采用定株观察、花粉离体培养及联苯胺-过氧化氢测定方法,分别对无患子开花进程、花粉活力和柱头可授性进行研究.结果表明,无患子为顶生复总状无限花序,花单性,雌雄同株,雄花和雌花同时着生在花序上,雄花较多,占70%~80%,雌花较少,占20%~30%.5月中旬为初花期,5月下旬为盛花期,6月中旬为终花期,整个花期历时30 d左右,伴随花开花落、幼果逐渐形成的动态过程.雄花自雄蕊伸出至小花脱落为8 d左右;雌花当柱头初露出花瓣时为绿色,之后随着柱头的显露呈现红褐色细点并留存在花枝上.花冠开放第3天的花粉活力最高,平均为40.2%,第4天稍下降,并以中午11:00活力最高.柱头伸出花瓣1 mm左右且为绿色时活力最高,可授性最强,从柱头初显至与花瓣齐平到柱头伸出花瓣2 mm左右的时间为5~6 d,第1~3天柱头可授性呈上升趋势,第4天后可授性减弱,直到柱头出现细黑点后可授性消失.
Two kinds of interplanting modes tea and tea-persimmon were set up to analyze the soil nutrients and other environmental factors,the quality of tea and economic benefit.The results showed that compared with pure tea mode,the humidity of the interplanting modes of tea-persimmon were increased by 13.6%,18.6% on the surface and near earth 30 cm in summer.However the temperature were down 4.0℃ and 0.5℃,light intensity reduced 660.22 μmol·m-2·s-1,wind speed reduced 75% and available phosphorus and available kalium contents of the soil were increased by 91.7%,150.0%.Water extract of the spring and summer tea,caffeine,amino acid,soluble sugar,soluble protein content of tea-persimmon interplanting modes were higher than pure tea garden.
根据天台县1999-2008年森林火灾发生实际情况,对已查明火灾原因的记录资料进行分析,在180天防火期中,清明节前后20天火灾发生率十年平均为42.99%,而引发火灾主要原因是明火上坟.为搞好森林防火工作,清明节禁止燃放烟花爆竹,民意调查结果,有72%支持禁止明火上坟,选择先进文明祭祖形式.
浙江省是柿种植、发展的小省,面积、产量不及全国的5%.柿在全省属规模栽培的品种不到10个,均为涩柿.据2008年统计,全省柿栽培面积约为0.72×104 hm2,产量3.62×104 t,分别占全省水果面积30.07×104 hm2、产量326.6×104t的2.39%和1.10%.柿规模经营的收益已成为山区农民脱贫致富的重要收入来源.与此同时,原创性品种的自主知识产权保护、种质资源的抢救性保护已越来越受到各地的重视.柿的发展已成为浙江省水果业发展的新亮点.

Objective:To analyse the influence of the chemical components of Urticacioica. in different environment condition of cultivation.Methods: The Alcoholic extract from root of Urticadioica. in different environment conditions of cultivation was analyzed and compared by capillary GC-MS method.Results: The 13 components were isolated in the sample from Wuchao Mountain,the major components are phenols, fat acids and hydrocarbon, relative content of which is 42.52%, 23.31%, 17.85%; and 17 components were isolated in the sample from Tiantai, there are fat acids, hydrocarbon and phenols in the sample, which is 50.77%, 33.32%, 10.62%. And 6 residues of agricultural and industrial chemicals were identified from the sample of Tiantai.Conclusion: The results provide the data for the selection of plant base for medicine material of Urticacioica..
采用大棚设施栽培和林下仿生栽培方法对鸭儿芹、三脉紫菀、败酱、马兰和牛繁缕五种森林蔬菜进行人工栽培,结果表明在大棚设施条件下采用以5:1:4的锯木屑+猪粪+黄心土配制的人工基质栽培产量达4715kg/亩.年,比大棚设施条件下的土壤栽培和露地栽培产量高30.1%和87.3%;林下仿生栽培条件下的产量分别是露地遮阳网蔽荫和无遮阳网蔽荫对照的2.3倍和5.1倍。同时还对鸭儿芹等五种森林蔬菜人工栽培的经济效益做了分析。
对大荨麻种子的萌发特性及引种栽培进行了研究。结果表明:大荨麻种子引进后,通过引种栽培,种子千粒重虽有一定变化,但差异不显著。进口大荨麻种子浸种变温发芽率33.3%,变温比恒温处理种子发芽率提高20.2~25.0个百分点,但浸种处理比不浸种只提高3.3~8.1个百分点;自产种子发芽率为47.4%,比进口种子发芽率提高14.4个百分点,说明经驯化后,大荨麻种发芽能力大大提高。同时初步完成了大荨麻在我国的生长与繁殖研究,取得了对大荨麻采种、育苗、栽种、立地选择、密度控制、作业方式、生物产量、经济效益等高效栽培的技术规范,每年生物产量可达7 500 kg/hm2风干重以上。
通过对浙江省天台县雷峰乡西山头村茶柿混交林土壤含水量、不同年龄柿树冠幅、茶叶与柿子产量、产值的调查,初步分析了茶柿混交林的生态效益和经济效益,并提出了茶柿混交模式在退耕还林生态治理工程中的合理栽植密度与混交方式。
Comparison test on seedling cultivation of Diospyros kaki cv. Tiantai-Hongzhu by different stocks and different grafting methods demonstrated that the survival rate reached 91.7% with Diospyros kaki as stock and with scion collected in winter and cold stored till March of the next year for cut grafting, meantime, certified seedlings could reached 85% with rational fertilizer and water management.

经调查,天台县7个主要森林类型中,以松树狼衣组合类型林分的枯落物持有量和涵水量为最大,针阔混交林次之,以毛竹林最低.
