conducted to study the effects of phosphorus on the formation and resorption activity of muscovy duck's osteoclasts(OC)induced from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in vitro.Osteoclasts were isolated from long bones of 1 day old muscovy duck and cultured with different concentrations of NaH2PO4 and different concentrations of NaH2PO4 containing 10-8 mol/L 1,25-(OH)2D3,respectively.The tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP)staining was carried out 6 h,12 h,18 h,24 h,30 h and 7 d after replacement of culture liquid with different concentrations of phosphorus,respectively,to count the number and observe the shape of TRAP positive OC,and acridine orange staining was carried out to observe the apoptosis of OC within 30 h,and lacunar resorption was detected on the 7th day through scanning electron microscopy.The result showed that adding phosphorus could inhibit the formation and bone resorption activity of OC induced from muscovy duck's bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells with 1,25-(OH)2D3 at the same time point,and the inhibition degree was direct proportional to the NaH2PO4 concentration from 3 mmol/L to 7 mmol/L.The number of OC co-cultured with phosphorus(≥3 mmol/L)was significantly smaller than that of control group(P0.01).The number of OC in 5 mmol/L group was significantly smaller than that in 3 mmol/L group(P0.01)and there was no significant difference between 5 mmol/L group and 7 mmol/L group.In addition,6,12,18,24 and 30 h after culture liquid replaced by adding different concentrations of phosphorus,the number of OC co-cultured with phosphorus(≥3 mmol/L)was significantly smaller than control group(P0.01),and the number of OC in group with the same concentration group was decreasing with the prolongation of time.In a word,phosphorus could inhibit the formation and resorption activity of OC and induce apoptosis of OC in vitro.

In order to develop a new type of Chinese herbal medicinal additive for preventing diseases and promoting growth in chicken, 4 compound prescriptions were prepared. The weight-gain of the chickens were compared in 3 batches of animal experiments. The results showed that prescription 4, composed of astragalus root, epimedium, hawthorn fruit and so on, could replenish Qi, improve digestion, regulate blood and promote Yang, which presented best efficacy and was superior to the antibiotic.

应用饲养试验与氮平衡试验,研究了不同尿素水平的日粮对青山羊血清总蛋白(STP)、血清清蛋白(ALB)、血清球蛋白(GLB)、血清清球蛋白比值(A/G)、血清尿素氮(SUN)及血清谷丙转氨酶的含量变化的影响.试验采用4×4拉丁方试验设计,试验分4个阶段,在基础日粮一致的情况下,采用4、9、14、0(对照)g/kg·DM 4种不同的处理,试验结果表明:不同尿素水平极显著影响ALB、SUN浓度和GPT活性浓度(P<0.01),对血清清球比(A/G)无显著差异(P>0.05),尿素水平与STP、GLB浓度存在负相关;血清含氮生化指标STP、ALB、GLB、A/G、GPT、SUN随时间呈动态变化,出现高峰的时间比瘤胃氨浓度出现的时间平均推迟1~2h.进食尿素后,血液生化指标由平稳逐渐缓慢升高到高峰,随后又下降并趋于平衡.
