[Objective] By researching phenological phase and morphological characteristics of Staphylea bumalda DC in Anqing,the study provides theoretical and technical basis for popularizing planting and exploiting Staphylea bumalda DC in hill area along Yangtze River.[Method] A systematic investigation was made on phenological phase and morphological characteristics of forty strains of four-year-old Staphylea bumalda DC.[Result] The sprouting stage of Staphylea bumalda DC in Anqing was from late February to early March,the expending leaf and bud stage was from early March to mid-April,the blooming stage was from early April to early May,the fruiting stage was from late April to early June,the fruit ripening stage was from early August to late September,the capsule shedding stage was from mid-August to early October,yellow and fall off of leaf was from late October to late November,and the dormancy stage was from winter to the following early February.Take example for four-year-old Staphylea bumalda DC,its average height was 148 cm with the highest of 1.7 m,the average ground diameter was 2.0 m,the average main branches of per plant were six roots,the average fruit branches of per main branch were eight roots,the current annual increment was 40 cm to 80 cm.And its pearly panicle was upright on the top,capsule's shape was bladdery,seed's shape is elliptic.[Conclusion] Staphylea bumalda DC can be planted in hilly upland along Yangtze River.
[Objective] Aiming at exploring how different factors such as hormone types,concentrations affect the cuttage of Staphylea bumalda DC. [Method]We study two different concentrations of rooting powder's effect on the cuttage of Staphylea bumalda DC. [Result]We can get the result that the best effect of seedlings can be got when using ABT1( 200 mg/L) as the treatment for 12 h and pure garden soil as the rooting medium. [Conclusion] Seedling rates were only 17. 7%-42. 3%. To get a large seedling success remains to be futher studied.
针对当前高职院校教学督导工作机构设置不合理、督导队伍建设不完善、督导机制运行不全面、督导工作理念滞后、督导工作方式单一、督导工作内容狭窄等现状与问题,要完善高职院校教学督导工作需要从建立工作机制、长效机制、反馈机制、整改机制、激励机制这五个工作机制出发,并根据高职教育特点,以丰富高职院校教学督导内涵等方面入手进行理论和实践探索,才能完善高职院校教学督导工作。最后以安庆职业技术学院为例,介绍了高职院校教学督导工作的对策与经验。
[Objective] The effect of the foliar fertilizer on Staphylea bumalda DC yield was researched.[Method] The experiment in the efficiency of foliar on it was conducted with 4 treatments for 3 repetitions,and total of 12 plots with 4 plants/each plot;and the efficiency was analyzed in twice pickings.[Results] The yield and efficiency of Staphylea bumalda DC could be greatly improved in the treatment of foliar fertilizer and the foliar fertilizer—Zhuanfuxin could produce the highest yield-increasing.Its spraying effect was related to the size of plant body and the larger the plant body was,the more obvious the yield-increasing was.[Conclusion] The Staphylea bumalda DC yield and efficiency could significantly be improved in the treatment of foliar fertilizer.
In order to enhance the overall quality and innovative abilities of students,four major courses of Plant Protection Specialty and Finance and Economics Curriculum,including Plant Chemical Protection,Pesticide Management,Marketing and Economic Law,have been integrated systematically.Through three years of research and practice a newsubject,Pesticide Application and Management,has been developed and formed,with the supporting documents of new curriculum and teaching materials being published.The work has improved the efficiency and effectiveness of teaching greatly and the teachers and students have been growing in the research and practice of integrating and optimizing.Considering the dynamic property of the integration and optimization process,the paper points out the direction for the teachers to follow.
[Objective] The characteristics of Staphylea bumalda DC growth was explored for the future improvement of its yield and efficiency.[Method] The biological characteristics and yield of Staphylea bumalda DC were compared based on the treatment of different basal-dressings.[Results] All of treatments could improve the Staphylea bumalda DC yield and the most significant yield-increasing was from the application of organic fertilizer with 41.39% compared with that of CK.[Conclusion] The fertilization was beneficial to the improvement of Staphylea bumalda DC yield and efficiency.
In May,2001 quarantine insect——Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus Kuschel was found in the North edge of double-cropping rice in Tongcheng City,Anhui Province.The main results were obtained through the investigation of occurrence principle of Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus Kuschel.First,the host plants of Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus Kuschel include rice,barnyard-grass,common cutgrass,pennisetum and brome in Tongcheng.The gramineous plants were only accidental host plants except rice.Second,Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus Kuschel infested one generation in one year in Tongcheng,and overwintered through adults.The beginning time of overwintering adults is in late March.They make damage after early rice seedlings remove membrane,and diffuse towards field with transplanting of early rice.The adult peak of early rice appears in the mid-May,and the period is about twenty days.The one generation larvaes appear at the end of May,become damage in the mid-June,pupate in succession in the late mid-June.The appearing stage of one generation adults is in the first ten days of July,and the disappearing stage is in middle to late August.Third,the eggs of Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus Kuschel are laid masses on the leaf sheath of rice base.Each leaf sheath lays 3~4 eggs.Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus Kuschel diffuses from the edge to the middle of field gradually at the inital stage of early and late double-cropping rice.The space distribution was aggregation during the explosion period and reducement period of adults.The fourth,if adult and hungry pests are provided water,the average life expectancy will be 17.1 d.However the rate will drop to 4.2 d without water.According to the observation,the average life expectancy is 56.5 d.The fifth,compared with the single season rice in northern China and typical double-cropping rice in southern district in China,the occurrence principle of generation and ups and downs of Lissorhoptrus Oryzophilus Kuschel is slightly different.The sixth,the proliferation of speed of Lissorhoptrus Oryzophilus Kuschel can slow down through artificial control,but its range continued expansion.The article advocated a comprehensive management approach to carry out chemical control in suitable period which is on the base of plant quarantine and agricultural control.
The main characteristics of the outbreak of brown planthoppers,Nilaparvata lugens Stl in Anqing in 2006 included large amount of immigrant pests with obvious immigration peaks,earlier occurrence of short-winged adults with large amount,rapid increasing of field population,great occurrence all over the city,breaking out in parts of city,and significant difference of population size among field patches. Based on the above,the main reasons of the outbreak of brown planthoppers were analyzed,which included abundant immigrant pest source as the foundation of the outbreak,the variation of biotypes of brown planthoppers,rich food conditions,the increasing planting area of single-harvest rice which provided good food and habitat conditions for brown planthoppers,and resistance of brown planthoppers to imidacloprid. It was also suggested to strengthen monitoring in different sites,monitoring insectiside resistance and field investigation.

在分析职业教育教材存在的问题的基础上,论述了校本教材建设的必要性,提出了职业院校校本教材建设应从能力分解、知识模块化、内容选择突出行业和职业特点、教学资源立体化等四个方面进行,并提出了校本教材建设的基本原则。
针对传统导游培养模式与社会要求的脱节的问题,以现代教育思想为指导,以系统理论为基础,以技能型导游人才为培养方向,从社会需求、教学模式、教师队伍建设的角度,提出了技能型导游人才系统改革与实践的方法。
Weeds are a great enemy of agricultural production. To screen the herbicide applicable to production, the author conducts an comparasion experiment with Paraquat Type A B, of different doses, by adopting benthiocarb as comparctive agent. The result indicates that both types are of good preventive weeding effect, which reaches over 97% 6 days later, with 20% Paraquat per 667 m~2. On the level of minor differences, Type A is slightly superior to Type B in the weeding effect. Compared with benthiocarb of the same dose, Paraquat is equivalent or slightly inferior in preventive effect of individual rank grass, and of weight of fresh grass. Reviving of perennial grass exists in all measures whatsoever. The experimentalist concludes that Paraquat is of more exemplary and promotive value in production.
