以太原市通达街跨汾河的四跨单塔自锚式悬索桥为背景工程,针对其混合拱塔的结构形式,外壁板为空间曲面且构造复杂等特点,建立主塔的板壳实体有限元模型,对其受力进行分析,总结了变截面混合拱塔的传力特点,为今后同类型结构设计提供依据.
To probe further into the treatment methods of major recurrent aphthous ulceration, a typical case was reported. The 46?year?old male patient had been treated with prednisone acetate for one year due to major recurrent aphthous ulceration and presented complaining of severral large painful ulcer on the right tongue persisting for one week.Biopsy,serologies and cultures were performed to rule out infectious etiology. Local medicine treatment was used. Results showed that local treatment of Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection as well as Amlexanox could control the ulcer in two weeks.It is believed that major recurrent aphthous ulceration can be effec?tively cured by local medication.
目的 评价百强固位纤维和everstick复合树脂高强纤维牙周夹板在下前牙松牙固定术中的临床效果.方法 36例下前牙牙周炎患者随机分为2组,观察治疗前及治疗后(第3,6,12月)的附着丧失AL、牙龈出血指数GBI以及牙周袋深度PD研究结果.结果 百强固位纤维和everstick复合树脂高强纤维牙周夹板在下前牙松动固定治疗前及治疗后(第3,6,12月)的附着丧失AL、牙龈出血指数GBI以及牙周袋深度PD的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但固定后两组的3、6、12个月期间附着丧失AL、牙龈出血指数GBI以及牙周袋深度PD比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);结论 两种高强纤维牙周夹板均可有效的保存松动患牙,对牙周炎患者口腔咀嚼功能的恢复有较好的效果.
White sponge nevus (WSN) in the oral mucosa is a rare autosomal dominant genetic disease. The involved mucosa is white or greyish, thickened, folded and spongy. The genes associated with WSN include mutant cytokeratin keratin 4 (KRT4) and keratin 13 (KRT13). In recent years, new cases of WSN and associated mutations have been reported. Here, we summarise the recent progress in our understanding of WSN, including clinical reports, genetics, animal models, treatment, pathogenic mechanisms and future directions. Gene-based diagnosis and gene therapy for WSN may become available in the near future and could provide a reference and instruction for treating other KRT-associated diseases.
目的 探讨氧化锌丁香油类根管封闭剂粘度对根管封闭性能的影响.方法 选取60颗单根管牙,随机分成6组.分别用3种不同粘度的氧化锌丁香油封闭剂和Cortisomol封闭剂各3组充填根管.经染料渗透后沿牙体长轴纵向剖开,在体视显微镜下观察根管渗漏染色长度.用扫描电镜观察根管封闭剂与根管壁的密合度.用SPSS 12.0软件作方差分析.结果 3种不同粘度的氧化锌丁香油封闭剂和Cortisomol封闭剂组组间微渗漏长度差异均有显著性,其中氧化锌丁香油封闭剂较稀组的染料渗漏长度最长,Cortisomol封闭剂较稠组的染料渗漏长度最短.结论 适当增加氧化锌丁香油类根管封闭剂的粘度可提高根管的密封程度.
Background: White sponge nevus (WSN) is a rare periodontal hereditary disease. To date, almost all WSN studies have focused on case reports or mutation reports. Thus, the mechanism behind WSN is still unclear. We investigated the pathogenesis of WSN using expression profiling.Methods: Sequence analysis of samples from a WSN Chinese family revealed a mutation ( 332 T > C) in the KRT13 gene that resulted in the amino acid change Leu111Pro. The pathological pathway behind the WSN expression profile was investigated by RNA sequencing (RNA-seq).Results: Construction of a heatmap revealed 24 activated genes and 57 reduced genes in the WSN patients. The ribosome structure was damaged in the WSN patients. Moreover, the translation rate was limited in the WSN patients, whereas ubiquitin mediated proteolysis was enhanced.Conclusions: Our results suggest that the abnormal degradation of the KRT13 protein in WSN patients may be associated with keratin 7 (KRT7) and an abnormal ubiquitination process.
Objective:To study the influences of lanthanum chloride on the the bioactivities of human periodontal 1igament cells(HPDLCs) in vitro.Methods: HPDLCs were treated by lanthanum chloride at 10-2 mol/L to 10-10 mol/L.Cell proliferation was examined by MTT assay,cell morphology was observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining and DAPI staining,DNA damage was detected by single cell gel electrophoresis(SCGE) assay and cell cycle distribution was analysed by flow-cytometry.Results: Lanthanum chloride at 10-2 mol/L and 10-3 mol/L promored the proliferation,induced DNA damages and cell cycle changes of HPDLCs,at 10-10 mol/L increased cell proliferation.Conclusion: High concentration of lanthanum chloride is toxic to HPDLCs,the concentration lower than 10-5 mol/L has no effect on the bioactivities,very low concentration may promote the cell proliferation.
龋病是最为常见的口腔疾病,糖醇作为一种良好的糖代用品,不易被口腔致龋微生物所利用,而且可以抑制口腔细菌发酵其他糖类,从而起到预防龋病、维持口腔健康的功效.木糖醇不能被口腔细菌分解代谢,而山梨醇和麦芽糖醇被细菌分解的代谢率很低.木糖醇的防龋功效受到大多学者的肯定,该文拟从口腔致龋菌、牙菌斑、唾液这3个主要方面,来探讨糖醇在防治龋病中的研究进展.
Objective To investigate the alternation of saliva flow rate and pH after chewing Maltitol gum.Methods Ten volunteers were selected.Saliva was collected before and after chewing Maltitol gum.Both the salivary flow rate and pH value were measured and analyzed by SPSS 12.0.Results The two kinds of gums both significantly increased the flow rate and pH value of the saliva.The flow rate of the saliva reached peak values during two to four minutes,which were(4.24±0.30)mg/min and(4.53±0.19)mg/min respectively.The saliva pH value of the two groups rised quickly during two to four minutes,which were(7.16±0.15)and(7.02±0.20)respectively.There were no significant differences between the flow rate and pH values of two groups.Conclusion Chewing Maltitol gum can increase saliva secretion and elevate the pH value of the saliva.
目的 探讨不同浓度的氯化镧对人牙周膜成纤维细胞(PDLFs)增殖的影响.方法 原代细胞培养PDLFs,MTT法检测5种不同浓度氯化镧(1×10-3、1×10-4、1×10-5、1×10-6及1×10-7 mol/L)对PDLFs增殖的影响.结果 1×10-3mol/L氯化镧的OD值明显低于阴性对照(P<0.01),其余4种浓度与阴性对照比较差异无统计学意义.结论 高浓度(1×10-3 mol/L)的氯化镧对PDLFs细胞增殖有抑制作用.
目的:探讨淫羊藿苷作用后的骨髓基质细胞(BMSCs)复合冻干骨支架的体内成骨能力.方法:取实验犬第三代BMSCs,将浓度为50ng/ml的淫羊藿苷添加到培养液中,设立空白对照组、阳性对照组(50ng/ml BMP-2).将各实验组BMSCs与猪冻干脱钙骨支架复合培养7天后回植到裸鼠皮下,8周后取材,通过HE染色、X线灰度分析和标本钙磷含量的测定来评价其体内成骨情况.结果:大体标本看见个实验组细胞支架复合物均可见支架孔隙内有有软、硬组织长入;HE染色显示个实验组均可观察到新生组织为骨小梁样结构;影像学分析淫羊藿苷和BMP-2两组细胞支架复合物灰度值高于DMS0组更高于对照组,差别有统计学意义;淫羊藿苷组和BMP-2组细胞支架复合物的钙、磷离子含量高于其他3个实验组,差异有统计学意义,且各组中的磷、钙比值接近一个固定值.结论:淫羊藿苷可以有效的增强骨髓基质细胞(BMSCs)和冻干骨支架复合物在裸鼠体内的成骨能力.
PURPOSE To evaluate the disinfecting effect of ozone on 4 kinds of bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus mutans, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Streptococcus pneumoniae. METHODS The concentration of ozone that was transmitted by ozone generator at different time was determined by using iodine titrimetric method. According to the bactericidal assay of quantitative vehicle, the bacteria on the ozonized vehicles and unozonized vehicles was washed, 50 microl eluant was seeded on the TSA plates. The TSA plates were put into the anaerobiotic incubator (90% N(2),10% CO(2),37 degrees centigrade). After 24 to 48 hours, the CFU on the plate was counted.The data was analyzed by one-way ANOVA with SAS 6.12 software package. RESULTS The sterilization effect depended on the ozone concentration and the treatment time. When the 4 kinds of bacteria were treated with 2.73 mg/L ozone for 45 minutes, there was no bacteria alive. CONCLUSIONS Ozone has obvious disinfecting effect on the 4 kinds of bacteria and the effect is correlated with the concentration of ozone.
Objective To investigate the effect of lanthanum chloride on IL-6 and IL-1βexpression in gingival crevicular fluid of rats with experimental periodontitis.Methods Sixty four SD rats with experimental periodontitis were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=16 in each):the animals received irrigation with sodium chloride(P),0.12%chlorhexidine(P1) or 0.1 mmol/L LaCl_3(P2),and 0.01 mmol/L LaCl_3 feeding(P3),respectively.IL-1βand IL-6 expressions were measured by enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay(ELISA).Statistics analysis adopted one-way ANOVA by SPSS 17.0.Results IL-1βand IL-6 expressions were significantly decreased in groups P2 and P3 (P0.01) after LaCl_3 treatment.Conclusion Lanthanum chloride can decrease IL-1βand IL-6 levels in the gingival crevicular fluid of rats with experimental periodontitis.
目的:测定不同产地窝儿七中槲皮素、鬼臼毒素、山奈素的质量浓度。方法:采用DiamonsilC18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-0.4%的冰醋酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;检测波长:290 nm,流速:1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃。结果:不同产地的窝儿七中槲皮素、鬼臼毒素、山奈素的差异较大,其中,眉县红河谷石海产窝儿七中槲皮素的质量浓度最高,为11.50 mg/g;太白县产窝儿七中鬼臼毒素的质量浓度最高,为106.69 mg/g;甘肃天水产窝儿七中山奈素的质量浓度最高,为8.36 mg/g。结论:产地对窝儿七中槲皮素、鬼臼毒素、山奈素有一定的影响。
Objective: To evaluate the treatment effects of LaCl3 on the experimental periodontitis in SD rats.Methods: Experimental periodontitis was induced around the left upper second molars(M2) of 68 SD rats by the ligature of surgical suture and the rats were fed with 10% sucrose every day.Four weeks later,4 rats were sacrificed and the M2 periodontal tissues were processed to histological observation to verify the establishment of experimental periodontitis.The other 64 rats were then randomly divided into 4 groups(n=16):sodium chloride irrigation(P);0.12% chlorhexidine irrigation(P1),0.1 mmol/L LaCl3 irrigation(P2)and 0.01 mmol/L LaCl3 feeding(P3)respectively.The clinic index were measured every 4 weeks and compared with the data obtained before treatment.3 months later,all the rats were sacrificed and the M2 periodontal tissues blocks were processed for the observation under stereomicroscopy to measure the alveolar bone loss.Results: Remarkable reduction in clinical indexed was observed in group P1,P2 and P3 after treatment(P0.05),while no significant change of clinical index in group P was observed after treatment.Among groups,significant decrease in alveolar bone loss was found in group P3 than in other groups P(P0.05).Conclusion: Irrigation with 0.12%chlorhexidine or 0.1 mmol/L LaCl3 or feeding with 0.01 mmol/L LaCl3 can improve the periodontal clinical indexes and feeding with 0.01 mmol/L LaCl3 can relieve the severity of bone loss in experimental periodontitis.
目的:评价美松糊剂充填下颌第二磨牙C型根管术后反应情况.方法:采集下颌第二磨牙C型根管牙髓炎90例,采用临床常用的3种根管充填糊剂3M公司产美松糊剂,法国碧兰糊剂和一般的氧化锌糊剂充填下颌第二磨牙C型根管,发给患者疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS问卷),连续观察1个月后收回问卷,检查患牙.使用SPSS17.0软件包对结果进行比较分析.结果:临床3种根管充填糊剂术后当天、3d、1周后反应显著性差异(P<0.05),美松糊剂术后反应明显优于其他两种根管糊剂.结论:美松糊剂能有效降低下颌第二磨牙C型根管牙髓炎病例充填术后反应的发生,其作为根管充填糊剂较碧兰和氧化锌糊剂更为理想.
OBJECTIVE:To estimate the clinical effect of the maltitol chewing gums in plaque control.METHODS:Thirty 13-15 years old susceptible adolescent were divided into three groups randomly, group A (maltitol chewing gums), group B (xylitol chewing gums) and group C (gum base chewing gums). Subjects chewed gums 5 times each day, 10 min each time. At baseline and at 4-week, subjects were evaluated for supragingival plaque. SPSS 17.0 software package was used for statistical analysis.RESULTS:Four weeks later, plaque index of the three groups continuously step down. Significant difference was observed between baseline and 4-week (P = 0.000, 0.000, 0.006). Four weeks later, there was statistically significant difference in clearance rate of plaque among the three groups (P = 0.015). There was still no statistically significant difference between group A and group B (P = 0.687), but they were both different from C group(P = 0.019, 0.007).CONCLUSION:Maltitol chewing gum can lead to similar effect on reduction of plaque as xylitol chewing gum.
Objective To explore the effects of autotransplantation of hair with intact follicle on hair loss at the temples.Methods The scalps strips from the safe donor area of 67 patients were taken and made into hair transplant with 1~2 intact follicles.The hair was transplanted to defective temple area with the needle of syringe.200 to 600 follicle units(U) were transplanted.The density of transplanted hair was 30~40U/cm2 in the area of temples.Results The hairs transplanted grew well.The appearance was close to the normal distribution of temple hair,resulting in a satisfactory effects.Conclusion It is feasible to restore the hair loss at the temples by hair transplantation with intact follicular in accordance with the anticipation design.The method had great cosmetic appearance and less trauma,therefore this was an optimal choice for restoring the hair loss at the temples.
Objective To investigate the influence of Maltitol chewing gum(MCG) on plaque accumulation.Methods A total of 60 subjects which aged between 25~50 years were enrolled in the study according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.And they were divided into 3 groups: Maltitol chewing gum group,Xylitol chewing gum(XCG) group and Gum base(GB) group according to age and initial modified plaque index(MPI).During the total 12 weeks′ study,all the participants were required to chew the products under instruction,5 times a day,and 2 pellets/times.The dental plaque accumulation was evalnated by recording the MPI of each participant.The treatment effect,time effect,and the interaction effect of time*treatment were analyzed by multi-variate test of repetitive measure ANOVA(P<0.05).Results After using these products with different formulation for 3 months,compared with the baseline,the MPI of three groups decreased significantly(P<0.01).MCG group decreased by 48.1%,XCG group decreased by 52.4% and GB group decreased by 21.6.The significant difference was found between MCG/XCG group and GB group(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between MCG group and XCG group.Conclusions Maltitol CG and Xylitol CG may have similar effects on the improvement of oral health status.
目的:观察氯化镧(LaCl2)干预后的体外培养的骨髓基质细胞(BMSCs)与脱钙冻干骨(MDBM)复合后的异位威骨能力.方法:将经过5.564×102、5.554、5.564×10-2μg/mL 3种浓度La3+干预的第3代BMSCs、空白对照组和骨形成蛋白-2阳性对照组细胞与fdDBM复合后回植入裸鼠皮下,8周后对回植标本做组织学分析、X线密度测定及钙磷含量测定.结果:回植物组织切片显示各组标本均可见新生的骨组织样结构.La3+干预各组的X线密度及钙磷含量均数与空白支架组比较差异均有显著性.但La3+"干预各组组间差异不具统计学意义.结论:5.564×102、5.564、5.564×102μg/mL 3种浓度的La3+均能促进组织工程骨矿化,以5.564 μg/mL的LaCl3促进骨矿化作用较强.
