目的 探究以快速康复外科(FTS)理念为基础的整体性护理干预在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者中的应用.方法 选取南京医科大学第一附属医院血管外科2019年11月至2021年12月收治的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者82例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组41例.对照组实施常规康复护理干预,试验组实施以FTS理念为基础的整体性护理干预,对两组干预前后遵医行为及干预后3、7、15 d的睡眠质量变化情况进行比较.结果 干预后,两组合理饮食、坚持锻炼、定时服药及定期复查得分均高于干预前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);整体分析发现:两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)组间、时间点及交互作用比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).进一步两两比较,组内比较:两组PSQI各时间点比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较:试验组各时间点PSQI均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者采取以FTS理念为基础的整体性护理干预措施,对强化患者遵医行为、睡眠质量等效果较为显著.
目的 探讨回馈式健康教育对下肢静脉曲张患者疾病认知及健康行为依从性的影响.方法 选取2019年1月至2020年1月南京医科大学第一附属医院收治的123例下肢静脉曲张患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其随机分为对照组61例、实验组62例,对照组患者采用常规护理方法干预,实验组患者联合应用回馈式健康教育干预,比较2组患者干预后疾病知晓率、健康行为依从性.结果 随访6个月,2组患者疾病知晓率均高于同组教育前(P<0.05),实验组患者疾病成因、临床表现、预防措施、防寒保暖知识知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05);随访6个月,2组患者健康行为依从性高于同组干预前(P<0.05),实验组患者饮食管理、情绪管控、运动训练、饮水管理、下肢护理依从性高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 回馈式健康教育有助于提高下肢静脉曲张患者疾病认识水平,促进健康行为的养成.
目的 探讨知信行健康教育对孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层(ISMAD)患者遵医行为及预后的影响.方法 选择2015年1月至2020年3月南京医科大学第一附属医院收治的126例ISMAD患者为研究对象.按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(63例)、对照组(63例).对照组患者接受常规健康教育,观察组进行知信行健康教育.比较两组干预前后疼痛程度[采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估]、遵医行为(采用自制ISMAD患者遵医行为调查问卷),记录并发症的发生情况.结果 随访6个月,观察组实际完成随访60例、对照组实际完成随访56例.随访6个月,两组VAS评分低于同组干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组规范饮食、戒烟限酒、血压监测、用药管理、定期复诊评分及总分高于同组干预前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 知信行健康教育有助于促进ISMAD患者遵医行为的养成,缓解其疼痛程度,减少并发症的发生.
目的:评估安罗替尼对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)三线及三线以后治疗的有效性及安全性.方法:采用meta分析对随机对照试验进行系统评价.结果:疾病控制率(OR=0.14,95%CI 0.11~0.17,P<0.00001),客观缓解率(OR=0.08,95%CI 0.03~0.21,P<0.00001),总生存期(OR=0.71,95%Cl 0.55~0.89,P<0.00001),无进展生存期(OR=0.26,95%Cl 0.22~0.30,P<0.00001).不良反应,如高血压(OR=11.95,95%CI 8.44~16.92,P<0.00001),高血压超过3级(OR=21.92,95%CI 6.09~78.97,P<0.00001),疲劳(OR=2.32,95%CI 1.5~3.58,P=0.0001),呕吐(OR=1.64,95%CI 1.09~2.45,P=0.02),腹泻(OR=3.12,95%CI 2.16~4.51,P<0.00001).结论:在非小细胞肺癌第三和第三阶段后用安罗替尼治疗可显著提高疗效,但也明显提高高血压等不良反应的发生.
ETHNOPHARMACOLOGICAL RELEVANCE:Maimendong and Qianjinweijing Tang (Jin formula), a classic Chinese formula, can enhance therapeutic efficacy and reduce adverse effects in patients with lung cancer. AIM OF THE STUDY:To evaluate the anti-lung cancer effect of Jin formula in vivo and in vitro, and to explore the role of microRNA (miRNA) in the anti-lung cancer mechanism of Jin formula. MATERIALS AND METHODS:Cell survival was determined via a colorimetric method, and apoptotic condition was revealed by flow cytometric analysis. Cell migration and invasion were detected by scratch and transwell assays. Quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) assay was applied to measure the changes of miRNA expression. Pathological histology of lung tissues were assessed by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining. Immunohistochemistry and immunoblotting were used to detect the expression of marker proteins of Wnt/β-catenin pathway. The relationship between miR-149-3p and MYC associated zinc finger protein (MAZ) was verified using a dual-luciferase reporter assay system. RESULTS:Our findings demonstrated the anti-cancer effect of Jin formula in vitro, and revealed that Jin formula could suppress the proliferation, migration and invasion of human lung cancer A549 and H1299 cells. We also confirmed the capability of Jin formula to reduce tumor growth through the up-regulation of miR-149-3p and down-regulation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling in animal models. qRT-PCR analysis in vitro further confirmed a dose-dependent increase of miR-149-3p by treatment with Jin formula. Functional studies identified MAZ as a downstream target of miR-149-3p. Overexpression of miR-149-3p inhibited cell proliferation, migration, invasion and induced apoptosis in A549 and H1299 cells, similar to our findings on the effects of Jin formula treatment. In contrast, inhibiting the expression of miR-149-3p reversed the anti-cancer effects of Jin formula. Additionally, we revealed that miR-149-3p was involved in the anti-cancer effects of Jin formula, at least in part, by inhibiting MAZ expression and the Wnt/β-catenin signaling cascade. CONCLUSION:Our study illustrated that Jin formula suppressed the development of lung cancer and the mechanism may be associated with the miR-149-3p/MAZ/Wnt/β-catenin axis.
目的:评估不同运动频率的主动踝泵运动(APE)对下肢静脉血流和纤溶的影响,为规范APE提供数据支持,为临床防治下肢深静脉血栓提供依据.方法:招募11例健康志愿者,分6 d进行频率分别为5、10、15次·min-1的主动APE,每天持续运动5 min,同一频率连续进行2 d.使用多普勒超声仪测量静息状态下和同一频率运动后0、5、10、15、30 min的股静脉和腘静脉血流峰流速,得出最佳运动频率;第7天,在静息状态和进行最佳频率主动APE后5、10、30 min抽取静脉血,检测血浆中组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)和纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物-1(PAI-1)的水平.结果:3个频率的主动APE后,股静脉和胭静脉血流峰流速较静息状态均加快;和运动5次·min-1比较,运动10次·min-1和运动15次·min-1股静脉和胭静脉血流峰流速加快,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);运动10次·min-1和15次·min-1股静脉和胭静脉血流峰流速差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);运动频率10次·min-1的主动APE,股静脉和胭静脉的血流峰流速在运动后30 min内均高于静息状态,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),频率10次·min-1的主动APE后血浆中t-PA升高和PAI-1降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但运动后30 min t-PA和PAI-1的变化与静息状态比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:主动APE能增加股静脉和胭静脉的血流峰流速,频率10次·min-1能增高t-PA和降低PAI-1的水平促进纤溶.
Luteolin (LTL) exerts remarkable tumor suppressive activity on various types of cancers, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, it is not completely understood whether the mechanism of its action against NSCLC is related to microRNAs (miRNAs). In the present study, we investigated the anti-tumor effects of LTL on NSCLC in vitro and in vivo. The results revealed that LTL could inhibit cell proliferation and induce apoptosis in both A549 and H460 cells. In a H460 xenograft tumor model of nude mice, LTL significantly suppressed tumor growth, inhibited cell proliferation, and induced apoptosis. miRNA microarray and quantitative PCR (qPCR) analysis indicated that miR-34a-5p was dramatically upregulated upon LTL treatment in tumor tissues. Furthermore, MDM4 was proved to be a direct target of miR-34a-5p by luciferase reporter gene assay. LTL treatment was associated with increased p53 and p21 protein expressions and decreased MDM4 protein expression in both NSCLC cells and tumor tissues. When miR-34a-5p was inhibited in vitro, the protein expressions of Bcl-2 and MDM4 were recovered, while that of p53, p21, and Bax were attenuated. Moreover, caspase-3 and caspase-9 activation induced by LHL treatment in vitro were also suppressed by miR-34a-5p inhibition. Overall, LTL could inhibit tumorigenesis and induce apoptosis of NSCLC cells by upregulation of miR-34a-5p via targeting MDM4. These findings provide novel insight into the molecular functions of LTL that suggest its potential as a therapeutic agent for human NSCLC.

Previous studies have shown that 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, a compound extracted from wine-processed Fructus corni, has a protective effect on hippocampal neurons. The present study was designed to explore the related mechanisms. Our study revealed that high and medium doses (10, 1 μmol/L) of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural could improve the morphology of H2O2-treated rat hippocampal neurons as revealed by inverted phase-contrast microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. MTT results showed that incubation with high and medium doses of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural caused a significant increase in the viability of neuronal cells injured by H2O2. Flow cytometry assays firmed that H2O2 could induce cell apoptosis, while high and medium doses of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural had a visible protective effect on apoptotic rat hippocampal neurons. Real-time PCR and western blot analysis showed that high and medium doses of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural prevented H2O2-induced up-regulation of p53, Bax and caspase-3 and an-tagonized the down-regulation of Bcl-2 induced by H2O2 treatment. These results suggested that 5-hydroxymethylfurfural could inhibit apoptosis of cultured rat hippocampal neurons injured by H2O2 via increase in Bcl-2 levels and decrease in p53, Bax and caspase-3 protein expression levels.
Objective To explore the efficacy of health education execution scheme table in vascular surgery in order to improve the effectiveness of health education,regulate nursing,increase nursing transparency and put quality nursing into place.Methods The routine health education in vascular surgery was included in the execution scheme table.Nurses carried out the health education activities and evaluated those effects according to the execution scheme table.Analysis and evaluation were made after 6 months.Results Health education has been put into practice with the execution scheme table of vascular surgery to 517 patients from July to December in 2011.The satisfactoriness towards nursing service was increased significantly,and patients′ understanding to the health education knowledge was raised markedly.Conclusion Health education execution scheme table helps to implement health education to patients,meet the needs of patients and their relatives,ensure the nursing quality and consequently improve patients' satisfactoriness.
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect and mechanism of 5-hydroxylmethylfurfural(5-HMF),an active component extracted from Cornus officinalis on rat with hydroperoxide(H2O2)induced hippocampal neurons injures.METHODS Hippocampal neurons of newly born rat were cultured in vivo and were injured by H2O2.LM and EM were used to observe the morphological changes.Different concentration of 5-HMF on cell viability was measured by MTT;the activity of SOD was measured by xanthine oxidase.RESULTS It revealed that 5-HMF improved the morphology of H2O2-treated rat hippocampal neurons by LM and EM.The high and medium dosages of 5-HMF could decrease the activity of LDH,and increase the activity of SOD.CONCLUSION 5-HMF could protect the rat with H2O2 induced hippocampal neurons injures.

目的探讨衰老对小鼠骨髓细胞DNA的影响。方法取青年组、老年组小鼠的骨髓细胞,通过微核、Tm值、细胞周期及p53基因表达检测,观察老年小鼠骨髓细胞DNA的变化。结果老年组与青年组相比,微核率明显升高(P<0.05);老年小鼠骨髓细胞DNA熔解温度高于青年小鼠;老年组小鼠骨髓细胞周期G0 G 1期的比例高于青年组(P<0.01),S期、G2 M 期细胞的比例低于青年组(P<0.01);老年小鼠p53基因表达高于青年小鼠(P<0.05)。结论老年小鼠骨髓细胞DNA结构和功能有一定变化,可能是小鼠衰老的具体表现。

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural (5-HMF) on apoptosis and BCL-2, NF-kappaB gene expression of rat hippocampal neurons injured by hydroperoxide (H2O2).METHODS:Hippocampal neurons of newly born rat were cultured in vivo and injured by H2O2. Effect of different concentration of 5-HMF on cell viability was measured by MTT. Flow cytometer (FCM) was used to measure the apoptosis of rat hippocampal neurons pre-cultured with different concentration of 5-HMF,Western blotting was used to measure the expression of BCL-2 and NF-kappaB gene.RESULTS:It revealed that the high and medium dosage of 5-HMF could increase the activity of rat hippocampal. The high, medium and low dosage of 5-HMF also increased the expression of BCL-2 gene and decreased the expression of NF-kappaB gene.CONCLUSION:5-HMF could restrain the apoptosis of cultured hippocampal neurons injured by H2O2. The mechanism may be related to increasing in BCL-2 level and decreasing in NF-kappaB level.
