在线教育在军事职业教育中具有十分重要的地位.文章紧扣军事职业教育创新发展,结合军事职业教育队伍建设和培训中存在的问题,提出依托军事职业教育平台构建在线教育技能认证课程体系,拟定了课程内容和模块化组织方法,并探讨了在线课程教学组织与实践的效果.
2019年全军评选出了40门军事职业教育精品在线开放课程,对于建立有军队特色的现代精品在线课程具有重要的参考价值.通过分析研究课程建设过程中表现出的优势与存在的问题,提出相关改进建议,期望对下阶段开展军事职业教育在线开放课程建设提供一定参考.

MOOC作为一种新兴的网络教育模式,对于建立符合我军特色的现代军事职业教育模式具有重要的参考价值。借鉴MOOC理念,国防科学技术大学自主开发了梦课学习平台为全军官兵提供远程开放学习服务,进而积累了海量的官兵学习行为数据。分析官兵的在线学习行为数据,对洞悉学习者的在线学习规律、改进教师的课程建设质量和提升平台的教学组织管理能力,具有重要的作用。本文从部队官兵在梦课学习平台的选课学习、成绩考核和互动交流3个行为方面分析总结了部队MOOC学习者的行为特征,对院校和部队开展基于MOOC平台的军事职业教育有一定的启发。
大规模在线学习平台是近年来出现的一种新型的满足教育需求的平台,本文简要介绍并研究了当前国内外流行的智能答疑系统,在此基础上分析了国内外智能答疑系统的优点与不足,研究、设计及开发了基于大规模在线学习平台的智能答疑系统原型,并结合"教育技术"这门MOOC课程,进行了应用实践,效果良好.

At present,effective visualization tools are needed urgently to understand the abundant multi-dimensional data in the science,engineering and commerce field.The traditional multi-dimensional data visualization based on dimension reduction is computation complexity and cannot offer the dimension distribution information of multi-dimensional object,so this paper proposes a new multi-dimensional visualization technique based on right regular polygon of even sides.The reference of the multi-dimensional data space—regular 2k polygon coordinates—in the Cartesian coordinates is defined;dimension reduction algorithm is used to the multi-dimensional object according to the optimization theory,using the minimum of the multi-dimensional object coordinates variation between in regular 2k polygon coordinates and in the multi-dimensional data space as criterion;they are rendered in the two-dimensional space using point cloud.The experiments show that the dimension reduction algorithm is highly efficient and easily implemented and adapts to the aggregation with a great amount of high dimensional data.The visualization method is easily understandable,and it can offer the dimension distribution information effectively and is helpful for common user to view the multi-dimensional data and discover the implicit information in knowledge discovery process,especially in the early stages of it,and has an important role in decision depending on the multi-dimensional data.

The quality of the human beings trained by college schools affect the level of troop’s battle effectiveness in the future. Establishing a scientific and rational appraisal system overall quality of students can promote the comprehensive development of students. In this paper, we use modified Delphi method to establish evaluation index system, then propose a kind of index weights ascertainment method based on the combination of modified Delphi and AHP. We quantitatively determine the evaluation index weights and the inverse proportions of the main evaluation comments’ attitude, so as to establishing the comprehensive quality evaluation model of college student based on modified Delphi-AHP method and completing a comprehensive quality evaluation list for college students. It serves as the theory foundation of the comprehensive quality evaluation system of college students.
提出了一种基于SCORM内容聚合模型的网络课程系统,该系统在深入分析了基于SCORM标准的网络课程资源包的内部组织结构,并以Blackboard平台导出的课程资源包为例,利用XML技术读取资源包信息,实现了导出课程资源包的网络课程再生成,为解决网络课程资源共享问题提供了可行的实施方案。
In this paper, we study the transportation network flow problem with stochastic flow distribution. According to the stochastic properties of transportation network flows, we first discuss the functional relations between the arcs and the nodes for modeling the transportation network systems, and originally construct an incidence matrix of capacity in the frequency domain. Then a new frequency-domain spanning graph model to analyze the network stochastic maximum flow and the stochastic minimum flow problem is presented. A corresponding algorithm is designed to resolve the model. In our solution, through the mutual transformations of probability functions between time-domain and frequency-domain in our model, the dynamic process of origin-destination flows is analyzed qualitatively; hence the minimum flow and maximum flow are derived quantitatively. An advantage of our approach is that it can handle uniformly both the continuous probability distribution case and the discrete probability distribution case. Numerical experiment results illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of our approach.
