Benzotriazole UV stabilizers (BUVSs) are a class of emerging contaminants of concern; the development of rapid and convenient monitoring method for these trace-level pollutants in waters is of crucial significance in environmental science. Here, a novel magnetic flower-like molybdenum disulfide/cobalt ferrite nanocomposite (MoS2/CoFe2O4) was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction. Compared with the conventional Fe3O4-based magnetic composites, the proposed material just required a minimum consumption of Co/Fe towards the equivalent of MoS2 while providing superior magnetization performance. Taking advantages of high adsorption capacity, extraordinary stability, and repeatability in construction, MoS2/CoFe2O4 was applied to the extraction to BUVSs. The enrichment factors of three BUVSs were in the range 164–193 when 20 mL of environmental water sample was loaded on 40 mg of the adsorbent. MoS2/CoFe2O4 could be regenerated and recycled at least 10 cycles of adsorption/desorption with recoveries of 80.1–111
目的:探讨钙网蛋白(CALR)在胃癌组织中的表达水平及其调节AGS、HGC-27细胞转移的作用机制.方法:收集65例胃癌患者肿瘤组织样本和16例大网膜转移组织样本,采用免疫组织化学法检测胃癌及大网膜转移组织中CALR的表达水平;通过小干扰RNA(siRNA)下调AGS和HGC-27细胞中CALR的表达,通过慢病毒转染技术过表达AGS和HGC-27细胞中的CALR,采用Transwell实验和细胞划痕实验检测CALR表达对AGS、HGC-27细胞侵袭和迁移的影响;采用活性氧(ROS)和线粒体三磷酸腺苷(ATP)荧光探针检测AGS、HGC-27细胞ROS水平和ATP荧光强度;采用线粒体膜电位检测试剂盒(JC-1)检测AGS、HGC-27细胞线粒体膜电位水平;Western blot法检测CALR、肌浆/内质网Ca2+转运ATP酶A2(ATP2A2)、ATP酶Na+/K+转运亚基Beta 3(ATP1B3)和ATP合酶-偶联因子6(ATP5J)的蛋白表达水平;建立胃癌裸鼠腹腔移植瘤模型,探究CALR在体内对HGC-27细胞增殖的影响.结果:与癌旁组织比较,CALR在胃癌组织和大网膜转移组织中显著过表达(P<0.01);CALR过表达显著促进AGS、HGC-27细胞侵袭和迁移,而siRNA CALR则抑制胃癌细胞的侵袭和迁移(P<0.01);pcDNA3.1-CALR组AGS、HGC-27细胞中ATP荧光强度、线粒体膜电位水平均显著升高,ROS水平则降低;而siRNA-CALR组ATP荧光强度、线粒体膜电位水平均显著降低,ROS水平则升高(P<0.01);此外,与阴性对照组比较,pcDNA3.1-CALR组AGS、HGC-27细胞中CALR、ATP2A2、ATP1B3和ATP5J蛋白表达水平均显著升高,而siRNA-CALR组CALR、ATP2A2、ATP1B3和ATP5J蛋白表达水平均显著降低(P<0.01);在裸鼠模型中,敲减CALR可显著抑制肿瘤组织的生长,降低肿瘤组织中ATP2A2、ATP1B3和ATP5J蛋白的表达水平.结论:CALR在人胃癌组织及大网膜转移组织中过表达,CALR可通过调节线粒体膜电位和ATP合酶介导线粒体功能,影响胃癌AGS和HGC-27细胞的转移.
MicroRNA (miR)-126 is known to inhibit inflammatory responses in various inflammatory-related diseases, but its role during the cerebral ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury remains unknown. The present study aimed to examine the interaction between miR-126 and RAB3A interacting protein (RAB3IP), and explore its potential protective effects during I/R injury. The human neuroblastoma cell line SH-SY5Y was cultured in an oxygen-glucose deprivation/reoxygenation (OGD/R) environment to simulate I/R injury to assess miR-126 expression and cell viability. SH-SY5Y cells cultured in normal conditions were used as a negative control (NC) group. SH-SY5Y cells were transfected with a miR-126 mimic or an NC mimic, then cultured in OGD/R conditions; in rescue experiments, SH-SY5Y cells were co-transfected with RAB3IP overexpression or NC plasmid together with mimic-NC or mimic-miR, and then maintained in an OGD/R environment to evaluate miR-126, RAB3IP expression, cell viability and apoptosis. Cell viability was reduced in the Model group compared with the NC group, suggesting the successful construction of the OGD/R model. miR-126 expression was downregulated in the Model group compared with the NC group. However, following transfection with mimic-miR, cell viability increased compared with the mimic-NC group. Annexin V and PI staining and Hoechst/PI assays also indicated that apoptosis was reduced in the mimic-miR group compared with the mimic-NC group. RAB3IP expression was reduced following mimic-miR transfection. In rescue experiments, miR-126 negatively regulated RAB3IP expression; by contrast, RAB3IP did not affect that of miR-126. In addition, RAB3IP overexpression attenuated the protective effect of miR-126 on OGD/R-induced apoptosis. These findings suggest that miR-126 protects against cerebral I/R injury by targeting RAB3IP.
目的 动态观察乙肝患者血浆中miR-122、miR-155的表达并分析其与炎症因子、细胞周期因子的相关性.方法 实时荧光定量PCR (qRT-PCR)检测两组血浆中miR-122、miR-155的表达水平;ELISA检测炎症因子白细胞介素(IL)-6,肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α和细胞周期因子p53、CyclinD1的表达水平.结果 乙肝患者血浆中miR-122、miR-155均明显升高(P<0.05);在继续治疗的过程中,患者血浆中miR-122先升高再下降,miR-155表达下降.miR-122、miR-155的表达与丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、IL-6、TNF-α、细胞周期因子CyclinD1等均呈正相关(P<0.01);其中miR-155与其相关性更明显;同时miR-155与p53呈负相关(P<0.01).结论 乙型病毒性肝炎患者血浆中miR-122和miR-155的异常表达与乙型肝炎所致肝损伤有关,为乙型病毒性肝炎导致的肝损伤的监测及治疗提供了新思路.

目的 对全国31个重点城市空气质量变化特征进行分析,为预防控制大气污染提供依据.方法 收集2014-2018年我国环境保护部数据中心发布的全国空气质量每日监测数据,对31个城市空气质量变化趋势进行分析.结果 2014-2018年全国31个重点城市空气质量指数(AQI)的年平均值由83降低至72,AQI总体差异有统计学意义(H=591.441,P<0.05).31个城市AQI总体随时间变化呈下降趋势,总体回归系数为-3.243(t=-20.798,P<0.05).太原、西安和兰州的回归系数分别为2.059、2.543和2.229(P<0.05),3个城市AQI随时间变化呈上升趋势.31个城市总体非污染天数增多,污染天数减少,总体非污染天数所占比例由65.4%上升至75.5%,并随时间变化呈递增趋势(x2趋势=245.84,P<0.05).31个城市首要污染物总体以O3、PM2.5和PM10为主,O3为首要污染物的天数增多,PM2.5和PM10为首要污染物的天数减少.结论 2014-2018年31个城市空气质量总体好转,首要污染物由以PM2.5和PM10为主转变为以O3为主.
目的:通过对遵化市小学生骨密度检测,了解学生骨密度不足的现况及其及影响因素,为指导儿童期骨健康及正常生长发育提供依据.方法:以遵化市某小学1-4年级学生作为研究对象,通过问卷调查、体格检查收集资料.单因素分析不同特征的学生骨密度不足的检出率;多因素非条件Logistic回归分析,筛选影响小学生骨密度不足的影响因素.结果:小学生骨密度不足的检出率为18.79%,女性及年龄大的学生检出率高于男性及年龄小的学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).多因素Logistic回归分析显示,性别、年龄、维生素D营养补充剂及理想饮食与小学生骨密度不足有关.结论:女性、年龄大、半年内未服用维生素D、理想饮食的学生骨密度不足的检出风险增大.
Objective:To observe the effect of different exercise intensity preconditioning on expression of growth associated protein-43 (GAP-43) and neurite outgrowth inhibitor-A (Nogo-A) in rats with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion (I/R).Methods:Global cerebral ischemia model was formed by improved Pulsinelli four-vessel occlusion.Totally 80 rats were divided into four groups randomly:sham group,I/R group,exercise intensity 1 preconditioning group and exercise internsity 2 preconditioning group.Rats were sacrificed at the time of 6 h,1 d,3 d and 7 d respectively after injury.Morphological changes of neural cells in hippocarnpal CA1 area were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining.Expression of GAP-43 and Nogo-A were detected respectively by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR.Results:Compared with those in the cerebral ischemia/reperfusion group,the number of necrosis neurons significantly decreased and the expression of GAP-43 significantly increased at different time points in exercise intensity 1 preconditioning group and decreased in exercise intensity 2 preconditioning group.Meanwhile,the expression of Nogo-A was significantly decreased in exercise intensity 1 preconditioning group and increased in exercise intensity 2 preconditioning group.Conclusion:Exercise intensity 1 preconditioning can aggravate the apoptosis of nerve cells after cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury and exercise intensity 2 preconditioning can aggravate the damage and loss of nerve cells,which is related to the regulation of GAP-43 and Nogo-A.

矽肺是吸入游离二氧化硅粉尘颗粒所导致的以肺间质纤维化为主的全身性疾病,在我国属于法定职业病。矽肺一旦发生不可逆转,对人体和社会的危害影响恶劣。矽肺病的危害已引起了全世界广泛关注,而我国是矽肺大国,尘肺病人数、接触粉尘作业人数都居世界首位,我国矽肺的发病率仍呈上升趋势,我国矽肺问题已成为重大公共卫生问题和社会问题,矽肺的防治形势十分严峻。通过建立二氧化硅(SiO2)粉尘诱导的大鼠矽肺病变模型,探讨黑木耳粉对矽肺纤维化形成的影响。
采用健康教育的方式对某钢厂工人代谢综合征的知晓率实施干预,进而对干预前后知晓率的变化情况进行评价,以求为制定针对钢厂工人代谢综合征的防治方法提供依据。本研究采用分层整群抽样的方法选取某钢厂中一厂和二厂的的工人各280人作为实验组和对照组,由统一培训的调查员采用自行设计的调查表对两组工人进行面对面的基线问卷调查,并对实验组进行6个月的健康教育,对照组不进行任何干预措施。
目的 分析2014-2015年东北3个省会城市空气质量特征,为预防控制大气污染提供依据.方法 根据环境保护部数据中心每日发布的全国空气质量监测数据,对哈尔滨市、长春市和沈阳市的空气质量及其等级、季节、月份和首要污染物分布特征进行分析.结果 2014-2015年3个城市年均空气质量指数(air quality indcx,AQI)均为85,以空气质量二级日数为主,沈阳市全年空气污染重于其他2市.AQI分布存在季节和月份差异,冬季AQI高于其他季节,10月和11月出现峰值.空气污染日数约占全年的38%,首要污染物以为PM2.5和PM10为主,约占总日数的60%.结论 东北三省省会省城市空气污染程度具有明显季节变化特征,污染物以PM2.5为主,供暖期是控制雾霾的关键时期.
本研究以某钢铁公司职工肺炎患者作为研究对象,进行回顾性调查,为了了解钢铁职工肺炎的流行现状及影响因素,并提出相应的预防措施。
目的 本研究通过探讨农村留守妇女安慰寻求、孤独感与抑郁的现状以及影响因素,为提高农村留守妇女的心理健康水平、生活质量提供理论基础.方法 采用安慰寻求量表UCLA孤独量表、抑郁自评量表对河北省某地区的260名农村留守妇女进行问卷调查.结果 (1)农村留守妇女与常模的的孤独感得分差异(=8.75,P<0.01)、抑郁得分差异(t=18.42,P<0.001)达到了显著水平,安慰寻求得分超过理论中值占总体人数的12.34%.(2)不同子女数量的农村留守妇女在安慰寻求(F=2.91,P<0.05))、孤独感(F=10.56,P<0.001)、抑郁(F=5.73,P<0.001)具有显著差异.(3)不同知心朋友数量的农村留守妇女的安慰寻求(F=3.20,P<0.05)、孤独感(F =44.40,P<0.001)、抑郁得分(F=11.11,P<0.001)上有显著差异.(4)不同家庭责任繁重程度(家中农活、照顾孩子、照顾老人)的农村留守妇女在安慰寻求、孤独感、抑郁上有显著差异(P<0.05).(5)抑郁与孤独感(r=0.61)、安慰寻求(r=0.20)有显著相关.(6)孤独感得分、农忙时丈夫是否回家、安慰寻求得分进入了回归方程(R2=0.433).结论 (1)农村留守妇女的孤独感、抑郁高于全国平均水平,心理健康状况不容乐观.(2)子女数量、知心朋友数量、家庭责任繁重程度是影响农村留守妇女安慰寻求、孤独感、抑郁的重要因素.(3)留守妇女安慰寻求、孤独感水平越高,越容易出现抑郁情绪.
Objective To observe the effect of exhaustive exercise preconditioning on GAP?43 and Nogo?A in rats with cerebral ischemia reperfusion. Methods 90 rats were randomly divided into sham oper?ation group,group of cerebral ischemia reperfusion(I/R) and exhaustive exercise preconditioning group.Rats were sacrificed at 6 h,1 d,3 d and 7 d respectively after injury. Neural functions were detected by shuttle box. Morphological changes of hippocampal neural cells were observed by HE staining. Expressions of GAP?43 and Nogo?A were detected respectively by immunohistochemistry and RT?PCR technology. Re?sults Compared with the sham group,the death rate of apoptotic neurons in I/R group was decreased( 6 h:(30.97±2.09)%,1 d:(38.41±1.10)%,3 d:(46.81±2.04)%,1 d:(43.46±1.57)%),the index of learning and memory ability(AARR?7 d:(38.00±12.60)%,PAL?7 d:(27.90±1.79)s) and expression of GAP?43 were decreased(6 h:(2.89±0.85),1 d:(4.06±0.25),3 d:(4.78±0.98),7 d:(7.02±0.21)),the expression of Nogo?A was increased(6 h:(2.93±0.19),1 d:(5.47±0.32),3 d:(4.62±0.26),7 d:(4.12±1.11))(P<0.05).Compared with I/R group,the death rate of apoptotic neurons in exhaustive exercise preconditioning group were decreased,the index of learning and memory ability(AARR?7 d:(20.66±7.60)%,PAL?7 d:(35.53±2.41)s) and expression of GAP?43 were decreased(6 h:(2.03±0.14),1 d:(2.92±0.27),3 d:(3.35±0.34),7 d:(5.24±0.52)),the expression of Nogo?A were increased(6 h:(3.92±0.51),1 d:(6.90± 0.79),3 d:(5.87±0.48),7 d:(5.37±0.50))(P<0.05). Conclusion Exhaustive exercise preconditioning ag? gravates the injury of neurons and neural function,which is related to the regulation of GAP?43 and Nogo?A in the hippocampus of rats.
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the relationship between joint of heat and noise, and metabolic syndrome in a steel rolling factory workers.METHODS:A total of 590 steel workers were selected as subjects by cluster sampling method from workers of a steel factory. They were investigated by face to face way with the unified questionnaire which contents included personal information, occupational history, personal history, habits and other factors. Furthermore, height, weight, waist circumference and blood pressure were measured. Referring to the 2005 International Diabetes Federation (IDF) issued by the metabolic syndrome (MS) worldwide uniform definition combines waist diagnosis MS. A database was built by Epidata 3.0 software, and data was analyzed by SPSS 17.0.RESULTS:571 steel workers were from 22 to 60 years, mean age (41.2 -7.9) years old. The prevalence of metabolic syndrome in steel workers was 17.9%. The prevalence of metabolic syndrome of those who exposed to high temperature was 18.8%, higher than that of those who did not expose to high temperature (5.3%), there was a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The prevalence of metabolic syndrome of those who exposed to noise was 20.6%, higher than that of those who did not exposed to noise (14.0%) (P < 0.05). After adjusting for the effects of confounding factors, the prevalence of MS those who exposed to high temperatures and noise is 1.118 times as high as that of those who did not exposed to high temperatures and noise.CONCLUSIONS:The combined effects of heat and noise is related to the increasing prevalence of MS of steel workers.
目的:研究神经内科重症监护病房(NICU)下呼吸道感染与病房环境的关系.方法:选取2010年5月~2012年12月某三甲医院NICU住院患者为监测对象,监测其下呼吸道医院感染的发生情况,同时对感染患者进行病原学监测,并对发生下呼吸道医院感染的病人进行病房环境的监测.结果:482例住院患者中共发生下呼吸道医院感染155例次,例次感染率为32.16%;脑出血患者、泌尿道插管、动静脉插管、气管切开、前驱感染病史、病房空气、患者枕头表面细菌数为患者发生下呼吸到感染的独立危险因素.结论:控制下呼吸道医院感染需多方面考虑,降低感染率提高医疗质量.
Objective To develop pneumoconiosis patient's self-management scale and evaluate its reliability and validity.Methods The basic framework of the scale items was built through literature review and semi-structured interview procedure,then the items pool of the scale was revised by 60 experts and were selected to evaluate entries using Delphi method.And scale items were screened according to average,full marks ratio and coefficient of variation,in the end the reliability and validity of scale was evaluated.Results The positive coefficient of experts was 91.6%,and the mean of the expert authority score was0.81.The scale which included 44 items was made up of 7dimensionality after screening,symptom management(6),knowledge management(3),unhealthy habits management(3),compliance management(6),daily life management(10),emotion management(5),and self-efficacy(11).The whole scale's Cronbach a was0.945,the split-half reliability was 0.901.correlation coefficient was between 0.265 and 0.916(P 0.05).Conclusions The self-management scale of patients with pneumoconiosis has good reliability,validity and can be applied in practice.
目的 探讨倒班与高温作业工人生命质量的关系,为建立合理的倒班制度提供理论依据.方法 采用整群抽样的方法选择2013年3月-6月某钢厂参加职业健康检查的782名工人进行面对面问卷调查,问卷包括一般情况及SF-36生命质量调查量表两部分.一般情况包括性别、出生日期、身高、体质量、血压、婚姻状况、文化程度等;SF-36量表包括生理机能(PF)、生理职能(RP)、躯体疼痛(BP)、总体健康感(GH)、生命活力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、情感职能(RE)和精神健康(MH)8个维度,概括成生理健康(PCS)和心理健康(MCS)2个领域方面.采用EpiData 3.1软件建立数据库,用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行统计分析.结果 高温组PF、RP、GH、VT、SF和RE 6个维度的得分均低于非高温组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).调整年龄、性别、体质量指数(BMI)、血压、工龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、家庭收入、吸烟、饮酒、体育锻炼、噪声、粉尘、CO等因素后,倒班对高温作业工人的生命质量的RP、GH、SF、RE、MH等维度及PCS、MCS、总评分有影响(P<0.05).结论 倒班与高温作业工人的生命质量有关.
