试验旨在研究中药五倍子和五味子对蛋鸡生长性能、血液指标和免疫功能的影响.试验选择 1 日龄农大 3 号蛋鸡 450 只,随机分为 10 组,每组 3 个重复,每个重复 15 只,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)、基础日粮+0.5%五倍子(Ⅰ组)、基础日粮+1%五倍子(Ⅱ组)、基础日粮+1.5%五倍子(Ⅲ组)、基础日粮+0.5%五味子(Ⅳ组)、基础日粮+1%五味子(Ⅴ组)、基础日粮+1.5%五味子(Ⅵ组)、基础日粮+0.5%五倍子+0.5%五味子(Ⅶ组)、基础日粮+0.5%五倍子+1%五味子(Ⅷ组)、基础日粮+1%五倍子+0.5%五味子(Ⅸ组),试验期为 42 d.结果显示:Ⅰ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组、Ⅵ组体重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组、Ⅵ组平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅵ组平均日增重最高;Ⅴ组平均日采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅳ组脾脏指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅳ组血清中 SOD酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05).研究表明,在日粮中添加不同剂量的五味子和五倍子能够提高蛋鸡的生产性能,增强其机体免疫力和抗氧化能力,其中日粮中添加 0.5%的五味子效果较明显.
为研究五味子对产蛋期藏鸡肠道微生物的影响,探明中药五味子对家禽肠道微生物作用的机理,以40周龄藏鸡作为试验对象,对照组饲喂全价产蛋期日粮,试验组饲喂添加0.5%五味子的全价日粮,4周后收集藏鸡回肠内容物,对其中微生物的16S rRNA V3~V4可变区进行Illumina高通量测序和生物信息学分析.结果表明,饲料中添加五味子后藏鸡肠道微生物的OTU种类无显著变化,但相似性增加.藏鸡肠道微生物中厚壁菌门、拟杆菌门、变形菌门、梭杆菌门为优势菌群,五味子组与对照组相比拟杆菌门相对丰度上调16.37%,主要是由拟杆菌门下的拟杆菌属和理研杆菌属的相对丰度上升引起,厚壁菌门相对丰度下调19.78%,这主要是由厚壁菌门下的的乳酸杆菌属和罗姆布齐亚菌属的相对丰度下调引起.五味子组氨基酸球菌科、考拉杆菌属的相对丰度与对照组相比上调差异显著(P<0.05).五味子组与对照组相比肠道微生物物种α多样性有所升高,组内不同样本间微生物β多样性的差异性减小,但差异不显著.结果表明,产蛋期藏鸡饲料中添加0.5%五味子使藏鸡肠道微生物多样性增高,而个体间菌群差异性减小,部分有益微生物的生长得到了有效促进,有利于藏鸡肠道健康.
为提高水禽体重测定的智能化水平,避免测定对种群造成的应激,采用AI监控结合人工辅助方式,测定408只太湖母鹅的实时总重和数量,构建出用多个样本平均数估计体重参数的统计模型.结果表明,智能采集系统估计的平均值优于随机抽样,更加接近总体平均数.智能采集系统估计的标准差处于随机抽测标准差的取值范围内,估计结果与抽样方式有关.智能采集次数k越多,单次样本含量数越大,智能化称重采集分析结果越准确.研究结果提示,智能采集总样本含量在200只以上,智能采集次数30次以上,以提高智能采集分析系统估计的准确性.

[Objective] The effects of adding activin A in the culture solution on the cytoplasmic maturation of pig oocytes during in vitro maturation process.[Method] Different dose of Activin A was added in TCM-199 to culture pig oocytes for 40 h.The distribution morphological types of the stained mitochondria were observed by using laser confocal microscope to judge whether the cytoplast of pig oocytes was mature or not.[Result] When the dose of Activin A was 100 ng/ml,the number of oocytes with diffusedly-distributed mitochondria in the cytoplast extremely significantly increased(P0.01) and the number of oocytes with peripherally-distributed mitochondria and semi peripherally-distributed mitochondria significantly decreased(P0.05).[Conclusion] Adding Activin A in the mature culture solution during in vitro maturation process of pig oocytes can promote the cytoplasmic maturation of oocytes.

Objective: To evaluate the relationship between the melanocortin receptor 1(MC1R) gene and coat color by comparing single-strand conformation polymorphism(SSCP) of Tibetan mastiff with different coat colors.Methods: DNA extracted from specimens of Tibetan mastiff with different coat colors were analyzed and se quenced.A pair of primers was designed by sequence of MC1R gene of Holstein published in GenBank.Results: The MC1R gene of SSCP in the Tibetan mastiff was detected through PCR-SSCP.The polymorphism was found with two alleles A and B and three genotypes AA,AB and BB.The polymorphic fragments were sequenced.Ac cording to the results of sequencing,the mutation(G313A) in CDS of MC1R gene was found and it altered amino acid at the position 105 from alanine to threonine.Conclusion: There is no notable correlation between SNP of MC1R gene and coat color.

The differentiation of poultry′s gonads is related to the regulation of estrogen,and the synthesis of estrogen is catalyzed by aromatase.The female muscovy gonads can develop into male when the activity of aromatase is blocked by aromatase inhibitor before sexual differentiation.In order to learn the effection of aromatase inhibitor to the hatchability and the growth of sexual gonade on muscovy,in this experiment,the fertilized eggs were injected separately with two kinds of aromatase inhibitors,formestane(steroid) and letrozole(nonseroid).The results showed that 100 and 150 μg·egg-1 formestane(steroid) can effectively reverse female muscovy to male(P0.01),the rate of masculinization was 52.94% and 55.56% which was identified by genetic sex,but the hatchability of muscovy decreased along with the concentration of formestane,100 μg·egg-1 letrozole(nonseroid) can effectively reverse female muscovy to male(P0.05) and the rate of masculinization was 36.36%,but 50 and 150 μg·egg-1 letrozole can′t reverse sexual efficiency.The hatchability of letrozole groups were lower than that of the normal group.The two sides of sexual gonads on fully masculinized muscovys were like normal testis,but there were some morphologic differentiations among the two sides of sexual gonads on partial masculinized muscovys.The left gonad was reversed less than the right′s and the structure was between testis and ovary.
Center on breeding objectives,the canonical selection index of Landrace pigs is estimated by combination of canonical analytical and path analytical method.The total heredity progress CGS_(V(x_i)) of trait x_i for canonical objective trait(V) can be differentiated in parts : direct contribution C_i of trait x_i and indirect contribution r_(pij) C_j of trait x_i via trait x_j.It can help in the understanding of weight and function of each trait in canonical selection index.
