中间性组织具有科层组织和市场组织的优势,在区域社会经济社会发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色.安庆职教联盟是一个具有政府引导的创新型中间性组织,具有全面提高安庆职业教育服务经济社会发展能力、促进区域经济和社会发展的职能.依托安庆职教联盟,安庆职业技术学院从凝练顶层设计,构建服务地方经济社会框架;优化专业结构,服务区域产业;深化校企合作,提升人才培养质量;推进产教深度融合,促进企业、学校协同发展;深挖多种资源,多领域服务区域经济社会发展;文化引领,服务安庆历史与文化名城建设六个方面进行了服务区域经济社会发展的探索,取得了较好的社会效益.

Vocational education is market-oriented, meeting the social needs for professional talents. Secondary and higher voca?tional education are different levels of vocational education. Based on professional post requirements, the working platform of inte?grating curriculum connecting secondary and higher vocational education is constructed, teaching resources are effectively integrat?ed, the integrated talents training scheme is established and the evaluating standard is perfected to realize the effective connection of curriculum systems between secondary and higher vocational education.

The rising of logistic curve basically coincides with the development and growth of the tourist market. It has great advantages in improving forecast precision to use the logistic growth curve to fit the developing trend of the tourist market and to make forecast. The calculation method of K value is proposed in the paper according to the characteristics of curve symmetry. Based on this, a and r parameter values can be calculated and the logistic curve model of China’s inbound market can be fitted by using the method of general curve regression. By the test of \\( \\chi^{2} \\), fitting logistic curve regression meets the requirements. So logistic curve regression can be used as a general method for forecasting the tourist market.

Occupational ability consists of three levels according to the theory of system composition: special professional skills, industry generic skills and core skills.Analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the hierarchical structure model, construct the comparison matrix, calculate the weights of the factors and test the consistency.The factors influencing the fuzzy judgment matrix can be determined by using fuzzy evaluation method.Scores of the affecting factors can be got reversely, which provides the basis for the judgment of the students' occupational ability levels and the affecting factors.Using fuzzy level evaluation to evaluate occupational ability of higher vocational students provides a new method for occupational ability evaluation.
针对当前高职院校教学督导工作机构设置不合理、督导队伍建设不完善、督导机制运行不全面、督导工作理念滞后、督导工作方式单一、督导工作内容狭窄等现状与问题,要完善高职院校教学督导工作需要从建立工作机制、长效机制、反馈机制、整改机制、激励机制这五个工作机制出发,并根据高职教育特点,以丰富高职院校教学督导内涵等方面入手进行理论和实践探索,才能完善高职院校教学督导工作。最后以安庆职业技术学院为例,介绍了高职院校教学督导工作的对策与经验。
The fixed centrode of link motion of crank-slider mechanism was presented in the paper.The parameter equation of centrode track was given by graphical method and discussed at different situations.By mathematical method it was proved,that when the crank AB is equal to the connecting rod BC,the fixed link motion centrode π4 and the variable centrode π2 are both round(if offset e=0),and in its substitute,the internal spur gear transmission mechanism,trajectories of points on the external gear meshing with the internal gear is linear motion,circular motion,elliptical motion,and hypocycloidal motion,respectively.The research on the kinematics characteristics of the points will broaden mind and scope of mechanism motion designing.

In order to find out actual situation in mathematics learning of students in high vocational college,this paper scientifically designs questionnaires (scales)to make an investigation on students' learning motive,interest and sensibility experience and study in and out of class. It also makes analysis based on the results of the investigation and obtains first-hand data on mathematics learning of the students in higher vocational college.
In order to enhance the overall quality and innovative abilities of students,four major courses of Plant Protection Specialty and Finance and Economics Curriculum,including Plant Chemical Protection,Pesticide Management,Marketing and Economic Law,have been integrated systematically.Through three years of research and practice a newsubject,Pesticide Application and Management,has been developed and formed,with the supporting documents of new curriculum and teaching materials being published.The work has improved the efficiency and effectiveness of teaching greatly and the teachers and students have been growing in the research and practice of integrating and optimizing.Considering the dynamic property of the integration and optimization process,the paper points out the direction for the teachers to follow.
