Balance disorders can give rise to sensations of instability, lightheadedness, vertigo, disequilibrium, or syncope, ultimately leading to grave medical, physical, emotional, and societal ramifications. These conditions are highly prevalent among individuals aged 40 and above. Screen time encompasses activities associated with television viewing, video game playing, and non-work-related computer usage. Prolonged screen exposure may engender a spectrum of health issues and even elevate overall mortality rates. However, the available evidence on the potential link between excessive screen time and balance dysfunction remains limited. The primary aim of this study was to explore the possible association between prolonged screen exposure and impaired balance function. This cross-sectional study utilized data from participants who completed a comprehensive questionnaire in the NHANES database between 1999 and 2002, all of whom were aged over 40 and under 85 years. Participants’ screen time was categorized into two groups (< 4 h/d and ≥4 h/d) for subsequent data analysis. Logistic regression, combined with propensity score matching (PSM), was employed to investigate the correlation between screen time and balance disorders. A total of 5176 participants were enrolled in this study, comprising 2,586 men and 2,590 women, with a prevalence rate of balance disorders at 25.7
本试验选用了4种安全的降解剂结合吡虫啉使用来防治蚜虫,通过对日本晚樱花瓣的吡虫啉残留量进行检测,发现超浓多元有机酸、 强力解百毒粉剂、 超C解毒抗应激粉剂、 二氧化钛对吡虫啉均有一定的降解效果.其中二氧化钛的降解效果较佳,使吡虫啉降解半衰期缩短1.77 d,但其添加到吡虫啉里后,对于蚜虫的防治效果较差;超C解毒抗应激粉剂可使吡虫啉降解半衰期缩短1.25 d,且其添加后对蚜虫的防治效果也较好,可达到91.02%.因此,通过本试验可知,在吡虫啉中加入超C解毒抗应激粉剂可以有效降解吡虫啉残留量,并且不影响其对蚜虫的防治效果.
通过对杭州湾慈溪市范围内9个不同工段沿海防护林的树种保存情况的调查和比较分析,不同工段种植树种的数量、林分密度、乔灌树种株数比例等存在较大差异,发现工段内树种配置数量与保存率无显著相关.根据树种保存率建议在杭州湾南岸海防林建设中采用的灌木树种为海滨木槿(Hibiscus hamabo)、夹竹桃(Nerium oleander)和金森女贞(Ligustrum japonicum' Howardii'),可采用的乔木树种为落羽杉(Taxodium distichum)、刺槐(Robinia pseudoacacia)、乌桕(Sapium sebiferum).
内生菌广泛存在于植物组织内部,是植物微生态系统的重要组成部分.为了解华重楼根茎内生细菌的群落组成和其潜在的生物学功能,采用高通量16S rRNA测序技术分析了2年生华重楼根茎内生细菌群落多样性,并通过PICRUSt分析,评价了其内生细菌的潜在功能.结果表明,5个华重楼根茎共获得112267条16S rRNA V3-V4区高质量序列片段,内生细菌群落的α-多样性Chao1指数、Observed species指数、PD whole tree指数和Shannon指数的平均值分别为3417.7、748.0、40.7和8.3;其优势门为厚壁菌门和放线菌门,优势变形菌纲为γ-变形菌纲和α-变形菌纲,优势菌属为Dubosiella(占比为5.61%).16S rRNA功能预测结果显示,华重楼根茎内生细菌功能主要涉及膜运输、 能量代谢、 碳水化合物代谢、 氨基酸代谢和辅酶因子、 维生素代谢等.华重楼根茎内生细菌群落多样性丰富,具有大量代谢相关的有益菌.
目的 分析帕金森病(PD)患者的肛门括约肌肌电图(EAS-EMG)与自主神经功能障碍情况,探讨两者的相关性及两者与PD患者病情程度的相关性.方法 选择2018年1~12月就诊于浙江省人民医院临床诊断为PD的50例患者作为观察组和19例健康对照者作为研究对象,两组均进行EAS-EMG检查及PD自主神经症状量表(SCOPA-AUT)评分,分析两组的检查结果 及相关性.同时依据H&Y分期对PD患者进行病情分级,分析病情程度与EAS-EMG、SCOPA-AUT评分的相关性.结果观察组的EAS-EMG及SCOPA-AUT评分异常度均高于对照组(P<0.05).PD患者SCOPA-AUT得分与EAS-EMG的平均时限呈正相关(r=0.46,P=0.00),与平均波幅及多相波百分比不相关(r=0.27,0.14;P=0.06,0.32).PD患者病情程度与EAS-EMG的平均时限呈正相关(r=0.50,P=0.00),而与平均波幅及多相波百分比不相关(r=0.18,0.17;P=0.21,0.25);病情程度与SCOPA-AUT评分呈正相关(r=0.68,P=0.00).结论 PD患者的EAS-EMG存在异常,且普遍存在自主神经功能障碍;PD患者的EAS-EMG异常程度越高,病情越重,出现的自主神经功能障碍症状越多、越频繁.
目的 探讨吉兰-巴雷综合征(GBS)谱系病合并自主神经损伤(AD)患者的临床特点.方法 收集GBS谱系病患者59例,按照是否合并AD分为AD组和非AD组,分析两组临床分型、预后及电生理特点.结果 AD组15例,非AD组44例.AD组中GBS型的比例少于非AD组,而GBS/MFS重叠型比例高于非AD组(P<0.05).两组8周和6个月预后差无统计学意义(均P>0.05).AD组电生理表现为正常型较非AD组稍多.结论 GBS谱系病合并AD患者中临床以GBS/MFS重叠型多见,GBS型较少见,其预后与其他GBS谱系病患者无明显差异.
为推广栽培铁皮石斛Dendrobium catenatum'6A2B’、‘7869’、‘966’三个优良新品系,进一步提升药材质量,在2013年2月6日和2013年4月27日2个生长时期,分别采集2年生萌条,测定其中钾、钙、镁、钠、锡、硒、锌、镍、铁、硼、锰、铬、钛、铝、锶、汞、砷、铅、镉、铜等20种矿质元素,研究铁皮石斛中矿质元素的动态积累.结果表明:供试铁皮石斛铅、砷、汞、铬、铜5种重金属元素含量均在规定限度范围内;三个铁皮石斛优良品系间矿质元素差异不显著,生长时期对铁皮石斛矿质元素含量存在显著的影响;钙的含量与多糖含量呈极显著负相关,镁、硼、锰的含量与醇溶性浸出物含量呈显著正相关.
葡萄在我国水果生产中具有举足轻重的地位,与香蕉、柑橘、苹果、梨和桃等并称为我国六大水果.据统计,2013年浙江葡萄栽培面积已达2.55万hm2,产量60.6万t,其中宁波市葡萄种植面积达0.63万hm2,产量达13万t,已成为农业种植业结构调整和农民增加收入的主要途径.
In order to reveal the accumulation trend of polysaccharides in Dendrobium catenatum and determine the effect of sampling time on polysaccharides,D.Catenatum D21 clone was harvested from January to December after culturing for 2 to 5 months in the growth chamber with constant temperature.Polysaccharides were determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method and the monosaccharide compositions were analyzed by pre-column derivative-UPLC.The results showed that the content of polysaccharide and its key component mannose was positively correlated with the culture time,but the contents of polysaccharides in all kinds of culture peaked from 5 to 6 months,which were consistent with the trend of field planting.The results suggested that the trend of polysaccharide accumulation in the plant could be related to the life rhythm of the sensory seasons of D.catenatum,which was significantly affected by the harvesting season,even under the constant condition of the culture chamber.
Freshly harvested bamboo (Phyllostachys violascens) shoots were stored for 35 days under various hypobaric conditions (101, 75, 50 and 25 kPa) at 2 +/- 1 degrees C to investigate the effects of hypobaric storage on flesh lignifications. It was found that hypobaric storage at 50 kPa was most effective in preventing the increase in shoots firmness and allied accumulations of lignin and cellulose. Furthermore, the hypobaric storage at 50 kPa inhibited the ethylene production, reduced the rate of O-2(center dot-). production and the accumulation of malondialdehyde (MDA) and H2O2, and maintained significantly higher activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX), but restrained the activities of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) and peroxidase (POD). These data indicate that the delay in flesh lignification of bamboo shoots by hypobaric storage was due to maintenance of higher antioxidant enzymes activities and reduced ethylene production, leading to less ROS accumulation and better cell-membrane integrity. The explants were obtained from stem segments of hybrid combination of Dendrobium officinale germplasms (Zhejiang Yandang Mountain x Yunnan Guangnan). The screened culture mediums for buds induction and multiplication, which were 1/2MS + IBA 1.0 mg x L(-1) +6-BA 1.0 mg x L(-1) and 1/2MS + IBA 1.5 mg x L(-1) +6-BA 0.5 mg x L(-1) respectively, were applied to 159 germplasms of D. officinale from Zhejiang, Yunnan, Guangxi, Hunan, etc. The medium for axillary buds induction had universality with 94.3% induction rate. During buds multiplication, there were significant differences in proliferation effect among germplasms, and three proliferation forms i.e. single bud, multiple buds and protocorm were differentiated from different germplasms. The results showed that different germplasms of D. officinale had specific requirements for culture medium. Therefore, developing special culture medium for breeding clones of D. officinale is urgent and has important application values.
To real photosynthetic characteristics variation of Dendrobium officinale from different provenances to provide reference for producing quality,low-carbon,and efficient D.officinale,photosynthetic rate and light intensity response curve of D.officinale provenances from Qingyuan,Tiantai,and Wuyi in Zhejiang Province,as well as Guangnan and Malipo in Yunnan Province were studied.Diurnal variation for the photosynthetic rate and light response curves for net photosynthesis to photosynthetic photon flux densities(PPFD) were measured using an Li-6400 photosynthetic determination system. Results showed that the net photosynthetic rate,the light saturation point,and the light compensation point in leaves of D.officinale were low with some differences(P0.05) among the five provenances.Thus,during cultivation,light intensity must be controlled to ensure quality,low-carbon,and efficient production of D.officinale.
Objective To investigate the clinical value of SDEEG and AEEG in the diagnosis of epilepsy for adolescents.Methods 239 cases of 7-18 years old patients who diagnosed as epilepsy were detected by SDEEG( 107 cases) and AEEG( 132 cases) separately,then we did a comparative analysis.Results 1.The overall positive rate and epileptiform discharge detection rate of SDEEG were lower than which of AEEG.2.SDEEG had a higher epileptiform discharge detection rate among the patients under 15,while AEEG had a relative equilibrium positive rate in all age groups.3.Adolescent patients.epileptiform discharge were usually occurred in sleep stage especially in none rapid eye movement Ⅰ-Ⅱ period.Epileptiform discharge detection rate of SDEEG was higher than which of AEEG in sleep stage.Conclusions SDEEG and AEEG can enhance the positive diagnostic rate of epilepsy.AEEG is suitable for all age groups,and SDEEG is suitable for patients under 15 years old,especially for those who tends to take attack in sleep stage.

OBJECTIVE To explore the variability of event-related potentials P(300) and memory function in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS). METHODS Polysomnography (PSG) event-related potentials (ERPs) P(300) and Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS) were detected in 30 subjects with OSAS and 20 normal controls. RESULTS The memory quotient [(86 ± 13) scores] in the OSAS group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.01). The latency of P(300) [(410 ± 80) ms at Cz and (409 ± 80) ms at Pz] in the OSAS group was significantly longer than that in the control group (P < 0.01). In the OSAS group, the latency of P(300) was correlated negatively with the memory quotient and nocturnal hypoxemia, but positively with apea/hypopnea index (AHI, P < 0.01). CONCLUSION OSAS has memory deficit, which can be evaluated comprehensively by P(300) and WMS. The longer latency of P(300) might be regarded as one of the electrophysiological markers to indicate the severity of cognition in OSAS. Recurrent attacks of nocturnal intermittent hypoxemia may cause the regional brain damage related to cognition defect.
27 species of trees were selected to study the ability of salt-resistance.Morphological indexes changed with different contents of NaCl of Hongland alimentation liquid which reflected the ability of salt-resistance.Some morphological indexes were tested,such as the growth of young shoots and the number of new roots,and others were observed.At last,6 species,namely Sabina chinensis'Kaizuca',Machilus thumbergii,Ziziphus jujube,Raphiolepis umbeuat,Euonymus japonica and Crossostephium chinese were selected as halophytes and 7 species were middle salt-resistant plants which were adapted to grow in salina.5 species,namely Fraxinus griffithii,Ilex purpurea,Toona sinensis,Photinia X fraseri and Malus thaliana were non-salt-resistant trees.The morphological changes in the plants were similar under salt stress.
经颅多普勒超声(TCD)是判定脑死亡一项敏感且特异的检查方法,表现为特征性的脑血流频谱形态[1].对于选用哪些血管作为判定脑死亡的标准目前还存在分歧[2],大多数学者认为大脑中动脉(MCA)作为判定血管的价值是肯定的[1,3].但颞部颅骨较厚,声波不能穿透而出现无血流信号的假阳性结果是该项检查最大的缺陷.
1病例报告 患者,男,60岁.因"全身肌肉抽搐2月余"于2007年3月20日入院.查体:BP:19.9/13.1 kPa,四肢及胸背部肌肉不自主蠕动,以右侧肩胛带肌、肱二头肌和腓肠肌内侧头最为明显,几乎为持续存在,其余部位约每分钟蠕动10~25次,睡眠时不消失.
Objective: To compare the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of three electrophysio-logic tests in detecting mild carpal tunnel syndrome(CTS). Methods: The study involved 43 patients(56 wrists). who were clinically diagnosed as CTS by neurologists merely basing on their symptoms and signs: and healthy age-and-sex-matched volunteers served as controls. The subjects underwent routine, metacarpal and ring finger stimulation comparative tests, and the median nerve distal motor latency (DML), motor conduction velocity(MCV) from wrist to palm (MCV2). The difference of distal sensory latency (Ddsl) between the median and ulnar nerves,and other parameters were recorded. Results; l.ln the patients'group, as to the median nerves, DML and DSL were prolonged. Both MCV and sensory conduction velocity(SCV) slowed down, and the amplitude of the sensory nerve action potentials reduced, while Ddsl increased;2, When normal limits were derived by calculating the mean +2. 5 standard deviations of the date of the controls, the diagnostic sensitivity of DML, DSL, MCV2, Ddsl and SCV were 69. 6%, 50.0%, 60.7%, 54.5% and 53.6%, respectively; and the specificity were 100% , 94. 6% , 100%, 100% and 100%, respectively. When the cut-off value of MCV2 was 38m/s. which was applied clinicly, the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were 91. 1% and 97. 3% respectively. Conclusions: The diagnostic value of MCV from wrist to palm in the median nerves is high,and the diagnostic sensitivity of metacarpal stimulation detection is similar with that of ring finger stimulation test.
Site index model,growth and stand yield model,biomass model of artificial Pinus taeda forest in Zheiang province was established.Monitoring of carbon sequestration of CDR-ARP P.taeda forest in Zhejiang province was determined based on different site conditions with ruping process and thinning factor.Carbon density,storage and CO2 sequestration of pine forest could be determined.It was divided into two periods of before afforestation and growth period.Carbon pool was selected for monitoring while biomass of each organ was determined by common forest measurement.
