人口管理的核心在于生产"可见性",即采集辖区人口的关键信息、使之"出现"在国家视野之中.基于一个公安派出所的人口管理实践,本文呈现了公安机关为应对人口的流动化和生活的复杂化,如何通过"一标三实"基础信息将房屋、人口、居住等因素关联起来,进而重新生产人口的"可见性".本文认为,"一标三实"制度同时生产了关于个体居住和生活的两种"可见性",展现出当下的国家与个人关系正在发生一种深刻的变化.
基于2017年某集团青年员工的调查数据,研究组织变革背景下国有企业青年员工的工作投入及相关影响因素.研究发现,压力源、职业满意度、组织变革认知以及个体价值观等因素对工作投入的影响最为显著;压力源诸维度中,工作压力、发展压力与工作投入的关系最为密切;职业满意度诸维度中,发展满意度与工作投入的关系最为密切;对组织变革的正向认知有助于提高工作投入;个体价值观诸维度中,自我定向对工作投入具有显著影响.这些发现对认识和引导国有企业改革中青年员工的职业发展及对改革重组进程的参与具有一定的理论和实践意义.
Introduction: Mitochondrial dysfunction is implicated in ischemic brain after cardiac arrest, and the timely removal of damaged mitochondria is critical for cellular homeostasis. Mitochondrial autophagy is a mitochondrial quality control mechanism via selective degradation of mitochondria but its role in the ischemic brain remains controversial. Peroxynitrite, as a representative of reactive nitrogen species, is an important neurologic damage factor in the brain injury but its role in cardiac arrest is unknown. Methods: Male Sprague-Dawley rats underwent 8-minute asphyxial cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Survival, neurological deficit and mitochondrial function were assessed for up to 72 hours following cardiac arrest. Western blotting, immunofluorescence and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used to evaluate activated mitochondrial autophagy and peroxynitrite production. To further explore the underlying mechanism, FeTMPyP was used to act as a peroxynitrite decomposition catalyst. Results: After resuscitation from cardiac arrest, PINK1/Parkin-induced mitochondrial autophagy was activated and peroxynitrite was increased in the ischemic brain. Peroxynitrite scavenger with FeTMPyP treatment significantly prevented the generation of peroxynitrite, inhibited mitochondrial autophagy activation, reduced neurological damages and improved mitochondrial and neurological outcome after cardiac arrest. Moreover, peroxynitrite induced serine 616 phosphorylation of Drp1 and Drp1 translocation to the mitochondria, which was responsible for mitochondrial autophagy activation. Conclusions: Mitochondrial autophagy activation mediated by peroxynitrite could be a key event in the pathogenesis of brain injury induced by cardiac arrest and provides a promising therapeutic strategy.
食品安全是国家治理现代化的关键领域.基于食物市民权的视角,本文采取量化研究分析了不同社会群体面对食品安全危机的应对措施.结果 表明,收入高、自我认同为中上阶层的社会群体更可能选择超市绿色食品、社会企业、进口商品/海淘的方式应对食品安全问题.食品市民权测量中的参与、环境因子普遍影响了是否采取措施应对食品安全问题.模型考虑联立内生性后可看到,权利因子提高了采取进口商品/海淘、社会企业等方式应对食品安全问题的可能性,但相反方向呈现负向关系.从有关食品安全危机应对的实践中,既可看到食物市民权普遍性的促进作用,也可看到不同社会阶层之间的分化.

临床见习是临床实践教学的重要组成部分,是课堂基础理论与临床实践相结合的桥梁,在加深和巩固医学生对理论知识的理解方面具有重要作用。临床带教过程中应充分考虑见习阶段医学生的认知过程及记忆特点,以及可能发挥影响的诸多因素,建立科学、合理的临床教学方法。心内科在临床教学模式上不断探索,采用了病例讨论教学法,达到了理想的教学效果。
目的分析弥漫性冠状动脉病变(diffused coronary artery disease,DCAD)患者超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)表达水平及瑞舒伐他汀钙干预治疗对其的影响。方法选择2011-01~2011-07我院收治的122例行冠状动脉造影患者,术前均检测hsCRP。61例为观察组,造影结果为三支血管狭窄程度均>20.0%,病变长度均>20.0 mm;予以瑞舒伐他汀钙10 mg/d治疗12月。61例为对照组,冠状动脉造影结果完全正常。比较两组间hsCRP表达水平及观察组治疗后hsCRP表达的变化。结果治疗前观察组与对照组hsCRP分别为(5.39±2.81)mg/L和(1.39±0.62)mg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组治疗后6个月、12个月血清hsCRP分别降至(3.54±0.73)mg/L和(1.98±0.44)mg/L,治疗后hsCRP表达水平较治疗前差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论 hsCRP在DCAD的发生和发展中起重要作用,瑞舒伐他汀钙能够显著降低hsCRP表达水平,从而降低主要不良心血管事件,改善患者的预后。
Objective To evaluate the safety and reliability of total percutaneous technology in endovascular graft exclusion(EVGE)for aortic dissection.Methods The clinical data of 87 patients with Stanford type B aortic dissection aneurysm perfroming EVGE were retrospectively analyzed.All patients completed EVGE under the local anesthesia or general anesthesia via percutaneous femoral artery puncture.After operation,two sets of Perclose device(Abbott,USA)were used to suture the blood vessels.Results The successful rate of suturing was 97.7%(85/87).The operation time was(108.0±19.0)min,and the average hospitalized day was(5.3±1.3)d.The incidence of complication was 2.3%(2/87).Conclusion Total percutaneous technology in endovascular graft exclusion for aortic dissection is safe and effective,with the advantages of shorter operation time,shorter hospitalized day and lower complications.
Objective To investigate the effect of Gelanxinning in NSTE-ACS patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Ninety-four patients with NSTE-ACS who underwent PCI were enrolled.The patients were randomly assigned to a control group(n=41) which took routine treatment or a Gelanxinning group(n=53) which took Gelanxinning at the base of routine treatment.hs-CRP,fibrinogen,SOD and eNOS were measured before and after PCI.Results Hs- CRP and fibrinogen in two groups first day after PCI were significantly higher than those before the PCI(P<0.05).SOD and eNOS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before PCI(P<0.05).Hs-CRP and fibrinogen in two groups 7 day after PCI were significantly lower than those before PCI and 1 day after PCI(P<0.05).SOD and eNOS in the two groups were significantly higher than those before PCI and 1 day after PCI(P<0.05).All indexes mentioned above in the Gelanxinning group showed greater changes than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gelanxinning have obvious beneficial effect on anti-inflammation,endothelial function and alter oxidative stress in NSTE-ACS patients undergoing PCI.

[Objective] The evaluation of femoral artery PCI postoperative application Perclose ProGlide(Abbott,USA) suture bleeding vessels for the safety and reliability,analysis and common complications preventive measures.[Methods] In February 2007 to January 2011 in our hospital from 3109 patients via the artery PCI postoperative Perclose ProGlide blood vessels for application suture bleeding effect were retrospectively summarized,analyzed,and the reason for failure in complications,observe the recent complications.[Results] Hemostatic rate was 95.6%(2973/3109),stop bleeding time(2.9±0.8)min,postoperative braking time(4.3±1.5)h,a mean of the length of time(4.5±1.2)d.The overall incidence of complications in 1.6%(51/3109),including hematomas(19 cases),ooze blood in 16,10 cases of local infection,pseudo-aneurysms in 3 patients,the artery sandwich in 2 cases,retroperitoneal hematoma in 1.Among them is complications associated with suture bleeding 1.2%.By March 2012,a mean follow-up(12±2) months,follow-up rate 66.7%(2013/3109),follow-up complication rate 0.1%(3/2013),including 2 cases late-occurred femoral artery interlining,1 case of late femoral artery thrombosis.[Conclusion] The application Perclose ProGlide PCI suture bleeding vessels for is a safe and reliable hemostatic measures,is worth further promotion.
Objective:To gain purified recombination protein rGPI-vWF A3 which can guide endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) gathering to the internal surface of the injured vessels theoretically and analyze its bioactivity in vitro. Methods: The plasmid vector of vWF A3 fusion protein which contained GPI structure was constructed and recombination protein rGPI-vWF A3 was expressed and its bioactivity was analyzed by ELISA and FCM. Results: Fusion protein vWF A3-GPI was expressed and purified by immunoaffinity chromatography and it could stably anchored on the surface of EPCs and showed its biological activities of collagen conjunction. Conclusion: These findings represent a novel strategy in EPC transplantation treatment for vessel injury.

AIMMyocardial contrast echocardiography (MCE) is effective in predicting myocardial viability and functional recovery on a segmental level in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). In this study, we investigated whether insufficient myocardial reperfusion plays an important role in left ventricular (LV) remodeling and functional recovery in patients with thrombolysis in myocardial infarction (TIMI) flow grade 3 and corrected TIMI frame count (CTFC) < 40 after recanalization of the infarct-related artery.METHODPatients underwent intracoronary injection of microbubbles for echocardiographic assessment of myocardial microvascular perfusion, wall motion score, LV volume and ejection function (EF) at baseline, 30 minutes, one month and six months after recanalization. The patients with MCESI < 1 were considered to have insufficient myocardial reperfusion (group A, n=11), while the patients with MCESI≥1 were considered to have sufficient myocardial reperfusion (group B, n=47) after AMI recanalization.RESULTSThe wall motion score index (WMSI) and the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) showed significant improvement at 1 month and 6 months in group B, but only at six months in group A. Left ventricular end-systolic and end-diastolic volumes (LVESV and LVEDV) were also significantly decreased at one and six months in group B. WMSI, LVESV, LVEDV and LVEF were significantly improved in group B in comparison with group A at one month and six months (P < 0.01). By six months, significant correlations were seen in all patients between MCESI and changes in LVESV, LVEDV and LVEF at 6 months. Similar correlations were observed between the myocardial regional blood flow (Q) and changes in LVESV , LVEDV and LVEF.CONCLUSIONInsufficient myocardial reperfusion was a strong independent predictor of LV remodeling and functional recovery in AMI patients with TIMI flow grade 3 and CTFC < 40 after recanalization. MCE has important additional value for prognosis and risk assessment in patients with acute myocardial infarction following recanalization.
Background Endothelial repair is one of key events after vascular injury. The mechanisms by which hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) may be responsible for re-endothelialization of injured blood vessel wall are poorly understood. Methods Primary culture SMCs were transfected with pcDNA3.0-HGF followed by G418 selection, one of G418-resistant colonies in well was picked, propagated and used as donor cells for further experiments. HGF and VEGF expression in SMCs were detected with western blot and enzyme linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA). Rat EPCs were cultured in untreated, pcDNA3.0 and pcDNA3.0-HGF transfected SMCs conditioned medium with or without anti-VEGF or exogenous recombinant HGF addition. eNOS, KDR and CD31 expression in EPCs was determined by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) or flow cytometry; EPCs migration and proliferation were measured by using a modified Boyden chambers and MTT assay respectively. Results Abundant and stable expression of HGF was found in G418-resistant colony-derived SMCs. VEGF expression significantly increased in HGF transfected SMCs. Exogenous recombinant HGF (rHGF) markedly up-regulated eNOS mRNA expression in EPCs and promoted EPCs migration and proliferation, but no significant changes were found in KDR and CD31 mRNA expression. HGF transfection in SMCs was more effective than exogenous HGF for EPCs differentiation, proliferation and migration. Conclusions Over-expression of HGF in SMCs can be helpful for promoting EPCs differentiation, increasing EPCs migration and proliferation. It may be responsible for angiogenesis of arteriosclerosis lesions and useful for blood vessel tissue engineering.
