Adopting descriptive and qualitative research,10 nursing students who participated in the ladder teaching of internal medicine nursing training were selected for semi-structured in-depth interviews in November 2022 with the purposive sampling method.With the help of Nvivo11.0 software,content analysis was used to analyze the data,so as to deeply understand the real expe-rience of nursing undergraduate in the ladder teaching of internal medicine nursing practical training.Research shows that the ladder teaching of internal medicine nursing practical training can promote the development of further learning,safety practice,high-level thinking and role identity of nursing students,and has a profound impact on the theory,practical learning and ability of nursing stu-dents.Nursing educators can continue to improve the teaching scheme and enhance the teaching effect by reasonably allocating Sim-Man3G high simulation operation training hours,improving simulation roles continuing to advance teaching plan,so as to strengthen teaching effect.
Adopting the perspective of policy tools,a three-dimensional analysis framework is constructed based on the stage of policy development and policy content,and 24 policy documents are analyzed in terms of content analysis and quantitative analysis so as to understand the characteristics and deficiencies of the policies on elderly services in Yunnan Province,and to provide optimized countermeasures for the improvement of the policy system of elderly services.
Anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted on 203 medical postgraduates from a medical university in Liaoning Province with the postgraduates academic fatigue scale,perceived social support scale,and positive psychological capital scale to explore the status of academic fatigue among full-time medical postgraduates and analyze its relationship with perceived social sup-port and positive psychological capital.Research has shown that the problem of academic fatigue among medical postgraduates is more serious,and universities should focus on strengthening their learning of social support and the cultivation of positive psychologi-cal capital.

Based on the Observed Known on Classroom video analysis tool,an adapted educational technology interaction behavior analysis system was adopted,and the S-T teaching analysis method was adopted to analyze the first prize winning works in the higher vocational nursing category of 11 national vocational college skill competition teaching ability competitions.The aim was to analyze the teacher-student interaction behavior and information technology application characteristics in the smart classroom of higher vocational nursing education,providing demonstration and reference for nursing teachers to implement smart teaching.The results higher show that the smart classroom of vocational nursing education presents the characteristics of"highly collaborative interaction between teachers and students,further empowerment and efficiency of technology",indicating that nursing teachers should improve their intelligence literacy and technological development and innovation ability.
The randomized controlled trial of continuous care for nursing postoperative children with Congenital Heart Defect(CHD)in the computer retrieval database was selected,and the RevMan5.4 software was used for Meta analysis to systematically evaluate the application effect of continuous care for nursing postoperative children with Congenital Heart Defect.Analysis shows that the application of continuous nursing in postoperative children with Congenital Heart Defect can reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life and self-efficacy of children,and improve the satisfaction of children's families.

678 community medical staffs from 75 community health service centers in the main urban area of Chongqing City were investigated by convenience sampling method and self-designed questionnaire on the ability of community medical personnel to respond to public health emergencies.The survey shows that the emergency rescue abilities of community medical personnel in response to public health emergency need to be improved.Community health service center managers and relevant departments should develop scientific,reasonable,and effective response strategies to improve the overall emergency rescue abilities of community health service centers,thereby reducing the losses and casualties caused by public health emergency to the country and community residents.
Adopted random stratified sampling method,587 medical freshmen and sophomores from a certain medical college in the ethnic region of Guizhou Province were selected as the research subjects.The"Chinese Residents'Health Literacy Questionnaire in 2009"and self-designed demographic variables were adopted to investigate and analyze the status,influencing factors,and access to health knowledge of the research subjects.Research shows that the overall level of health literacy among medical students in medical colleges in ethnic region of Guizhou is relatively low,which is greatly influenced by factors such as grade,ethnicity,and students'origin.Professional course teachers and colleges should strengthen health knowledge education and promotion,expand the channels for students to acquire health literacy knowledge,improve their overall level of health literacy as well.
