Objective:To observe the changes of injury indexes of animals exposed to high pressure after radiation,and to study the acute injury effects of radiation combined with decompression exposure,so as to provide a reference for the treatment of the combined injury.Methods:Eighty male SD rats were randomly divided into eight groups(10 rats in each group):control group,decompression exposure group,irradiation exposure group,and radiation combined with decompression(combined exposure)group for sampling 3 h and 48 h after intervention. Rats were exposed to radiation followed by decompression. The radiation exposure plan was a whole-body irradiation with a single dose of 4 Gy of 60Co γ rays. The high-pressure exposure plan was staying at 57 m for 45 minutes followed by a uniform reduction to normal pressure in(30 ± 5)seconds. The onset of decompression sickness(DCS)and subsequent death were observed immediately,and abdominal aortic blood was taken after 3 h and 48 h,respectively. The contents of IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,MDA,NO,ICAM-1,and TXB2 in serum,and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),were detected by ELISA. Results:There were two death cases in the decompression exposure groups and the combined exposure groups,respectively. At the 3-hour sampling time point,compared with the control group and the single exposure group,the combined exposure group had significantly increased serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,MDA,NO,ICAM-1,and TXB2( P<0.05). Compared with the control group and the decompression exposure group,the combined exposure group had significantly decreased SOD activity( P<0.05). Conclusion:The acute injury effects of radiation combined with decompression exposure were mainly reflected in the increased inflammatory response,aggravated oxidative damage,impaired vasomotor function,and coagulation function,and these combined effects persisted for 48 hours. These findings suggested that on-the-spot treatment and medical evacuation measures for this type of injury should not only focus on the single injury of radiation injury or DCS,but also consider the corresponding counter-measures for the combined injury effects.
目的 探讨氨磷汀(amfostine,别名WR-2721)与香菇多糖(Lentian,LNT)、重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor,rhG-CSF)、重组人白介素-11(recombinant human Iinterleukin-11,rhIL-11)联合应用对辐射损伤小鼠的协同保护作用,为急性放射损伤的临床治疗提供一种新的治疗方案.方法 取70只ICR小鼠,分为7组,分别为对照组、模型组、5个用药组,除对照组外,其他组用60Co-γ射线1次照射,剂量率为0.8 Gy·min-1,累积剂量为5.0 Gy.测定小鼠照前第3天、照后第3、7及14天的血常规,照后14 d处死小鼠,测定小鼠睾丸指数、骨髓DNA、骨髓有核细胞数、小鼠精子总数及睾酮和雌二醇含量.结果 WR-272与LNT、rhIL-11、rhG-CSF联合应用在白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白指标中有促进恢复的作用(P<0.05或P<0.01),小鼠睾丸指数、骨髓DNA含量、骨髓有核细胞数及小鼠精子总数均有恢复作用.结论 WR-2721与LNT、rhIL-11、rhG-CSF联合应用具有较好的协同保护作用,是急性放射损伤治疗的一种较好的用药方案.
Objective To investigate the synergistic protective effects of WR-2721 combined with lentinan and cytokines against radiation damage in mice,and to provide a new treatment for acute radiation injury.Methods Seventy Institute of Cancer Research mice were divided into seven groups:a control group,a model group,WR-2721 group,Lentinan&cytokine group,WR-2721&Lentinan group,WR-2721&cytokine group and WR-2721&Lentinan&cytokine group.All groups except the control group were irradiated with 60 Co γ-rays at a dose rate of 0.8 Gy/min and a cumulative dose of5.0 Gy.The mice were sacrificed by cervical dislocation 14 d after irradiation to measure their spleen index,thymus index,and serum levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD),malondialdehyde (MDA),interleukin-11 (IL-11),and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α).Results For the mice treated with WR-2721,lentinan,and cytokines,the spleen index was 7.33±2.84,the thymus index was 1.70±0.30,the serum SOD level was 114.0±8.3,the MDA level was 7.33±1.16,the IL-11level was 155.8±49.4,and the TNF-α level was 174.0±37.8.All these indicators except the spleen index in the combination group significantly differed from those of the model group (P<0.05 or 0.01),indicating the combined treatment promoted recovery from radiation damage.Conclusion WR-2721 combined with lentinan and cytokines has significant synergistic protective effects,which is a promising treatment for acute radiation injury.
Objective:To investigate the effects of different doses of radiation exposure on acute lung injury and mortality from decompression sickness (DCS) induced by rapid floating escape in rats.Methods:A total of 53 Sprague-Dawley rats were stratified in accordance with body weight and divided into 5 groups by using a random number table method. The groups were as follows: blank control group (10 rats), simple decompression group (10 rats), 4 Gy irradiation with decompression group (11 rats), 6 Gy irradiation with decompression group (11 rats), and 8 Gy irradiation with decompression group (11 rats). The animals in the irradiation groups were given different doses of 60Co γ whole-body radiation and then exposed to decompression treatment (i.e., after staying at a depth of 57 m for 45 min, the rats were made to ascend quickly to atmospheric pressure within 37 s) 1 h after irradiation. The mortality rate, lung wet-dry weight ratio, degree of lung tissue pathological damage, and changes in levels of inflammatory factors and oxidative stress-related molecules in the alveolar lavage fluid were observed in each group of rats. Mortality rates among groups were compared using Chi-square test, while the remaining variables were analyzed using one-way ANOVA. Further comparison between two groups using LSD t-test. Results:Compared with that in the blank control group, the number of animal deaths and the lung wet-dry weight ratio increased in each experimental group, with the lung wet-dry weight ratio increasing significantly in the 6 Gy and 8 Gy irradiation with decompression groups ( F=3.096, LSD- t=2.758, 2.959; all P<0.05). The pathological damage of lung tissues in each experimental group was evident, and those in the 6 Gy and 8 Gy irradiation with decompression groups were more significant among the irradiation groups. The interleukin-1β (IL-1β), interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of each experimental group were significantly increased ( F=45.680–78.270, all P<0.01), whereas superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were significantly decreased ( F=35.720, 51.370; both P<0.01). Compared with that in the simple decompression group, the number of animal deaths in the 4 Gy and 8 Gy irradiation with decompression groups increased, but no statistical difference was noted in the mortality rate ( χ 2=7.925, P>0.05). Although the lung wet-dry weight ratio of the rats in each irradiation group exhibited an upward trend, no statistically significant difference was found (LSD- t=0.901, 1.818, 2.020; all P>0.05). The pathological damage of lung tissues was aggravated to different degrees, and the damage degree of the 8 Gy irradiation with decompression group was the most serious. Inflammatory factors (IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α) and oxidative stress-related molecules (SOD, GSH-Px, and MDA) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid changed significantly (LSD- t=3.081–8.265, all P<0.01). Among which, the 6 Gy irradiation with decompression group exhibited the most significant change. Conclusions:Nuclear radiation can worsen lung tissue inflammation and oxidative stress damage caused by rapid floating escape. Such effect is manifested as aggravated lung tissue pathological damage and increased mortality, increasing the risk of DCS caused by rapid floating escape.
目的 调查分析部队夏季作训期女兵防晒制剂需求.方法 采取整群抽样的方法,选取陆军某部夏季作训期女兵424名,利用自行设计的调查问卷对参训女兵的防晒制剂需求进行调查分析.结果 女兵普遍具有较强的防晒意识.其中96.5%的女兵平时使用护肤品,训练期间94.6%的女兵使用不同品牌防晒制剂,91.5%的女兵在涂抹防晒制剂前做基础皮肤护理.但93.9%的女兵作训时不随身携带防晒制剂.女兵以中性(31.6%)和混合性(21.2%)皮肤最多,以2~3次/d的频率涂抹防晒制剂的女兵最多,使用完50 ml/支防晒制剂的周期集中在3周和4周以上.女兵喜爱使用的防晒制剂为SPF50和PA++++,这些制剂抗水性好,规格为50 ml/支,具有部队特色的包装等.结论 陆军夏季作训期女兵喜爱使用防晒指数高、抗水性好、具有部队特色包装的防晒制剂.
目的 研究恬梦复合植物固体饮料对小鼠睡眠的影响.方法 取ICR(institute of cancer research)种小鼠180只,将180只小鼠随机分为3个实验组,每个实验组60只.各组中再以随机分组法分为低、中、高剂量组(0.5、1、2 g/kg)、阳性药物(枣仁安神胶囊)组以及空白对照组各12只.无间断灌胃给药30 d,测定恬梦复合植物固体饮料对小鼠睡眠的影响.结果 各剂量恬梦复合植物固体饮料对小鼠均无直接睡眠作用;与空白对照组相比,中剂量(1 g/kg)以及高剂量(2 g/kg)的实验药物可以明显增加戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠时长(P<0.05),缩短小鼠在巴比妥钠作用下的睡眠潜伏期(P<0.05).结论 恬梦复合植物固体饮料具有改善小鼠睡眠的功能.
目的:设计一套放射性污染洗消训练评估系统,实现体表放射性污染洗消的沉浸式仿真训练与考核评估.方法:该系统采用虚拟现实、建模仿真和数据分析评估等技术设计,基于Unity3D引擎、Visual Studio编程工具和Oracle数据库进行开发,整个系统包含三维环境模拟、放射性污染伤员模拟、污染洗消交互训练、训练分析评估和综合管理5个功能模块.结果:该系统可帮助受训学员完成放射性污染洗消流程、关键器材使用等的沉浸式仿真训练与考核评估,受到使用单位的好评.结论:利用该系统开展放射性污染洗消训练与评估,可提高核事故现场人员放射性体表污染的应急处置能力.
目的 设计一种单兵洗消器,用于核舰船等复杂环境下人员体表放射性污染去污除.方法 根据舰船等复杂空间的环境适应性要求及单人可操作性需要,采用综合集成技术开展设计,可回收式喷吸头结构实现喷淋去污的同时回收废液.结果 单兵洗消器设计合理,环境适应性强,单人易操作,使用时不产生二次污染.结论 单兵洗消器可满足复杂环境下受放射性污染人员体表去污要求.
目的设计一套核事故医学应急救援模拟训练系统,用于提升受训者在遭遇突发核事故情况下的医学应急救援处置能力. 方法分析核事故现场常见伤情,结合医学应急救援流程,利用虚拟现实技术、建模仿真技术、大空间定位技术和动作捕捉技术等进行突发事故模拟、伤员伤情模拟、救援流程模拟等相应功能模块模拟仿真,实现系统功能.?结果该系统实现了核事故医学应急救援模拟操作训练,可开展教学和评估. 结论该系统实现了核事故现场医学应急救援的训练手段的信息化,缩短了训练周期,降低了训练成本,提升了训练效果.
Objective:To investigate the knee joint pain during running and its contributing factors among sailors on a long oceangoing voyage through questionnaire, so as to provide evidence for future preventive measures.Methods:After four months of voyage, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the knee joint pain during running and its contributing factors among sailors in the background of long oceangoing vessel protection operation. The questionnaire collected data regarding age, height, weight, body mass index (BMI), physical exercise history, knee joint pain history, single running duration, running frequency, running shoes, and warm-up before running. The runners were divided into two groups, namely knee joint pain group (pain group) and no knee joint pain group (painless group). The differences of the pain contributing factors between the two groups were compared.Results:In total, 122 valid questionnaires returned, 68 in the pain group and 54 in the painless group. The incidence rate of knee joint pain was 55.7 %. There was no statistically significant difference in age, height, weight, BMI, physical exercise history, running frequency, and running shoes between the two groups ( P>0.05). There were statistically significant differences in knee joint pain history, single running duration, and warm-up before running between the two groups ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Knee joint pain during running is common among sailors on a long oceangoing voyage. The knee injury is closely related to the history of knee pain, too long single running time, and no warm-up before running. It is suggested that sailors pay attention to quadriceps exercise, warm-up before running, and scientific planning of running on the long oceangoing voyage.
目的:研究核桃分心木水提物的抗疲劳作用,为其保健品开发和应用提供科学依据.方法:制备分心木水提物并测定其总多糖、总多酚和总黄酮含量.将小鼠随机分为空白对照组和分心木水提物低、中、高剂量组,连续灌胃14 d,测定小鼠的体重、脏器指数和负重游泳力竭时间,检测血清乳酸(BLA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌肉和肝脏糖原含量,以及肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性.结果:分心木水提物得率为(9.41%±0.82%),总多糖、总多酚、总黄酮含量分别为(33.40%±0.88%)、(30.80%±2.28%)、(24.62%±0.86%).分心木水提物对小鼠的体重和脏器指数没有明显影响(P>0.05),能延长小鼠的负重游泳力竭时间(P<0.01),并具有剂量依赖性,能降低小鼠BLA和BUN含量,提高LDH活性(P<0.01).与空白对照组相比,给药组小鼠运动后肝、肌糖原含量增加,肝脏MDA含量降低、SOD活性升高(P<0.01).结论:分心木水提物能提高小鼠的运动耐力,具有抗疲劳作用.
睡眠对人的身心健康至关重要。光照是影响睡眠的主要因素,不同的光照条件对睡眠都有不同程度的影响,其机制较为复杂,尚未完全阐明。通过光照改善睡眠障碍相比于传统药物疗法具有明显优势,近年来成为研究热点。本综述总结近年来关于光照对睡眠的影响及其机制的研究,以及目前光照疗法的应用情况,探讨未来研究的方向,为光照疗法的临床应用研究提供理论依据。
目的:了解调控生物钟的小分子化合物的研究进展,为生物节律干预策略的研究和相关药物的研发提供参考.方法:对钟基因的调控机制、调控生物钟的小分子化合物[如靶向蛋白激酶、靶向核受体、靶向隐花色素蛋白(CRY)、靶向时钟蛋白(CLOCK)]的作用机制及其筛选和鉴定方法进行综述.结果 与结论:生物体内与生物钟的发生和维持相关的基因被称为节律基因,包含钟基因和钟控基因两类.钟基因是维持生物钟节律的关键,其表达受到转录-翻译反馈环路的调控.钟基因表达失调将导致生物钟节律的减弱或紊乱,从而导致多种疾病的发生、发展.生物钟相关蛋白调控小分子化合物可靶向蛋白激酶参与的翻译后修饰,在生物钟的调控中具有重要作用,其突变可能参与了多种由生物钟紊乱所致的疾病;靶向核受体的小分子化合物可对癌细胞产生明显的细胞毒性效果,可为多效抗癌药的研发提供帮助;靶向CRY的小分子化合物可增强CRY稳定性和CRY-周期基因(PER)蛋白复合体对核转运类似蛋白1(BMAL1)-CLOCK的抑制作用,减少关键钟基因的表达,从而使患者胶质母细胞瘤干细胞发生周期停滞,引起凋亡增加;靶向CLOCK的小分子化合物是调控钟基因转录-翻译反馈环路的重要组成部分,其含量和活性能显著影响生物钟的稳定性和振幅强度.目前,对大多数小分子调节物质的研究仍停留在基础实验阶段,还存在对钟蛋白的精确调控存在困难,对BMAL1和PERs等关键钟蛋白的调节物的研究仍处于盲区等不足;而对已知调控生物钟的小分子化合物,进一步的修饰与改造、优化其药动学特性、减轻其不良反应,是该领域重要的研究方向.
The emergency medical rescue for nuclear accidents in nuclear submarine is a major challenge to Chinese navy. In this article, we studied the construction demands for nuclear submarine emergency medical rescue, compared the development of equipment technology and the current status of nuclear submarine emergency medical rescue training in China and other countries, analyzed the unsolved problems in China and the gap between China and the countries with more advanced development in terms of nuclear submarine emergency medical rescue, and put forward suggestions for the future construction goals and plans for the rescue system.
Jellyfish stings, a kind of common injuries caused by marine organisms, hurt human health and life greatly since its strong toxicity. The jellyfish stings can cause different reactions ranged from dermatitis, local injury, systemic injury and even death depending on the envenoming species. In recent years, with the development of the navy strategy transformation, the frequency and strength of military training among officers and soldiers were increasing, and the hurt of poisonous organisms from ocean specific environment was also growing, and jellyfish stings has become an increasing threat to navy combatant value. At present the solders know very little about this kind of injury, the preventive and therapeutic drugs are still in their infancy, and the primary medical units are lack of the targeted and standardized preventive and therapeutic drugs and first aid measures. How to improve the methods of treatments for jellyfish stings has been focused on by relevant authorities. The authors have reviewed the research progress in present paper of incidence, clinical symptoms and control measures of jellyfish stings for the purpose of laying a foundation for developing the new preventive and therapeutic drugs against jellyfish stings. ABSTRACT To study the protective effects of Sipunculus nudus polysaccharide (SNP) on human intestinal epithelial cell (HIEC) damage induced by ionizing radiation, the survival rate of HIECs was detected by CCK-8 method, and the concentration of SNP was identified. The effect of SNP on the proliferation ability of post-irradiated HIECs was analyzed by a cloning method. After 137Cs γ-ray irradiation for 48 h with the absorbed dose of 10 Gy, cell apoptosis was observed by microscopy using the Hoechst33342/PI staining, and the apoptosis rate and ROS levels were measured using flow cytometry. The results showed that the HIEC survival rate decreased significantly with the increasing absorbed doses. When HIECs were pretreated with a certain concentration of SNP, the survival rate increased significantly, showing a positive correlation with the concentration of SNP, and reached the maximum level when the SNP mass concentration was 50 μg/mL. After irradiation, the survival rate of the cloned cells was observed to be higher than that of irradiation model group. The apoptosis rate and intracellular ROS levels decreased significantly for HIECs pretreated with SNP as compared with the irradiation model group. These results indicated that the SNP pretreatment could protect HIECs from damage caused by radiation.The underlying mechanism might be attributed to free radical scavenging by SNP and reduction in cell apoptosis.
目的 探讨西咪替丁对低剂量率60C0 γ射线累积照射大鼠损伤的保护作用.方法 6~8周龄健康雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性对照组(89.0 mg/kg香菇多糖),以及低、中、高剂量西咪替丁组(23.3、70.0、210.0 mg/kg西咪替丁),每组10只.除正常对照组外,其余各组大鼠采用60C0 γ射线全身照射至累积剂量0.5 Gy,剂量率3.228 mGy/h.末次照射结束后24h,检测各组外周血细胞计数、骨髓DNA含量、骨髓红细胞微核率(fMNPCE)、骨髓有核细胞数、精子数量、睾丸组织病理学改变、性激素水平,以及血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果 与正常对照组比较,模型组外周血白细胞、淋巴细胞、粒细胞计数,以及骨髓DNA含量、有核细胞数均减少(P<0.05),fMNPCE明显升高(P<0.01),精子数量、睾酮(T)、促卵泡激素(FSH)和促黄体生成素(LH)水平均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),雌二醇(E2)含量明显增加(P<0.05),SOD、GPx、CAT活性均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),MDA含量明显增加(P<0.01),显示造模成功.与模型组比较,阳性对照组大鼠骨髓DNA含量和血清T水平明显增加(P<0.05),抗氧化酶SOD、GPx、CAT活性明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),fMNPCE、MDA及E2含量明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);西咪替丁组外周血淋巴细胞计数及骨髓DNA含量明显增加(P<0.01),fMNPCE、E2和MDA含量均降低(P<0.05),T、FSH和LH水平均增高(P<0.05),抗氧化酶SOD、GPx、CAT活性均明显升高(P<0.05),睾丸组织结构损伤减轻,精子数量增加,但差异无统计学意义.结论 西咪替丁能减轻低剂量率60C0γ射线累积照射大鼠的机体损伤,可作为潜在的辐射防护药物.
ABSTRACT A natural clinoptilolite was modified using high temperature and chemical agents for adsorption of Sr2+ from aqueous solutions. The adsorption capacity was determined to select the optimum modification method. The adsorption capacities of Sr2+ were as high as 79.386 mg/g when the natural clinoptilolite was modified using high temperature, NaOH, and NaCl sequentially. Scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction were used to characterize the produced zeolite and identify the crystal structure, morphology, and elemental composition of the samples. The removal and adsorption processes of Sr2+ using the modified clinoptilolite were performed under various experimental conditions by varying the temperature, initial concentration, and contact time. Adsorption isotherm models (Langmuir and Freundlich) were applied and equilibrium adsorption data were better fitted to the Langmuir isotherm. The reaction kinetic data were studied by Lagergren first and second order models as well as the Elovich particle diffusion kinetic model. The adsorption kinetics were accurately described by the Lagergren second order model and the rate-controlling step was determined to be chemical adsorption. The thermodynamic parameters of ΔH0 and ΔS0 were positive, indicating that the adsorption of Sr2+ onto the modified clinoptilolite zeolite was an endothermic process. The value of ΔG0 was negative at low initial concentrations, indicating that the adsorption process was spontaneous and the absolute value of ΔG0 increased with an increase in temperature. The value of ΔG0 was positive at high initial concentrations and decreased with an increase in temperature and a decrease in initial concentration.
Objective To investigate the protective effect of sipunculusnudus polysaccharide (SNP) on HUVEC cell damage induced by ionizing radiation.Methods The survival rate of HUVEC cells was detected by CCK-8,after irradiation with 137Cs γ-rays and pre-treatment with SNP,and optimal absorption dose rate of 137Cs γ-ray was 8 Gy and optimal concentration of SNP was confirmed to be 100 g/mL.The radiation sensitivity of HUVEC cells pretreated with SNP was detected by clone formation assay.Apoptosis rate of HUVEC cells was measured by Hoechst33342/PI staining and flow cytometry.Results The results indicated that the survival rate of HUVEC cells decreased significantly with the increase of irradiation dose (P < 0.01).When pretreated with SNP,the survival rate of HUVEC cells significantly increased,and it was positively correlated with the concentration of SNP.When the end concentration of SNP was as high as 100 μg/ml,the survival rate reached the highest (84.96%),and the survival rate after irradiation increased from 63.43% to 84.96% (P <0.01).The rate of clone formation in the SNP-treated group was also significantly higher as compared with that of the control group(P < 0.01).Compared with the irradiation model group,the apoptosis rate and intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels in the SNP-treated group decreased significantly,with the apoptosis rate decreasing from 15.6% to 6.8%,and ROS level decreasing from 47.10 × 104 to 41.77 × 104,with statistical signficance (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).The blue fluorescence of the Hoechst 33342 coloring and red fluorescence of PI coloring also decreased signficantly in the SNP-treated group (P < 0.01).Conclusion The results suggested that SNP pretreatment could increase cell survival rate and cloning rate after irradiation,reduce radiation-induced apoptosis and intracellular ROS levels effectively,indicating that SNP treatment could exert a certain protective effect on HUVEC cell damage induced by ionizing radiation.
目的 评价新型静电纺丝伤口敷料的止血性能及促创伤愈合作用,为该敷料的进一步开发应用奠定基础.方法 将胶原蛋白和壳聚糖的混合溶液通过静电纺丝技术纺织在海藻酸盐无纺布基布上,制备成新型静电纺丝伤口敷料(胶原蛋白-壳聚糖静电纺丝膜复合海藻酸盐敷料CCEAD).通过体外凝血实验、兔耳动脉创伤止血实验和兔背部创伤止血实验评价CCEAD的止血性能.建立大鼠背部全皮层创伤模型,分别在术后3、5、7、12 d拍照计算伤口愈合率,测定CCEAD的促愈合作用;取伤口创面皮肤组织,HE染色观察组织病理学变化;免疫组化染色观察在伤口愈合过程中CD31、FGF-2和TGF-β的表达情况.结果 CCEAD组的体外凝血指数BCI为36.91%±6.62%,显著小于阳性对照明胶海绵组(69.82%±1.83%)和阴性对照医用纱布组(79.93%±6.30%)(P<0.01).兔耳动脉创伤止血实验中,CCEAD组的止血时间(107.67±17.62)s短于医用纱布组(163.67±15.50) s(P<0.05).兔背部创伤止血实验中,CCEAD组Hb光度吸收值(0.120±0.052)明显低于医用纱布组(0.294±0.021) (P<0.01).在促创伤愈合实验中,术后第7天,CCEAD组愈合率为65.70%±4.94%,高于阳性对照壳聚糖敷料组(48.78%±8.33%)(P<0.05),明显高于医用纱布组(37.76%±6.35%)(P<0.01).HE染色显示,CCEAD在伤口愈合早期能够促进成纤维细胞生长和新生血管形成,促进肉芽组织的生成.免疫组化结果显示,CCEAD能促进CD31、FGF-2和TGF-β在伤口愈合早期的表达,有利于伤口的愈合.结论 新型静电纺丝伤口敷料(胶原蛋白-壳聚糖静电纺丝膜复合海藻酸盐敷料)止血性能优良,具有明显的促创伤愈合作用,有望开发成新型伤口敷料.
