In order to investigate the effects of organic acids on releasing behavior of nicotine in heated tobacco products with randomly cut tobacco filling, GC-MS analysis method was used to analyze the influences of adding different mass fractions of citric acid, tartaric acid, malic acid,levulinic acid, lactic acid, propionic acid and acetic acid on the transfer rate of total nicotine, the pH of aerosol and the forms of nicotine in the aerosol of a heated tobacco product. The results showed that: 1) The addition of these organic acids did not affect the transfer rate of total nicotine significantly. 2) The p H of aerosol also did not change significantly after adding the non-volatile organic acids; however it decreased slightly and continuously with the increase of volatile organic acids. 3) The proportion of free nicotine in the aerosol was not significantly influenced by the addition of non-volatile organic acids, while it decreased obviously and continuously with the addition of volatile organic acids.
[目的]为研究电池质量现状及分析其对气溶胶释放行为影响.[方法]选取38种小功率电子烟,对电池进行倍率放电性能测试和对电子烟进行抽吸测试.[结果](1)电子烟电池的倍率放电性能参差不齐,只有52.0%的烟弹式电子烟用电池经过400次倍率放电后容量保持率在80%以上,38.5%的一次性电子烟用电池无法正常倍率放电,测试过程中还出现了电池漏液、鼓包等异常情况;(2)1.2 A倍率放电特性能真实地反应电池的实际工作能力,决定一次性电子烟的抽吸口数,电池在实际工作中对气溶胶的释放量和气溶胶逐口释放稳定性影响不容忽视.[结论]需重视电子烟产品质量及其核心部件质量安全,尽早规范电子烟行业发展.
[目的]建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GF-AAS)测定加热卷烟(HTP)烟草材料中铅、镍、铬、镉含量的检测方法.[方法]考察样品前处理条件、灰化温度、原子化温度对检测结果的影响,采用加标回收和重复性试验验证检测结果的准确性和精密度.[结果](1)四种元素工作曲线线性良好(r2>0.999);(2)Pb、Ni、Cr、Cd加标回收率为93.7%~105.7%,RSD≤5.0%(n=6),方法检出限分别为0.076、0.025、0.015、0.006 mg/kg.(3)9种加热卷烟烟草材料中Pb、Ni、Cr、Cd元素平均含量分为0.97、1.07、1.28、1.80 mg/kg.[结论]该方法操作简单、成本较低,同时精密度和准确性较高,适用于大批量加热卷烟烟草材料中的4种痕量元素的含量测定.
为了深入了解不同工艺制备的加热不燃烧(HNB)卷烟烟草材料的特点及其对卷烟制品特性的影响,从化学成分分析、热裂解分析及热重分析等方面对辊压法、稠浆法、造纸法、干法制备的4 种烟草原味加热不燃烧卷烟的烟草材料进行了剖析.结果表明:① 辊压法、稠浆法制备的烟草材料纤维含量较低,结构紧密;造纸法、干法制备的烟草材料纤维含量高,结构相对疏松.② 不同工艺加热不燃烧卷烟烟草材料的水分含量差异不大,烟碱含量为 6.68~13.56 mg/g;甘油含量明显高于丙二醇,且远远高于传统卷烟.③ 烟草材料裂解香气释放量随裂解温度的升高呈现先升高后下降,在 270 ℃达到峰值后又缓慢降低的趋势,裂解香气成分各有特点.④ 加热不燃烧卷烟烟草材料的热失重均分为 4 个阶段,且以第 2、第 3阶段为主,烟草材料的热失重情况存在一定差异.
为准确检测加热不燃烧卷烟烟草材料中的主要成分,以正丁醇和1,3-丁二醇为内标,以甲醇为溶剂振荡萃取,建立了同时检测加热不燃烧卷烟烟草材料中水分、1,2-丙二醇、烟碱和丙三醇含量(质量分数)的气相色谱-热导检测器(GC-TCD)方法,并采用该方法测定了6个加热不燃烧卷烟烟草材料样品。结果表明:①方法的回收率为95.18%~100.80%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.56%~1.27%,4种目标物的检出限为0.10~1.02 mg/g。②所测样品中水分、1,2-丙二醇、烟碱和丙三醇的含量分别为90.27~119.63、0.33~2.41、14.54~15.14和130.93~143.83 mg/g。该方法简单、灵敏、准确,适用于加热不燃烧卷烟烟草材料中4种主要成分的同时测定。
A gas chromatography-flame ionization (GC-FID) method was developed for determination of 1,2-propylene glycol, glycerol and nicotine of tobacco materials in heat-not-burn cigarettes by using 1,4-butanediol and quinaldine as internal standards. Twelve tobacco material samples of five different brands were determined by the method. The results showed that: 1) The limit of detection and limit of quantitation were 0.02-0.22 mg/g and 0.06-0.74 mg/g, respectively; the recoveries were 84.74%-98.81%, and intra-day and inter-day precisions were 0.15%-0.86%. 2) The contents of 1,2-propylene glycol , glycerol and nicotine in the samples ranged from 0-82.45,116.31-204.98, and 7.06-15.26 mg/g, respectively. 3) Glycerol and nicotine were detected in all samples. 4) The content of 1,2- propylene glycol in domestic samples was higher than that in foreign samples. This method was easy, sensitive and accurate, and was suitable for determination of 1,2-propylene glycol, glycerol and nicotine of tobacco materials in heat-not-burn cigarettes.
为了准确测定烟用香精中溶剂的含量,以1,4-丁二醇为内标建立了检测烟用香精中乙醇、1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇的气相色谱法,采用该方法测定了30个烟用香精样品.结果表明:该方法的检出限和定量限范围在0.019~0.088和0.063~0.293 g/L之间;回收率在97.5%~101.6%之间;相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.61%~0.89%.所测样品中均检出1,2-丙二醇,均未检出丙三醇;13个样品中检测出乙醇.该方法前处理简单、灵敏度高、定性定量准确,适用于烟用香精中乙醇、1,2-丙二醇和丙三醇的定性定量分析.
[Purpose] Our aim was to investigate the transferring of key chemical components (total sugar,potassium,sugar,nicotine,chlorine and total nitrogen) in paper-making reconstituted tobacco sheet at various processing stages.[Method] We analyzed the contents of key chemical components in the solids with continuous flow analytical method.[Results] (1) Except total nitrogen,every key chemical component had a higher extraction rate at extraction stage.The extraction rate of the total key chemical components was 80.37%,that is,80.37% of the key chemical components were transferred froim tobacco raw materials to water.(2) In the pulping stage,the content of key chemical components were lower.11.02%,16.61%,11.00%,17.31%,10.43% and 25.84% of the total sugar,potassium,reducing sugar,total alkaloids,chloride and total nitrogen in tobacco raw materials was extracted into the sewage.[Conclusion] Therefore,optimizing the extraction process,and reducing the extraction yield of each key chemical component in pulping section can improve the competitiveness of designed paper-making reconstituted tobacco sheet.
In order to accurately determine the contents of oxalate, succinate, sulfate and phosphate in reconstituted tobacco, the effects of water, sodium hydroxide solution and different concentration methanesulfonic acid (MSA) solution on the extraction efficiency of the above four acidic anions were studied. A method for the quantification of the four acidic anions was developed with ion chromatography, and the amounts of the four acidic anions in 26 samples of reconstituted tobacco were determined. The results showed that: 1) The extraction efficiency of each tested component was more than 99.7% with 40 mmol/L MSA as extraction solution. 2) The recoveries of the four acidic anions ranged from 99.3% to 106.2% and the relative standard deviations were from 0.27% to 0.99%. The method is accurate, simple, reliable and suitable to determine the levels of oxalate, succinate, sulfate and phosphate in reconstituted tobacco.

采用热重法快速测定烟草及烟草制品中水分的含量.采用以50℃·min-1速率升至110℃,定温8 min的升温程序.方法应用于烟末样品和烟丝样品的测定,测定结果与烘箱法测定值相符.热重法所需样品量仅为10~20mg,远少于烘箱法的样品需求量,试验时间约为10 min.
Glucose is natural tobacco component. The influence of glucose on cigarette smoke,the synthesis of glucose ester/o-glucosides and their relationship with cigarette smoke were reviewed. Also,the future of modification of glucose and its application in tobacco industry was discussed.
A fast analytical method based on HPLC-ICP-MS for the speciation of Cr3+ and Cr6+ in aqueous solution was established. The total separation time could be finished in 3 min, and the detection limit of Cr3+ and Cr6+ was 0.54 mu g/L and 1.1 mu g/L respectively. In addition, a new fast sample treatment method based on PFA self. sealing bottles for the determination of inorganic Cr and total Cr was also developed, and the complete sample decomposition could be realized with 2 mL HNO3 at 120 degrees C in 1 h. The organic Cr could be fully and quickly extracted by ethyl acetate. After comprehensive investigation, the results revealed that Cr was primarily existed as immobilized organic Cr in the tipping paper, and the concentration level reached 85%-95%.

A fast microwave-assisted extraction-ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography (MAE-UPLC) method was developed for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, scopoletin and rutin in cut tobacco. The extraction conditions of polyphenols were determined by single-factor and orthogonal experiment. The optimal conditions were found to be as follows: methanol concentration of 60% (v/v), extraction solvent temperature of 90 degrees C, microwave extraction time of 1 min and solid to liquid ratio of 1 : 20 (g mL(-1)), the recovery rates of polyphenols in cut tobacco were between 96.5% and 105.6%, relative standard deviations were lower than 5%. The total analysis time for a sample was less than 20 min, the results were satisfactory.
A direct,simple and sensitive method was developed for the simultaneous separation and detection of nine organic acids,including lactate,acetate,propionate,formate,butyrate,malate,malonate,oxalate and citrate,in tobacco by anion exchange chromatography with eluent autogenerator and suppressed conductivity detection.The retention behaviors of organic acids on the anion exchange column were investigated using potassium hydroxide produced by EGC-ⅡKOH eluent autogenerator as eluent and the optimized gradient elution condition was obtained.The samples were prepared through extraction,filtration and dilution.The separation was performed on a Dionex IonPac AS11-HC anion exchange column.Under the optimized conditions,the calibration curves of all the analytes had good linearity.The detection limits ranged from 0.013 μg/L to 0.065 μg/L,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs) were in the range of 0.7%-3.0%.The spiked recoveries of nine organic acids were in the range of 93%-103%.The method was simple,accurate and sensitive,and could meet the actual requirements for the analysis of tobacco samples.

为了改善梗丝性质,通过碱氧处理降低细胞壁物质含量并提高梗丝和酶的反应活性,再利用生物酶催化降解蛋白质、淀粉和纤维素,结果表明:①处理后梗丝填充值提高了27.6%,糖碱比提高了49.5%,细胞壁物质含量降低了42.3%;②对其21种主要香气成分进行分析可知,总量提高25.7%,其中美拉德反应产物含量提高140.5%,类胡萝卜素降解产物含量提高115.6%;③感官评吸结果表明梗丝经碱氧酶处理后,杂气、余味、刺激性方面有所改善。
A quantitative analytical method for triacetin in plasticizer was developed by using Gas chromatography (GC) with a FID detector and a polar capillary.The sample was dissolved in ethanol and trans-anethole was used as internal standard.Results showed that linear relationship between the ratio of peak area and the concentration of triacetin within the range from 33.3% to 110% was obtained with r2 0.999.The average recoveries were between 95.4%-105%,with RSD less than 1%.Compared with the method recommended by YC/T 144,this method was more suitable for checking the quality of product.
In order to study the particle size distribution of aerosols in mainstream smoke of different cigarette brands,four samples were tested according to a standard regime.After on-line 200:1 dilution,particle diameter and number concentration were directly conducted by using electrical low pressure impactor(ELPI) with a measurement range from 7-10000 nm.The results showed that,the particle size distribution differed in different cigarette brands.During the smoking process,the concentration of smoke aerosols increased puff by puff.The profile of aerosol size distribution peaked in the range of 0.261~0.381 micron for samples A and D,and 0.028 micron for samples B and C.Median particle diameter was 0.23 micron for samples A and D,and 0.16 micron for samples B and C.The average aerosol concentration of the four samples was between 1.09×109p/cm3 and 2.21×109p/cm3,and a similar pattern of particle number was observed with a range from 2.29×1011 to 3.88×1011 particles per cigarette.
